While disappointing, they gave me valuable points.

I need one hundred points to change colonies.

Creating a rule using points will allow me to make my way towards Yuji.

Narrowing my eyes, I speak up. "Kogane, show Yuji Itadori's profile."

My eyes widened as I saw his points. "Kogane, list every player in the Sakurajima Colony."

Unconsciously, my fists clench. "They were right. Can I really do nothing to save my brother?"

Looking down at the list Kogane displayed, I narrowed my eyes on a single individual.

Yuta cursed. "Damn, it's fast."

The random assailant spoke up. "It's a bullet, dumbass."

Since Yuta doesn't have Rika to take the burden of multiple cursed techniques, Yuta can only copy one technique at a time. Currently, the slot is used by Hakari's [Private Pure Love Train].

Without having access to Hakari's domain expansion, the best he can do is spawn shutter doors.

While usually ineffective without additional techniques like domain expansion, someone with Yuta's cursed energy reserves can use it to a much higher degree than Hakari.

Yuta thought to himself. 'If I use more cursed energy in the technique, the doors can become more durable. So, what would happen if I apply that to offense?'

*click*

The man reloads his sniper.

Yuta slams his hands together, making train doors appear and slamming them shut on the random assailant.

*Slice*

He gets cut in half.

The man screams. "AHHH, IT HURTS!"

The man crawls towards him, with half of his body missing.

He coughs up blood. "KILL ME!"

Yuta stutters. "I-I thought you were stronger."

The man gurgles blood, and Kogane makes an announcement. "You have gained 5 Points!"

Yuta puts his hands on his knees. "I'm gonna be sick."

He gags but doesn't throw up.

His first kill was brutally mutilating another human.

Yuta stood up and shook his head. "I have to move. Rika is in trouble."

Suddenly, Yuta snaps his head towards distant yelling. "...run, she's crazy!"

Yuta spoke up. "Kogane, who are those people?"

Before rushing in and doing something stupid, Yuta decided to figure out the players who he might be engaging.

She had gained two more points in the time that Yuta fought the random assailant.

He blinked and saw an average man running from a short girl, waving around something.

Yuta narrowed his eyes. "Is that...RIKA!?"

Without missing a beat, he started running in her direction.

As he got closer and closer, Yuta saw that she was carrying a 10-inch kitchen knife that had blood on it.

He narrowed his eyes and screamed. "RIKA!"

She stopped, but that didn't stop the man from running past Yuta to escape the yandere.

*clank*

She drops her kitchen knife.

Rika's eyes start to water as she is covered in blood. "YUUUUTAAAAAAAAAAA!"

*bam*

Yuta gets taken off guard as he gets tackled.

She sobs in his clothes. "I missed you!"

Yuta was flabergasted. "What happened to you?"

Rika looks at him with warm eyes, a complete 180 from what they looked like a few seconds ago. "It doesn't matter now that you're here."

He starts sweating but shakes his head. 'She is alright. That is all that matters.'

In another location, a man with a cannon-shaped hairstyle rests his chin on his fist.

He narrows his eyes as he sees an interesting individual. "I haven't seen him around here. Kogane, show me."

His eyes were locked in on a teenager with an insane amount of cursed energy.

He smirked. "While that sky lady is dealing with Dhruv, let's see how he reacts to a [Granite Blast]. If I'm lucky, he can be an appetizer before I kill the winner of Dhruv and the sky lady."

Since Yuta is new to Jujutsu, he hasn't yet learned how to properly control his massive cursed energy pool, meaning that skilled sorcerers can sense him from miles away.

Unfortunately for Yuta, his reserves can make other sorcerers overestimate him by his cursed energy alone, making him a prime target for elimination.

*buzz*

Cursed energy gathered at the end of his hair.

*snap*

Ryu Ishigori snaps his fingers. "[Granite Blast]."

*BTZ PHEW*

As Yuta hugs Rika, he feels something wrong.

He hasn't been a sorcerer long but knows the feeling of a large cursed energy discharge.

Time slows down as he turns to the side and sees a large beam heading straight toward him and Rika.

Without missing a beat, he turns his back to the blast to shield Rika and reinforces his body with as much cursed energy as he can muster.

She looks him in the eyes. "Yuta?"

*BOOM*

An explosion goes off.

The dust clears to a Yuta with his shirt torn, charred back, and blood all over his face.

Yuta musters a word. "*cough* *cough* Rika?"

He looks up to see Rika staring straight at him with the entire right side of her body missing...lifeless.

Yuta crawls over to her.

His eyes start to water. "Rika?"

For some odd reason, he no longer felt any pain since he was focusing on the person in front of him.

He grabbed the remaining side of her face. "Rika."

As if it registered, tears started streaming down his face.

He screamed. "AHHHHHH!"

Holding the half of her body close to him, he wails.

*grab*

His eyes open back up as he feels something holding onto his leg. "YuTa."

A white creature pulls itself up from beneath him.

More specifically, a curse.

Not just any curse or any vengeful curse.

Yuta widens his eyes as he can't move an inch due to her grip on his leg.

In the original timeline, Rika died when she was eleven. Her extreme emotion towards Yuta and his potential as a future special-grade sorcerer made her the Queen of Curses.

However, she grew up with him in this timeline and developed love and warmth towards him. Her feelings only grew as they lived together.

Her feelings for him solidified more and more until she would go as far as killing without a second thought to keep him all to herself.

Yuta was also eleven, meaning that the combination of Yuta's current state as a sorcerer and Rika's monstrous emotion that developed created something evil.

A monster.
