'Unthinkable! Utterly Unthinkable!' Albion's voice rang in Issei's head. Issei smirked as he looked over his hands. He has the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing now.

'Hello. Albion. You have two homes now. What do you think about this new change?' Issei greeted him.

'Hmm! You are truly impressive, Issei Hyoudou! I wouldn't mind having two hosts at once! But are you sure you can handle my power?! ' Albion asked like he was some anime sensei who was about to handover his power to his student.

'Hell yeah!' Issei replied determinedly.

'Muhahaha!!!!! Ddraig, what an interesting predicament we have gotten ourselves into! ' Albion told Ddraig.

'That's my partner for you, Albion. He's reckless and a genius at the same time.' Ddraig replied proudly. Issei meanwhile was only half listening to the ongoing conversation between the two Heavenly Dragons.

Issei smirked and lookedat Vali who was sweating bullets inside of her scale mail.

Suddenly, a pair of white Dragon wings on the user's back, with eight energy 'feathers'.

'Partner. Through your gamble, your life has definitely been cut short. ' Ddraig revealed grimly.

'Guess we'll just have to find a way to not make that happen. I'm part dragon, aren't I? Maybe we could fuse or something. ' Issei suggested.

'Sounds like a great idea. But we won't try it right now though, it's dangerous and it might harm the people around you. ' Ddraig replied. Issei nodded and focused back on the fight.

"Half Dimension!!!" Vali declared. Suddenly, the space around them was engulfed in a giant blue dome.

"Hey Red Dragon Emperor. Watch us for this one. If Vali gets real dirty, she might even halve Rias Gremory's bust size. Even worse, she might even halve your dick size as well. " Azazel warned him with an extremely serious expression.

" Hey what the hell!?" Rias stuttered out, feeling extremely embarrassed.

"Hehehe. Just watch him." Azazel replied nonchalantly. Issei was frozen in his place while looking out with a blank stare.

Vali spat out blood as Issei punched her in the solar plexus, sending her flying back and crashing through the school building, where the conference was previously held.

Issei used the wings to soar towards Vali at high speeds. He grabbed her and threw her back to the group, creating a massive crater.

Vali's armor was already shredded to pieces. She was trying to quickly run away from him but Issei arrived on top of her and grabbed her.

He punched her in the gut, sending her blasting away again. He appeared behind the flying Vali and kicked her back to the spectators again.

"This one's for Akeno's!!" Issei shouted. He appeared in front of her again and punched her in the face. Before she could fly back to the ground, he grabbed her.

*BOOM!!!!*

"This one's for Asia's budding boobs!!" Issei shouted again.

" This one's for Xenovia's!! " Issei uppercut him while her was still in the air.

The impact cratered the ground massively. Issei stared down at her while smoke was rising out of his mouth.

His instincts were telling him to kill her for trying to do such an unforgivable thing to the girls. But he knew better than that.

Issei landed back on the ground gracefully and stood in front of the crater Vali was in. The rest were baffled, especially the women watching.

"What the fuck! Did he really get mad about our boobs getting halved?!" Rias asked out loud. Azazel laughed.

"Apparently yes! This is gold! Strong and perverted! Did you catch that, Grayfia-san?!" Azazel looked at Grayfia who was holding up a video recorder. Sirzechs looked at her too.

"Wait, why do you have that?" Sirzechs asked his wife.

" Well, the kids in the underworld need someone to look up to. So why not Issei? But I'm going to have to cut this part out though, we want the kids to be motivated, not perverted. " Grayfia explained. Sirzechs rubbed his forehead.

"Motivated like Vergil huh? That's a great idea. Send me that video, Grayfia-san. This should serve as motivation for the Fallen Angels too." Azazel requested.

" It shall be done, Azazel-dono. " Grayfia promised.

" Ah, can you also send me that video? It should serve as motivation for the Angels and my fellow Seraphs. " Michael joined in.

" Of course, Michael-dono. " Grayfia promised him.

Issei looked at Vali who was coughing out blood violently while slowly sitting up. "I think I have to use that, Juggernaut Drive. Damnit." Vali groaned as she clutched her bruised stomach.

"I, who am about to awaken,

Am the Heavenly Dragon who lost all to the principles of supremacy—

"Stop you idiot!" Azazel shouted.

"Quickly, Issei!, Stop her before she loses her sanity!!" Azazel shouted, Issei narrowed his eyes.

"Vali!!!"

Everyone looked at the person who descended from a magical circle that appeared in midair.

It was a young man with short light-colored hair, brown eyes, and an athletic build. He was dressed in ancient Chinese armor that was used during the Three Kingdoms period.

This man is Bikou. He is a Monkey Youkai and the descendant of Sun Wukong.

"Holy shit, Vali! Who did this to you?" Bikou asked Vali. Vali pointed at Issei. Bikou looked at him and gulped.

He saw a menacing red aura around Issei. It was so menacing Bikou felt like he was staring death in the face.

"Take her and leave, monkey. Now." Issei ordered him. Bikou nodded shakily and tapped the ground with his staff, creating a magical circle.

They both sank into the ground. Vali looked at Issei. "It's not over yet, Issei. I'll be back stronger than before." Vali declared weakly. Issei smiled a little.

"Sure hope so. I need me some competition." Issei replied. Vali snorted and her and Bikou fully sank in the magical circle.

Issei sighed and made the Boosted Gear and Dividing Gear disappeared. Azazel went and patted his back.

"You did good out there. Reckless, but it gets the job done. " Azazel complimented.

" Thanks. " Issei whispered to him and walked towards Rias. He hugged her and sighed as he felt her soft boobs engulfing his face.

"Are you alright Issei?" Rias asked worriedly. Issei smiled warmly.

" What a relief Rias.... Your boobs are untouched...
