She tossed and turned in her bed. But no matter what she did, sleep won't come to her.

She got up from her bed and looked out of the window at her village.

In the past few hours, something had changed. Not about the village but about her, yet she didn't know what that something was and it was making her uncomfortable.

As if she was missing a piece of herself... as if there was a hole in her chest.

She didn't understand what she going on.

She looked at her stomach and poured charka through the Tenketsu points of her stomach.

A moment later, the Seal of the Jinchuriki appeared in her stomach.

It looked just like the day it had when Chomei was sealed inside her.

No. There was nothing wrong with the Seal.

Then what was this…

She paused as she heard something move behind her and quickly turned around to come face to face with a… hole in her wall. What was surprising was the fact that she could see a beautiful forest on the other side of the hole.

Now she might not consider herself a smart girl but she knew that this was definitely not normal.

She should probably go to Shibuki and tell him about this hole in her wall.

But she had a feeling that she should go in there.

All this felt too good to be true.

She took a deep breath to gather her composure and entered the hole.

She looked at the forest she had stepped into released a breath she didn't know she was holding.

For a moment, she had feared that this was all a dream.

She heard footsteps behind her and she whirled around to face whoever it was that had tried to sneak up on her.

The Portal she had come through was no longer there.

In its place was a boy.

Her heartbeat sped up, her breath became heavy and she felt a strange warmth between her legs.

At that moment, she knew beyond any doubt that this was the person that she destined for.

So she did the only thing she could do at the moment.

"Hey. You want to be my friend?" She asked.

The boy gave her a warm smile and she knew that everything will turn out to be alright.

NARUTO UZUMAKI POV

Fuu finished the letter she was writing for Shibuki, the leader of the Village Hidden in the Waterfall.

She bit her lip and read the letter a few more times before she handed it over to him.

He made a portal to the house she used to live in and used Telekinesis to send the letter to her bed.

Then he closed the portal.

He looked at Fuu and gave her a warm smile. A smile that was genuine.

"You ready to start your new life Fuu?"

She choked up and bit her lip as tears formed in her eyes.

A surface Physic evaluation told him that those were tears of happiness.

She nodded her head a few times and he cupped her cheeks.

"Before I take you to our new home and family, there's something I want to do." He said, "A gift that would give you protection and make you stronger."

She didn't say anything, mostly because she was too emotional to say anything at the moment.

She has been like that ever since he promised to become her first friend and more.

She nodded.

He trailed his hand down until it was resting on her chest and chanted.

"I feel warm," Fuu said after the light around her died down and settled into an invisible forcefield around her.

"This gift will protect you." He said. "The next gift will make you stronger. Don't struggle against it, okay?"

She nodded and he brought out his shroud and covered her with it.

She looked a little scared of being surrounded by the black material but she knew that she could trust him so she didn't struggle as the shroud completely surrounded her.

A few moments later, she was shrouded.

Meaning that she had a shroud of her own and had reached the beginning of the 7th tier.

Hmm… she must have gained good control over her Tailed beast at a young age if she is counted as a 6th tier because that rating was certainly not because of her own talents, skills, and strengths.

He removed the shroud and she blinked.

She raised her hands and looked at them as if she was seeing her own hands for the first time in her life.

She clenched her fists and unclenched them.

Then without any warning, she turned and punched the ground, turning it into a house-sized crater with cracks going in all directions from the crater.

Fuu blinked and looked at her fist in amazement.

Before he could say something else, she bent her legs, gathered her strength, and jumped.

He looked up and squinted.

"Naruto, how are you flying?" She asked in shock before she flew around him, trying to see any hidden wings like her.

He used his Telekinesis to smack her in the butt.

She gasped and looked behind her, trying to find who hit her only to be spanked in the ass once again.

She turned around and looked at him with narrowed eyes.

"Naruto. How are you doing this?"

He made a spanking gesture and used his telekinesis to spank her again.

She jumped and bit her lip.

"Naruto. Stop doing that." She growled at him and he smiled before raising his hand in surrender.

"Sorry. But one last thing before we go to the Mansion."

"Are you going to teach me how to fly like that as well?" She asked, flying up and down in excitement,

He shook his head "No. That's something that you'll be able to learn at a later date. This is something that I want to show you."

She deflated upon hearing words but then she grew excited once again.

"Show me then."

"Give me a fist bump." He said and raised his fist toward her.

She tilted her head and looked at his fist in confused but then she obliged and…

Suddenly they were in the Savana forest he had created with him standing on Kurama's head while Fuu stood on Chomei's head.

Fuu looked at the giant nine-tailed fox and her jaw dropped.

"Fuu. Meet Kurama."
