Well its here... now what.

Flashback again

Few days after Saeko settled in her new apartment besides Nozomu's. He told her that he need to tell her something and that her grandfather might need to hear it too.

So they have gone to Saeko's grandfather's house again because of to at least talk to the two at the same time. He told them of what he had discovered when he was nine years old and suffice to say that they were surprised that he was already capable of such amazing at such age.

Like inventing a very efficient saltwater conversion, creating surveillance drones that have high resolution even though it is small like a fly o trading in the stock market which he told them before as his "side job" and only making enough money for his daily needs which is less that he actually accumulated throughout the years.

He just stop gaining more than necessary because his biggest project was already done and the companies of his subordinates can generate enough money for the whole organization and still have enough surplus for additional projects. Anyway, he showed his first encounter with the zombies in one of the rural areas where the old orphanage was built.

From the scopes of the drone, he saw a limping person. He rushes outside to help that person but when he got there, the only thing that runs in his mind was, 'I already watch enough movies as a kid to know what to do'. He pick any nearest object and shove it at the temple in its head it drop to the ground and stopped moving.

He tried to tell the local authorities but they didn't believe him. So made his own investigations. The first body disappeared and it looks like someone also cleaned up the evidence. He trace the origin to an abandoned warehouse. After a deep look, he got some evidence about the zombie and found out that the project was supposed to create a super-soldier that do not eat, sleep or tire in combat but the initial phase has some setbacks so they plan to synthesis a new product and test it in some village outside the country.

I told the two what I thought at that time, being a kid, I would not be able to travel outside the country by myself to I did the next best thing. Gathering resources to survive. So look and find my would-be guardian. I had helped him with his company in return, he will act as my guardian. At first, he didn't believe me but after showing him how I can get the money and the evidence and my plans for the zombie apocalypse he has no choice but to believe me.

After that, I keep gathering resources and people that will help me which in turn help them survive the upcoming doom. All our nightmares became true when we found the village on an island. All I could say is, whichever organization started this, did not succeed. The worst part is, based on the gathered data, they are continuing their project. When I first saw that and told my people about it. The only thing that was and still is on our minds is that: ARE THEY RETARDED???.

So we only do what we can, by finishing the projects and preparing for the worst.

Finishing the presentation. Saeko's grandfather looked at me.

SG: Is this the reason you want my granddaughter near you? *staring Nozomu in the eye*

N: No, even without the impending doom. I still want to be close to Saeko.

SG:... Good but I don't suppose you would come here to just show all of this?

N: No, I want you to evacuate with my people to a designated rural area in Kamogawa. As we speak, my people were creating a perimeter in a large area near its shoreline with the pretext of "tourism" and "tsunami prevention. There is even an almost complete construction for the docking of the ships we acquired for our last resort.

SG: And you manage to do all this in the span of six years?

N: Well if you put it like that it does sound impressive not going to lie. Most of the projects are simultaneously being done. Most for our last resort. Which is a floating city. We can't really build an actual city but by interlocking multiple ships to resource vessels that are already out in the sea. A few thousand people can live there for up to 2 years with just 1 of the resource vessels that we have not including scattered storage facilities in the Chiba prefecture.

If you thought of not doing it for yourself, then do it for Saeko so that she can have peace of mind when all of these come crashing down.

SG: *contemplating long enough*... It is as you said. So what do I need to do?

Back to the current

N: Well get up now or we're going to be late like yesterday.

S: You do know it was all your fault when you extended our moments in the night. *faking angry stare*

N: Yeah... Sorry about that but the feeling when we got married even still only on paper. It feels so fluffy... you know. *smiling while lost in thought*

S: Well, I remembered my grandfather asking "what he needs to do?", the answer is usually not 'please let me marry your granddaughter!'. That was so hilarious back then. Almost got you sliced in half. *trying to hold back her laughter*

N: Funny *being sarcastic* Do you want to be punished again for being a bad girl? *got near to face of Saeko*

Then Saeko got up quickly and press her body to Nozomu's and said to his ear.. 'Maybe...' in a very seductive voice that made him stiff in his current position while seeing her walk to the bathroom to freshen up.

N: 'Such a tease...'

Then after their breakfast, they got ready to go to school.

N: Oh.. Don't forget the swords. After you got to your club, put it somewhere safe. We don't really know if it starts now or tomorrow so just to be safe.

They started walking to the school.

S: Sure.. but I'm still amazed that you got these swords made. Not only that but the structure of these swords are different from the ones I know of. From what I can tell, even if we don't take care of it for a few months, they would not easily deform, tear, or rust. What are these made of?*seeing a silver and black colored sword*

N: They were made by using traditional and modern techniques so maybe be a few months in between before fixing or polishing it. The silver one that is shaped like a katana is made of titanium. It would need a lot of force to bend the metal so even if you pound it on solid rock, it would take a few thousand of hits before it can bend but for destroying and slicing bones it would be enough.

S: So let me guess, this one is mine because it feels right when I hold and swing it a couple of times. And the black one is yours, but why is it a double edge sword and looks like a rapier but thicker and the part of where a guard should be is gone.

N: Well I like the style and it's heavier because it's made of tungsten. You will tire a lot faster if a weapon is made to your specifics and will be more prone to deform in the long run. It will be shorter too.

S: If you say so. *in front of her clubroom* Here we are, see you at lunchtime.

They kissed each other even when there are some other students looking at them. Whether they were a boy or girl, they can't help to be jealous and amazed at how bold they are showing their affection to each other.

After that, Nozomu started walking towards his classroom when he suddenly saw someone he don't want to see. But then...

Layla:[We got a problem...]
