In this world, there are beings known as demon kings, which is the pinnacle of the demon's power.

Currently, there are three such beings, and only the main character can defeat them.

It's because of his divine guardian the vast manapool, and the ability of light that the main character has the unique property to purify the demon king's core.

The demon king's core also known as the demonic core is the soul of a demon king, the purification of the demonic core will cleanse the soul and merge them with divine guardians.

Everyone can damage or kill the demons, and merge the soul of those demons with their respective divine guardians.

That way the students/ the hero candidates can level up their abilities and gain more power from their divine guardians.

In a way it's just like a game, once an enemy is defeated the corresponding players will get the experience points and level up.
