Excercise and Plan

Rito after resting for the day was finally allowed to move around on his own feet where the feeling and the sensation of walking again was something very good and exciting for him since he doesn't even remember for how long he has been inside that Void world, but the memory of this boy help him a lot inside that world.

When he got up from his bed he started to exercise his body given it was around 5 o'clock in the early morning, and he was ready to have some jog around the area, which is very familiar yet unfamiliar for him.

He took out some new clothes and walked down to the bathroom where everything seemed to be quiet, given there were 10 minutes left around to 5 o'clock when Mikan alarm will wake her up again.

After the shower, he came out to go and jog where Mikan who just had woken up walked down Yawning carefree, but stiffen when she saw Rito standing down while looking at her at which she was a bit surprised but also embarrassed since she acted so not mature in front of him.

'Good morning Mikan, I was thinking of starting to exercise every morning, since I realise how week I was after that fever.'

Mikan nodded when she saw him smile as he walked out, when he was about to go outside he turned back and look at her while waving his hand "I will be back for the breakfast at fast an hour, and if you need something from me you can tell me now I will go and buy it from the convenience store for you, given it is on the way toward the home."

"Hmm! it's alright you don't have to buy anything for me, but be careful on the way back and good luck with your exercise Rito." Mikan smiled as she thought, why she was so embarrassed when the person who saw her was her brother not someone else and there was nothing to be embarrassed about it.

Rito nodded and started jogging out, the air of this world was quite fresh was similar to the world he was habitual of living with. Rito found many people jogging around him given this was the part of the city where most of the people who worked out in the morning used to jog around.

The city park was a beautiful place with trees and all the things placed, he had developed a good feeling towards this place since in his previous life the beach at which he used to train was also one of the places we love to visit from time to time.

he practised Pushp, pull up and stretching which was the basic part of his basic exercise in his previous life, he wished to find some kind of heavy material to carry since he want to develop his muscles quickly, on the other hand he was quite happy since the previous host also had been working on muscles because of football, but had lost the grip since that incident.

The developed muscle of that time was coming in handy while training at a period like this, where he did not feel that his body will give up easily, given it is still retained the power and the endurance which the real host had at the period when he was playing football.

Rito when realise the time was about to be over, so he started running towards home, as he was jogging he saw the familiar face of a girl and smiled but for some reason, his body started to feel warm and excited, Rito knew it was like because of the muscle memory previous host had developed for this kind of situations.

«Allow me to explain it, muscle memory is more like reactive memories which are related to the part of human nature, when faced with danger humans started to fail stiffness which is due to part of muscle memory and in the case of Rito he started feeling nervous against the girls, but it was not something which cannot be changed, one had to practice a lot or he had to go through some kind of situation, again and again, to get rid of this kind of response.»

Rito has already planned how to get rid of this kind of nuisance present inside his body, there was only one way to do it he had to get used to girls and contact with them all the time he needed, given when he was a hero he had to get rid of phobia he developed against media and had chatted with many girls, due to which he had the confidence that he will be able to talk with girls in this world too.

As for other problems of rumoured, the mistake does not lie with those people who has started to avoid him, but it also lay within Rito reaction, and for that Rito had already thought about and found a way to deal with it.

Rito was a coward inside his heart when it comes to himself, but when it comes to saving someone else, he is a lot braver than most of the guys present in this world, for now, Rito planned to use that confidence in his favour and would get rid of of the charges which have been accumulated over him by getting the person who did it.

It was the doing of a boy he knew, to make that person caught up in some kind of plan Rito had already planned something, for him who had dealt with any kind of criminals and mastermind it was an easy job to catch a little boy who is trying to make his life difficult.

After coming back and having breakfast with his sister who seems to be cold from the outside but from inside she is always worried about him especially after that incident, she had been looking after him from time to time.

Rito when had his fill, started moving out toward the school since it was time for him to begin studying again where he also so thought of passing by an equipment store where he will buy a gripper to strengthen his grip and hand muscles.
