Earth was abandoned over a century ago due to massive scale deterioration of the planet. A mass evacuation to various stars and systems followed, communication between evacuees failed to be fully implemented, and isolated societies can still occasionally be found.
Lustaate was colonized by the Official Coalition of Races, who created a massive network of domes on the new world. A large variety of races, and sorcery groups can be found in the domes, however due to humanities large numbers, and the rising prominence of espers, discrimination of non-human races has spread over the previous century.
In addition a stigma against magic users has recently begun to spread, because of these things various resistance, and rebel groups have popped up in recent decades.
Muusa is the daughter of Enforcer Jaseon and Researcher Lily, borne from an experimental project designed to improve Esper birth rates. Muusa lives in Dolmera dome with her family on the planet Lustaate.
She attends Visage Academy, an academy focused on generating fame for Dolmera dome through a combat, and duel oriented curriculum.
Her father and mother have recently discovered rather startling information about the supposed existence of the fertility project her mother participated in, that resulted in Muusa's birth.
After attempting investigation that was spurned on by their daughter showing non-human characteristics while growing up, and her unnatural variety of esper powers, they found little info about the origins or details of the project,
What conspiracies lie beneath this worlds surface? Who's actually in control of the domes? Why has the project been seemingly erased?
