KURAMA POV

He opened his eyes and his ears twitched. He could feel the presence of his Jinchuriki coming toward this place.

How long has it been since he was caged in here by that blasted 4th Hokage. Within a seal so powerful that he could try to break it for 100 years and still fail without much progress.

Damn these humans for figuring out how to deal with him and his fellow tailed beasts.

Damn Hashirama for defeating them and giving them away to the other villages for his delusions of peace.

The rage bubbled inside him as the Human finally arrived in front of him.

Except… instead of the yellow-haired and blue-eyed boy he was expecting, this was someone else.

A black-haired young man in his mid-twenties. Someone that he still recognized as his jailor.

What was happening? Did that blasted son of the 4th Hokage die? Is this some kind of possession?

Did it matter?

All humans were the same to him. Be it a middle-aged man or the blond idiot.

They would all ask for his power. They would all try to bargain with him. Ask for his support.

He would deny obviously. But during moments of great rage or sorrow, the seal will allow some of his Chakra to seep into them. Weakening the seal.

Little by little, his container would come to rely on his great power, weakening the sealing day by day. Until one day, he'll finally be able to take over this body and make a return to the world.

Chap! Chap! Chap!

The human walked into the water-filled sewer that was his home and frowned.

"This would not do." The human said with a frown and with just a thought from his captor, the cage started to change.

The water flooding the ground vanished in an instant. Gone. As if it was never there in the first place.

Next, were the walls. They vanished as well, leaving blank space that seemed to stretch for eternity.

After that, the concrete floor turned into the ground filled with moist soil. And a moment later, tall grass, trees, and shrubs started to cover the world as far as his eyes could see.

He looked at the changes with suspicion and disbelief.

He had no idea that such a thing could be done.

Both Mito and Kushina had chosen to put him in the deepest and darkest corners of his mind.

In Kushina's case, the bitch had even tied him to a giant ball of stone, each of his limbs and tails stretched and crucified and his neck held down by a chain collar so tightly that he couldn't even move.

How was this man doing this? You would need a lot of control over your soul and subconscious mind to even begin to attempt something like this. And the man was doing it as if he has been doing it for years.

The sun rose over the horizon and climbed up in what he could now see was the imitation of a real sky, filled with fluffy clouds.

It illuminated the whole world, allowing him to see that he was now in what looked like a Savanna forest.

With only him and the mysterious young man that he was now a little warier of.

Then, the large steel bars that acted as his prison went away, only to be replaced by a metallic collar tied to the ground.

He snarled as rage overtook his caution.

"HUMAN!!! YOU THINK YOU'RE BEING CLEVER BY TRYING TO CHAIN ME LIKE A COMMON DOG? LET ME OUT OF HERE AND-" "Kurama..." The man spoke softly and he paused, his anger replaced by caution instead.

"How do you know that name?" He snarle.

Instead of replying, the man took out a… scroll from within his jacket and unfurled it.

"Now how do I do this again?" The human muttered to himself before he pointed the scroll toward him.

There was a flash of light and the next instant, there was a small image of him in the scroll.

What was the human doing?

"Yes. This will do." The Human said before he completely ignored him and turned around to walk back to a large cave which probably acted as the exit in this… forest.

But that's not what he was thinking.

"HUMAN!!!" He shouted and released his malevolent aura, trying to do what little was possible from within his cage to stop the man. "YOU THINK YOU CAN COME HERE AND IGNORE ME!!"

But instead of cowering under his aura as he had thought, the man looked at him with… pity.

"It's alright Kumara. Everything will be fine soon enough."

And then the man walked inside the cave and vanished from the mindscape, leaving him to thrash around in anger at the sheer disrespect he had just been shown, planning revenge for this in the future.

Humans had a short life span and they came in too many conflicts.

The man would use his powers sooner or later. And then it'll be time for him to finally punish the man for all his disrespect and transgression.
