DEWI KANIRARAS

Prabu Basupati in the Kingdom of Wirata (Andongwilis) was faced by Patih Wakiswara, Raden Basumurti, Brahmanaradya Receipt, Brahmanaweda Receipt, and Brahmanakestu Receipt. They were discussing the disappearance of the adopted son of the King, namely Raden Kaniyasa (the biological son of King Parikenan and Dewi Brahmaneki who lived in Wirata) who left the palace without saying goodbye.

That was when a guest who claimed to be named Patih Abisatya from the Kingdom of Duhyapura in the Land of Hindustan came. He was sent by his king, Prabu Durapati, to present the proposal to Dewi Kaniraras, the nephew of Prabu Basupati. If the proposal is accepted, the Kingdom of Wirata and Duhyapura can become friends. But if the application is rejected, then the two kingdoms can become enemies.

Dewi Kaniraras has indeed become a widow since her husband died of a work accident, namely Empu Kanomayasa. However, Prabu Basupati was deeply offended at the remark of the challenging Patih Abisatya. He also rejected the proposal and invited if the Kingdom of Duhyapura wanted to start the attack. Patih Abisatya also said goodbye back to the camp where the king waited.

Prabu Basupati immediately ordered Patih Wakiswara and Raden Basumurti to prepare the troops. Both of them left the palace, where Arya Suganda, Arya Darmaruci, Arya Panurta, Arya Suhatya, and Arya Maradana were waiting for orders.
