Where is your gate of death?!

Jasmine explains the things about the new profound veins of Yun Che and why does it have seven additional entrances. She also explains the Heretic God's Art that uses these "seven gates" that only when filled, he will be able to use the arts. But with pros, there are also cons. Yun Che wants to ask about it but was denied by Jasmine and told him to cultivate first before asking again. She then returns to the sky poison pearl to heal herself.

After four months of torture in the waterfall and soaking in medical baths, Yun Che is now at the fourth stage of the elementary profound realm. In the next month or so, he will be able to climb at the fifth stage.

YChe: "So will you teach me profound techniques? Aren't you my master?"

Jas: "Yes I am but, you already know the basics so consolidate your cultivation at elementary profound. When you reach the nascent realm then I will teach you some skills... someone is coming"

YChe: "People come here often?"

Jas: "There are five people and four of them are all in sky profound realm but one is a half-step in emperor profound realm."

YChe: "...what"

Even though Yun Che was afraid, he still followed the five people. Jasmine was asking if he was insane but Yun Che deducted that these people were here either for a treasure or killing a profound beast and he wants some parts of it.

The five people already notice Yun Che following them but they disregard him for being too weak and could just kill him later.

Yun Che then felt something calling out to him inside the cave of the flame dragon. The five people decided to lure out the flame dragon. They struck the cave then the ground start rumbling. A roar and flame burst out from the cave that almost caught the five people from the Burning Heaven Clan.

Flame Dragon: "Audacious humans, to have the guts to offend and breach into this king's territory!"

Fen Moli, an elder of the clan, instigated a taunt to the dragon. They are confident enough that they will be able to suppress the dragon because their profound arts are capable of doing so.

While a dragon and five people were fighting to the death. Yun Che sneaked into the cave to see some treasure. He was very careful not to make a mistake because even the star concealing grass that he has will not help him when the dragon noticed the changes in the cave.

Further in, he was amazed that mature and growing Fire Spirit Grass was in the cave. He tried to collect the grass using the sky poison pearl but something unbelievable happened that also made Jasmine confused. When Yun Che was getting close enough to pick a stalk, all the Fire Spirit Grass faded as if they were all illusions.

YChe: "Are they illusions?" *grasping the ground and looking for clues*

Jas: "No, those were real but when you got closer, they suddenly vanished. Even I don't even feel any profound energy used or where the grass goes. Forget about it. We don't have much time before the dragon or those sky profound practitioners notice."

Even though bewildered, Yun Che continues going in further into the cave where the source of the call is originating. Outside the cave where the fight is happening. The Burning Heaven Clan elders decided to retreat after knowing that the dragon is in the stage of the emperor realm. The dragon wants to chase the intruders but snapped its neck toward his cave.

Dragon: "ROOAR!! Despicable humans!! So it turns out that you're lusting after this king's treasure! All of you are repulsive scoundrels, unforgivable… UNFORGIVABLE!!!"

Yun Che can only curse that not only there is no fire spirit grass and only a red color bead. He also got the attention of the emperor profound stage dragon.

Now Yun Che and Jasmine are confronting the dragon. At first, the dragon felt fear from the small human but when he looked at the taller one who is in fear. Its fear disappears completely. Having no choice for the matter, Jasmine wants to use her powers to kill the dragon but the energy that she will use will be life and death for her. Yun Che understand this and tried to stop her but she already made up her mind. Jasmine and the dragon were about to clash when they were unexpectedly stopped mid-action. Even Yun Che cannot move his body and then he passed out.

??: "You are one reckless little girl."

Jasmine who recognized the voice was surprised when a shadow was cast over her. She finally will see the person who keeps talking to her without showing his face. But she was disappointed that even though she could now see the person. A mask is covering his face.

??: "I told you before that you should not use your power because of the poison."

Jas: "Circumstances didn't give us a choice" *pointing at the dragon that is stationary in the air*

Jasmine then saw that the person was gesturing his hands down and the dragon made a thud noise when it came down. The dragon tried to move but something is preventing it from doing so. Even just growling is hard to do for the dragon.

Jas: "Who are you?"

??: "Right, I have been talking to you for four months now but never told you my name. *took off his mask* You can call me Raizen."

When Jasmine saw the face of Raizen, she instantly hug him.

Jas: "Brother!" *while hugging Raizen*

Raizen then put both his hands to the shoulder of Jasmine and separate him from her hug. He then gets down on one knee to be able to level their heads even though he is still taller.

R: "Jasmine, look at me again."

Jasmine did as she was told and disappointment is visible on her face.

Jas: "I thought you were my brother." *while trying not to cry*

R: "I understand. I told you before, I know who you are and your story."

Jasmine did not hold back her tears anymore and cries her heart out. At the end of the day, she is just a thirteen-year-old kid. Raizen hugs Jasmine while she was crying to hide her tears.

While this was happening, the flame dragon was wishing that the human senior that came would forget about him but he notices that the human looked at him and wave his hand. The flame dragon, an emperor realm beast disappears from the scarlet dragon mountains completely.

Thirty minutes have passed before Jasmine finally stopped crying. Raizen wipes the tears and snot from her face.

R: "Are you good?"

Jas: "Yes... I was just surprised that your face has some similarities to my brother's. If only your hair is red."

R: "It's alright, I was surprised too that you have that reaction to me."

Jasmine then looked around to not continue the current conversation. On her left side, she saw Yun Che is passed out again. She also notice the red bead and concluded that this is one of the Heretic God's seeds.

R: "Good guess, this red bead is the fire seed. If ingested by ordinary cultivators then they will gain partial immunity to fire but if a person with Heretic God's vein..."

Jas: "Then that person will have complete immunity to fire"

R: "These seeds are pure energy so after making the person immune to the corresponding element then the excess energy will be used to increase that person's cultivation base. For him *pointing at Yun Che* he will become a nascent profound cultivator. To what stage, I do not know"

Jas: "Why do always make him pass out whenever you are talking?"

R: "Because he is the kind of pervert that I don't want to associate with."

Jas: "How so?"

R: "Anyway, don't try to do it again. If you guys are in trouble, you just need to think about my name and I will be there."

Raizen pats her head which she did not decline and also felt happy for the action. Jasmine also notices that the flame dragon was gone but she know that Raizen has something to do with it.

A couple of moments later, Yun Che wake up and see that the flame dragon was gone and asked Jasmine what happened. She just said that she killed the dragon while he passed out from the energy that she used. She drank his blood to stabilize her self then he woke up.

YChe: "But where did your dress come from?"

Jas: *checking out the red dress left by Raizen* "From one of the spatial rings inside the cave and this is the only thing inside of it other profound coins"

Jasmine then gave Yun Che the spatial ring with a lot of profound coins in them. Yun Che was about to doubt what she said but the spatial ring with a lot of coins became proof of what she said was true.

Raizen prepared the spatial ring that he bought and filled it with profound coins inside. To be an alibi when Jasmine explains what had happened.

Almost two months later

Yun Che was able to arrive at New Moon City which is bigger than Floating Cloud City. In the past months, after breaking through the nascent profound realm. Jasmine taught him the Star God's Broken Shadow which is a movement technique that creates after images for being so fast. After attaining its first stage, Jasmine told him to continue his journey towards New Moon City while carrying heavy baggage.

In the original story, after getting the fire spirit grass, Yun Che would make a pill from it and sold it off to one of the branches of Black Moon Merchant Guild. And using the emperor profound beast core, he would have made a connection from them. But the amount of profound coin that the spatial have inside it surpasses the original by five times and Jasmine already has a couple of dresses from Raizen. So Yun Che directly has gone to the New Moon Profound Palace and there he meet Xia Yuanba and was shocked at the one who is talking to him.

YChe: "Grandfather? Why are you here? I thought you would stay at Floating Cloud City?"

XLie: "I told you before, I was given a chance by the senior, and because you and Xiao Lingxi were not in the manor. I left it after you were gone. I was expecting you to come to the New Moon City a few months before but you only came now. Even Xiao Lingxi was able to visit me just two months ago."

YChe: "So Xiao Lingxi was here... How was she?"

XLie: "She is doing good. When I saw her again, I could not believe that she was already at the ninth stage Nascent Profound realm. So you better catch up." *smiling*

YChe: "How did you know that I already fix my profound veins?"

XLie: "The senior already told me that you came across a great opportunity to fix your veins. When the senior said it, I was elated that you can pursue your goal now but remember. You need sufficient strength to know the truth about your parents."

YChe: "I understand grandfather, someone already told me that."

Their conversation continued for a few more minutes and Yun Che was recalling the things he had done for the past five months. His grandfather and Xia Yuanba introduce Yun Che to Sikong Han and were easily accepted in the New Moon Profound Palace. Yun Che was also asked if he is willing to attend the upcoming banquet tonight because a new palace chief was just appointed. He did not refuse and said that he will go after exploring the New Moon City. Inside the pearl, Jasmine was examining Xia Yunba because she saw something inside him.

When Yun Che was alone, Jasmine started talking about Xia Yuanba's veins

YChe: "So you are saying that Xia Yuanba has this "Tyrannical Emperor's Divine Veins" and if activated, his cultivation will skyrocket and will jump a few realms every time?"

Jas: "Basically yes but the temperament that he has now is not suitable to activate the veins. He needs to have a heart of an emperor, not a submissive and kind-hearted one. He might only be a Nascent profound cultivator for the rest of his life."

Yun Che was sad that Xia Yuanba will only be a Nascent Profound practitioner and will not be able to advance furthermore. Though he also wishes for Yuanba to retain his caring and kind heart amidst this cruel world.

Unbeknownst to him, Jasmine received a letter stating that Raizen will help Xia Yuanba to cultivate properly.

Xia Yuanba invited Yun Che to explore the New Moon City. While Yuanba was explaining about the city and its people, they came across Lan Xuerou and Murong Ye. Yun Che still flirted with Lan Xuerou even though Xia Yuanba already said that he was married to his sister a year ago. At the side, Murong Ye was glaring at Yun Che for taking away Lan Xuerou's attention.

While they were talking, a man walks up to them. Xia Yuanba, Lan Xuerou, and Murong Ye recognized the person. Yun Che looked at the three people that were having different reactions to the person that came. Xia Yuanba has a look of reverence. Lan Xuerou was being shy and Murong Ye took a step back while being fearful. Yun Che then looks at the person then shakes his head. He almost asked himself if he can change his gender. He can't deny that the person is so handsome that if you dress him up as a girl, he might fall in love. Having two lifetimes' worth of experience, he was able to forget his initial idea and become confused why the four of them have different reactions with him having the most embarrassing out of them if they know.

LanX: "Senior brother Raizen, you came" *walks up to the person while smiling*

YChe: "Who is he?" *asking Yuanba*

XYuanba: "He is senior brother Raizen who became a student of New Moon Palace three months ago. Even though we call him senior, he is just 15 years old but already at Spirit Profound realm."

Yun Che: "What!?"

XYuanba: "I know, most of the students respect him for his strength but when he first came here. senior brother Murong Ye tried to bully him but was beaten badly then they went towards the mayor's manor to talk to Murong Ye's father. After an hour, people saw the father of Murong Ye beaten up and bowing towards senior Raizen's way. There is a rumor that senior brother Raizen can defeat an Earth profound cultivator even though he is still a Spirit Profound realm cultivator. But most just believed that senior brother Raizen's master beat up senior Murong Ye's father inside the manor which is more believable."

Yun Che could not believe that someone that young is already in Spirit Profound realm. Besides Jasmine, there is no one in Blue Wind Empire who is at that stage that young. He might be the first.

Raizen: "What are you guys doing here?" *looking at the three, not including Murong Ye whose head is facing the ground*

XYuanba: "I was showing my brother-in-law around New Moon City."

R: "Try the food stalls."

LanX: *tugging Raizen's arm cloth* "Brother Raizen, will you be attending the banquet later?"

R: "Yes, I was already informed by the new Palace Chief"

LanX: "Can I sit beside you at the banquet?"

R: "I don't see why not"

While Raizen is talking to them, he is also talking to Jasmine inside the sky poison pearl.

Jas: "A student really?"

R: "I was bored and need some kind of pass time other than cooking."

Jas: "You're a cook?"

R: "Yes... Here"

Raizen gave Jasmine a slice of cake. The first bite that she take gave her a sensation that is not familiar to her. Everyone knows, the higher you achieve in cultivation, the less they want to sustain themselves with food. But the cake that Raizen made is not only delicious but the energy that is only found from profound beast's meat or plants that was saturated from profound energy will have the same effect of increasing someone's cultivation base. Raizen must be the greatest cook if he can retain the energy from the ingredients that he used.

R: "How was it?"

Jas: *taking her time eating the cake* "It's delicious and full of energy. Just eating a piece pushed back the poison in my body, I think I can use a little amount of my power with less backlash from the poison."

R: "Good to hear. I will give you more once a week so that you don't get fat. hahaha"

Raizen is patting the head Jasmine while she is pouting and punching his chest softly.

The night of the banquet arrives and most of the guests have already come.
