When Jim came to the guild, Martha give him a cloth pouch with 10 first silver in it. It was the reward from the Order that yesterday guildmaster spoke to him. He put the coin safely in his pockets of the pants. Then he went to the questboard to check some quests. There were some E ranked quests he is interested like "RED FELIX CAPTURE", "INVESTIGATION OF UPROOT", "DUNGEON EXPLORATION". He read the "Dungeon Exploration quest"

Dungeon Exploration

In the middle section of the Eralin forest. A mysterious cave appear through some investigation, it is confirmed to be an dungeon. Adventurers who like to explore the dungeon can registered this quest.

Note:

Those who are interestedcan take the quest.

No reward is available.

Item collected from the dungeon can be exchange for money.

Party is allowed.

After reading it, Jim tries to pick the quest bill. But someone who is interested in the quest spoke to him, "Hey buddy, are you interested in taking this one." Jim looked at the person and reply, "Ah, Yes"

"Okay, then you can party up with me. My name is Neon."

"Okay, I'm Jim."

Two of went to the front desk registered their name for the quest. They left the guild and travel to the forest where the dungeon was located. They reached the entrance of the dungeon. It looks like an cave entrance which was naturally there for a long time.

They entered the dungeon. Jim asked Neon, "Hey Neon, can you explain about dungeon." "What! You don't known about them." "I known little bit about them, that there are beasts and artifact in them."

"Um, I don't know match about it either. Anyway but there are variety type of dungeon in the world. And this one is an Relic dungeon."

"Relic dungeon, What's that?"

"In Relic dungeon, there are usually less beast but more trap and puzzle. If we want to progress in this dungeon, we need to complete the puzzle than fighting beast."

They reached a stone brick constructed area. There was half thick construct which look like an Gate Entrance. The ground and roof of the cave was covered with Brown squared brick. The wall was covered in brown rectangular brick. The wall has painting. Neon began to speak, "There were 6 parties who entered the dungeon. According to their information, they have cleared 12 door of the dungeon but couldn't solve the thirteenth door. Many other adventurer tries to solve the door but couldn't open it."

"So why are you interested in this quest."Jim asked.

"That because of the Relic. The Relic that get by completing the Relic dungeon can be sell at 1or 2 Whitegold (1 whitegold = 1,000,000 Narcs). And there are many artifact in the last door but there is also a guardian beast which protects the Relic. You can only enter one time in life in this type of dungeon."

"So you are here for money." Jim speak.

"So what? Without money can you live a normal life."

"Okay, But why there is no beast and artifacts in here. " Jim asked.

"You know Relic Dungeon is divided into different room. Each of the room has it own dungeon beast and artifact. When someone clear the room, the beast eliminated vanish and drop some item and the artifact are taken by the people. So to encounter some events we need to solve the door puzzle. That why this place is empty."

They finally reached the thirteenth door of the dungeon. They look the door and surrounding. Jim tries to open the door with his bare hand.

"Hey Jim you cannot open it like that."

Jim smiled and stop his attempt.

" Then how will we open it."

"There might be some clue"Neon replied while looking at the wall painting.

He looked at the painting, they were picture of eleven creatures. He touched the wall to see hidden button or switch but he cannot find. Jim asked him " Did you find anything?" " No" He replied. He touched the painting, there were just like ordinary painting but he seen a glimmer of light in the eye of the picture of the animal. He thought it was just his imagination. He touch the other pictures. The eyes of the other pictures began to shine but there were no reaction on the door nor it opened.

Neon, "I think, I got to open it."and he touched the picture of each creatures. After touching the last picture the door opened. Jim was surprised and asked him,"How did you open it?"

Neo began to explain, " There are eleven picture of different creatures in the wall. Each picture has mana absorption item in it. So  when someone touch it, it absorbs definite amount of mana."

"So we only need to touch the painting." Jim asked.

"That's not fully correct. Each picture collect different amount of mana and there is an order. I touched the painting according to the order."

"But where did you get the order?"

"I get the order in the painting of other room. Every room contain painting of one these creatures. So, if we need to open the thirteenth door we need the order of the painting in other in correct order." Neon finished.

"Okay, I get some of it. Let go to room." Jim and Neon entered the room. The room was more spacious than other room. At the middle of the room there was a throne and a statue sitting on it with a golden crown. At the chest part of the statue their were large red stone. There were numerous artificial on the side of the room and precious gemstone. After a while a loud noise came and the statue began. Jim and Neon were shocked by it. "What's it" Asked Jim. "Dammit, it a golem" replied Neon. Two of them was preparing to fight it.
