Chapter 3: I'm Falling

September 2017,

It was almost a year since that unforgettable meeting with the one and only Kim Taehyung and I have to admit I am an ARMY. I was sitting on my bed, my eyes sparkling and my heart beating faster than Agust D could speak a syllable. My mind was racing with a million thoughts flowing in all at once. I had BST on in the background as I waited for the time they released the DNA mv. I've waited for so long and it's finally here!

I continuously reloaded the BTS Vlive page as I shook with anticipation. While waiting I pulled up youtube on my phone and kept vlive open on my laptop. I looked up the DNA official teasers to drill the excitement down a little. This had the opposite effect and soon I was even more anxious for the mv release.

I pressed play for the official teaser 1 and quickly felt my heart speed up as the tune that Jungkook whistled hit my ears. The sound was already catchy and although I had watched this teaser millions of times the butterflies kept coming. The vibrant colors were a sight to see and everything made the video even more intriguing for all that was to come in the official mv.

As I saw Jungkook join the rest of the group in their formation I noticed how all of the members looked stunning in the casual yet eye-catching bright colors around and on them. As the first teaser finished, I quickly switched to the second teaser while waiting for the mv to be posted.

The familiar face of Taehyung popped up on the screen and I couldn't help the blush that rose to my face. 'He's still as beautiful as ever...the silver hair really makes him look handsome.' His voice was deep and very pleasing to the ears.

I felt his deep voice rumble something inside me but before I could think more about it the next scenes skimmed through the other members revealing their god-like appearances and sexy atmosphere. The same tune that came from Jungkook's whistling earlier was heard in the background as the soundtrack played a bit and Jungkook appeared on the screen. The color then turned into a black screen and you heard Jungkook's voice sing "DNA."

I felt the butterflies that were still in my stomach and I didn't hold them back when I heard a notification come from my laptop. My eyes flashed from their position of looking at my phone quickly towards the sound. My eyes widened a bit and I no doubt almost screamed.

I saw the words "BTS (방탄소년단) 'DNA' Official MV" and I moved my mouse as fast as my hands would move me to click on it. The familiar BigHit intro came on and soon I was completely immersed into the new music video. The video began by a similar scene from Serendipity and quickly faded out from an eye.

To be more specific, Jungkook's eye. His adorable yet strikingly handsome face soon appeared on the screen as he whistled the same tune from before. The camera zoomed in at odd angles and then swooshed out but never did he not look good. For a final zoom in chemical formulas were seen beside where his face was.

The next scene appeared a beautiful blue sky and yellow structure where they were wearing very familiar outfits from the teaser. They soon began their dance and I was already overwhelmed. It was flipping from scene to scene so quickly that I didn't know what to do other than stare in my fangirl mode.

The boys parted into two sides during the dance and Tae walked through a doorway that opened up. He looked adorable and I couldn't help but stare at his face while feeling all the blood in my body rush up towards my face. It soon switched a rap by Hoseok. His honey-like rapping was wonderous and his orange-red hair suited him to the max. There was a cool transition before Namjoon came on with Jimin, Hoseok, Yoongi, and Seokjin on in the background while he spit fire in the most attractive way.

There was then a beautiful taekook moment where Jungkook's vocals were killing it and Taehyung's baritone was gorgeous. Their faces were soon showed in close-ups and then the camera shot a very far away angle. They did a cool handshake and along with it came the chorus.

Soon Jimin was centered and a really difficult dance was being performed. The song was already super catchy and I couldn't help but slowly get into the music. I was brought out of this happiness when my phone started ringing. 'Who in the world is trying to mess with my fangirl schedule!!'
