NARUTO UZUMAKI POV

"Shadow Clones don't get Aura. No matter what we do." Raven, or Kirashi as she called now, said.

"Yes. I think that if we had the ability to give Aura to our Clones then things would be… too easy." He said.

"The Shadow Clones don't have souls of their own. Why are the both of you surprised that they don't have aura?" Satsuki asked as their whole team sat in Kirashi's dining room and ate the food cooked by him.

"Because Shadows Clones do have Chakra. Which means Physical and Spiritual energy. And Spiritual Energy is largely interconnected with Aura." Kirashi explained in her 'Sensei' voice. He had a feeling that she was enjoying her brutal teaching lessons a bit too much "So if those Clones are able to turn the Spiritual Energy into Aura then they should be able to get a Forcefield of their own. Which would stop them from being popped by a single kunai or punch. Which in turn should increase their combat potential by a large degree."

"They why is it not working?" Ruby asked curiously while Sakura stayed silent. Despite being given Aura of her own, Sakura still didn't know enough about it to comment on it at the moment.

"Because whenever the Clones try to change the Spiritual Chakra into Aura, they break the balance of Chakra within their Chakra made bodies and pop." He explained.

"Then there's no way?" Satsuki asked, for him more than anything else. She knew how much he had fallen in love with this Jutsu.

Not to mention that being 7th tiers, all of his girls had more than enough Chakra to make Shadow Clones of their own. All except for Yang, Salem, Jinn, and Sakura. So if he's able to find a way to give the Aura forcefield to his Shadow Clones then it will be a huge help for everyone.

"No. I think we can still do this." He said, "But we'll have to break the Jutsu to its base components and build it from the ground up."

"That sounds difficult," Kirashi said. "The Shadow Clone Jutsu made by Tobirama Senju who was the genius of his generation. Plus, you need to have a lot of Knowledge about Chakra, Jutsu, and even Fuinjutsu to attempt something like this. If you want to build a Jutsu like Shadow Clone from the ground up then even if you had the Science Talents, it'll take you years to do it."

"Perhaps. But I don't plan on doing it on my own." He said.

Kurari raised an eyebrow. "Then who will do you delegate this to?"

"Mito and Kushina Uzumaki." He said.

"Wait! Isn't Mito Uzumaki the wife of the 1st Hokage?" Sakura asked.

"She was. And yes, she is dead now."

"So how?" Sakura asked in confusion.

"We are about to gain an object that'll allow us to revive dead people," Kirashi said in a matter-of-fact voice.

Sakura gaped at her Sensei before she looked at him, trying to see if Kirashi was telling the truth or was just playing around with her.

He nodded and Sakura picked her jaw off the floor and looked in the distance. A moment later, she shook her head and went back to eating.

An hour later, they were in their training ground once again.

His childish body wasn't as strong as the body he had when he was Jaune. But the potential this body held was far more than the Potential that his body held when he was Jaune.

This was why, even if his family was strong enough to wipe out any one of the major village in a single day, Kirashi still drilled him and his teammates as hard as she could.

Or at least her Shadow Clones did. She herself was training her body most of the time, despising how low Kakashi had fallen over the years due to depression and neglect.

Which was fair. Kakashi became a Genin at 5 and Chunin at 6. But once his teammates and mentors died, the man lost the fire inside him and wasted away.

If he had kept training as he did back when he was a child then Kakashi had just as much potential as Itachi if not more.

Raven/Kirashi planned on bringing that potential out even if she could technically crush an S rank shinobi like Itachi without any problem at this point.

"I think you guys have done enough Leaf Concentration exercise." Kirashi said "From today on, you'll start to learn Tree Walking. Here, let me show you how it's done."

He and his teammates saw how it was done.

And then he created a few dozen Shadow Clones who went to find trees of their own while Satsuki did the same.

Sakura saw this and her shoulders slumped.

Thanks to his Shroud and Dragon blood, she has gained more Chakra than an average Genin by this point but that still wasn't enough to make a Shadow Clone. Not yet at least.

Despite this, just like in the original timeline, Sakura was the first to learn the Tree Walking exercise, with him and Satsuki taking only 5 minutes to gain the same results thanks to Soul Talent and multiple Shadow Clones aiding them in the task.

But… that's not enough.

You need to practice the tree walking exercise again and again to the point where walking on a vertical surface becomes instinctual so that you don't lose your footing during a real fight.

So Kirashi just told them to continue doing that for the next few hours.

After that, she took them to the River going through the training Area, and taught them how to do Water Walking.

He and his teammates got through this exercise just as easily as the first one.

It made him wonder how powerful his team would've become even if the only advantage they had were the talents shared by him.

In the end, he decided to not think about pointless things and focus on his training instead.
