V3 pt2

In one of the biggest ships of Atlas, James was getting reports of grimms unable to move forward two kilometers surrounding Vale. The Atlas soldiers have an easier time killing the grimms but the amount was so many that they would run out of bullets before every last grimm around dies.

In the tournament where Penny and Pyrrha were fighting. A cloud of smoke covered the arena for ten seconds then the audience see the fighters again in the middle of battle.

The fight happened exactly the same as the original. Penny got sliced into pieces by her own weapon which was controlled by Pyrrha. The audience got shocked and Cinder gave her speech.

When she was done with her speech. An alert was issued then a big nevermore was on top of the stadium. The people started to panic. The nevermore breach through then dives to the position of Pyrrha. Jaune almost manages to get to Pyrrha but the nevermore blown them away.

Instead of going for Pyrrha, the nevermore focused on an empty area. Ruby got the attention of the nevermore and then a lot of weapon lockers pin down the nevermore. The teams of Son, Velvet, JNPR and other contestants got their weapons from the lockers. They easily killed the nevermore with combined effort.

Jaune tries to give the weapon of Pyrrha to her but when he was close enough, "Pyrrha" disintegrates into particles which shocks the people in the arena.

Son: "Is it just me or did Pyrrha just turn into dust?"

Neptune: "NoPe"

Jaune: "WHAT IS HAPPENING!"

Then the weapons in his hands floated to his right side where three people are being revealed. All of the people recognized the two girls especially Penny in one piece. They looked at the "Penny" where her body was supposed to be but they did not find "her". So they can only think that the two that they were seeing are the real deal.

Ruby: "Uncle Rise, what are you doing here?"

Raizen: "Explanations will be given later Ruby. For now, we have a city to save."

Jaune asks Pyrrha what's going on and Ruby ask Penny how she is still alive.

Flashback with the smoke

A cloud of smoke covered the arena, Penny and Pyrrha were dragged by a force outside the arena. Looking back, the two girls saw their copy back at the arena fighting each other.

Penny: "How are we fighting there if we are here?"

??: "That little girl is a good question. Because both of you know of the real threat lurking around the kingdoms. Let's just say they decided to move and need a trigger to start their plan and your fight is the one they choose."

Pyrrha: "I always thought that the main skill of Ruby and Yang's uncle is cooking. I guess it's just a cover-up."

Raizen tried to explain but Pyrrha's head started to hurt. Raizen places his hand on top of Pyrrha's head to ease the pain.

Raizen: "Whatever you are seeing is just an illusion. I temporarily cut your use of semblance so that our position will not be compromised."

The two of the girls looked at the arena and also see that "Pyrrha" used her semblance to the weapons of "Penny" that killed the robot girl. Then they heard a speech.

Raizen: "Penny, when some villain tries to monologue in front of you, don't let them continue to talk."

Penny: "But why are we letting her do her speech."

Raizen: "Because the only people who can hear her are her allies and the people on the stadium. I already started my plans to counter theirs, which includes taking out you two here and making a show in the arena. Anywhere else in Vale don't know what's going on in the stadium which still produces some negative emotion so the grimms are still attracted to go to Vale. As for the other kingdoms, I cut the feed when the smoke happened which again gain concern on what is happening. I'm sure they can handle a few grimms, especially most of them are going to Vale.

Pyrrha: "If that happens, it will cause chaos that will lead to more grimms."

Raizen: "For the grimms on the ground. They won't be able to enter Vale because I erected a barrier covering Vale. It just happens that the stadium is at a higher altitude than the barrier. People will still see the flying grimms but they will be stopped by the barrier."

After the three of them listened to the speech, an alert was given. A nevermore manage to break into the stadium.

Pyrrha: "We need to help them"

Raizen: "Not yet *smiling to them* Let's make it dramatic."

End of flashback

In some places in Vale, white fang was making chaos but they notice that the civilians were being protected by some sort of barrier similar to the given reports before. Adam tried cutting the barrier but no matter what he do, the barrier reflects everything he throws at it. They decided that if they can't harm the people then they will destroy their property.

A couple of moments later, the ground shakes than in Mount Glen a really big elder grimm awakens because of the amount of the negative emotions coming from Vale.

At the top of Beacon tower, Ozpin is seeing an increase of grimms outside of Vale. Even though no grimm was able to penetrate the barrier, what concerns him are the people knowing because they know that grimms of large amount were outside of Vale. The people even see the flying grimms in the sky.

From afar after the sudden earthquake, he sees the flying grimm most commonly known as a wyvern which also spawns other grimms when a black goo falls from its body.

Ozpin noticed from below that some holes are popping out and one of the projects of Raizen were coming to the surface. The way Raizen explains that these missiles can travel a long distance and can destroy everything in a radius of 100 meters from the center.

He said to Ozpin that when an elder grimm comes close to Vale, then activate these missiles.

Ozpin also saw the "Reaper Knight", as what Qrow wants them to be called because he felt like a father to these 1000 robots that have his skills, are now being deployed and scattering throughout Beacon and Vale. The program embedded into the RK was:

Protect people

Kill grimm

There are other suborders for when peace was achieved like apprehending criminals and so on.

For now, these knights will do what they are made to do and that is to kill grimms. These knights also follow the setting of groups of four so the 1000 knights will be divided into 250 groups that will protect the civilians and others will clean up the grimms that are outside of Vale.

Ozpin activated the missiles and the warheads have gone to thin out the grimms outside the barrier that protects Vale.

In the sky, Roman tried to control the ship of Ironwood but he wasn't able to make it turn and shoot the other ships so they tried something else. Neo hand him the device that will hack the Atlas system but something happened.

After inserting the device. All the programs visible turns red and the Atlesian knight and paladins were included. But after a few seconds, everything turns blue.

Roman: *looking at Neo* "Was that supposed to happen?"

Neo just shakes her head. A moment later, because Roman wasn't able to drop the knights from the sky, Aknight come to the room where the two were and start shooting at them.

They choose to run because if the plan to hack the system was a failure then Ironwood will be able to get back to the ship and Roman doesn't want to be caught again.

Before Roman and Neo can get out of the ship. They were confronted by Ironwood and a dozen of Aknight and Atlas soldiers. Neo wasn't able to get away because after the blue light take over the supposed virus program, the Aknights were able to know where she was hiding when using her semblance and precisely shoot the spot where she and Roman were going that leads them to Ironwood and got captured.

Ruby is with team JNPR instead of going to the ship where he confronts Roman and Neo. She needs to regroup with her team to fight off the grimms that were trying to invade Vale and Beacon.

Qrow was having a relaxing time fighting some white fang cannon fodder. Because of the plans of Raizen, grimms weren't able to invade Vale, stopping a coup of the Aknights from what he can tell from the brief change of color from red to blue. Reaper Knight was rounding up the defeated white fangs and preventing a major disaster when he saw a wyvern trying to break the barrier around Vale.

A message come to his scroll and told him where to go. It seems that Adam Taurus needs a personal touch to be defeated. In the message, also include the strength and weaknesses of Adam. Now with this, even when he tied one arm behind his back, he can still defeat the white fang leader.

Ruby manages to reunite with her team after knocking down some white fangs which made Blake sad because her once comrades stoop too low and become desperate to even try and destroy Vale with grimms.

They already see that most of the white fangs were apprehended and put collars on their necks to stop them from using their semblance.

Most of the fighters when to outside of Vale where it is reported that there are still a lot of grimms trying to enter Vale. Pyrrha decided to go to Ozpin in case of the grimm breaching the barrier. She explains along the way to her team why she needed to go there.

At the entrance of Beacon tower, team JNPR saw Ozpin fighting 3 people. The team helps him defeat them. Cinder, who is not able to get the other half of the fall maiden's power was easily defeated when Ozpin, Pyrrha, and Jaune fought her. After that, they also got Emerald and Mercury to surrender when Reaper knights showed up and disrupted the semblance of Emerald to use her semblance. Ozpin put collars to the three of them.

Cinder: "WHY! WHY! WHY! WHY WERE ALL MY PLANS WHERE FALLING APART!? *looked at Ozpin* HOW COULD YOU KNOW!! EVEN USING THE BATTLE OF THE ROBOT GIRL AND PYRRHA, HOW COULD KNOW!!! TELL ME!"

??: "Well he can't really tell because even him don't know."

Cinder: *looking to the person that said that* "YOU! I THOUGHT YOU WERE MERELY A COOK AND THE UNCLE TO RUBY AND YANG!

DO TELL ME WHY OZPIN DON'T KNOW THE PLANS WE MADE FOR THE FIGHT BETWEEN PYRRHA AND PENNY!?"

Raizen: "Because I did not tell him. And as for your plans. *pause for a second* They were already countered before they even began. So when Roman told you that only a few people come to the recruitment for the white fangs. Those were also part of my plans."

Cinder: "SO YOU ARE THE ONE AT FAULT FOR MY PLANS TO FAIL."

She tried to get up but a shock discharged from the collar and brought her down again.

Raizen: "As much as I want to answer your 20 questions but as you can see, *pointing at the wyvern trying to break the barrier above them* I am still not done yet, and also, I am going to defeat Salem."

This causes Cinder to laugh hysterically.

Cinder: Hahaha You will never ever kill her. She's immortal.

Raizen: *facepalm* "Are you a deaf woman! I said "defeat" not "kill". *sigh* Ozpin looked after them while I clean up the mess."

Raizen floated and goes toward the wyvern using his clothes. The ones he was wearing are one of the things he did in his free time. He thought that if they are floating city, stadium and vehicle, why not people. Then he tried to weave clothes that can float but that did not work so he just embeds the technology into the clothes across the suit and he succeeded. After that, he made it so that the clothes and footwear were linked together to not go in different places and rip him apart. As to why he made this, the fight that he will be having with Salem will be a battle of attrition and multiple elder grimms will be there when it happens. So he is preserving his strength just in case it comes down to it.

As Raizen was going to confront the wyvern, he made sure to broadcast the fight to the people of Vale by using his drones to project the battle that he will do.

With his power as a Xiantian cultivator, he was easily holding the wyvern in place in the air. Then he summoned a weapon from below Beacon to his side. The weapon was three-time bigger than the one he used for the breach. He once showed it to Ruby and she ask what is the nature of the weapon. He only said:

PLASMA RAILGUN

Then he showed her how it was used in the emerald forest by taking a chuck of the grimms he gathered and slightly destroying the land. Let's just say Ruby passed out from that.

Now that he has a bigger version of it that in truth was an overkill to destroy the wyvern but he needed to put a show so that the negative emotion of the people will lessen and give security to their panicking selves.

After charging the weapon, he unleashed a shot that envelops the wyvern and the light coming from it covers a portion of Vale so the people below can only see the brightness that compares to the afternoon sun.

In the place where the wyvern was supposed to be, there was nothing else left of it. All the people that were watching the projections cheered at what the mysterious man did to the giant grim. After that, Raizen flies to where the barrier ends and started shooting his smaller version of the railgun.

Every hit took down either the mammoth, nevermore, ursa, and other grimms by the hundreds. The huntsman, Atlas soldiers, and reaper knights were able to push back the remaining grimms and took two hours to defeat them. When they were finished. Raizen gets back to Beacon and sees Qrow with Ozpin guarding the group of Cinder.

Qrow: "So you are going for the boss now?"

Raizen: *looks at Qrow* "Yes, the sooner the better. While I'm away, handle the things here, will you? *looks at Ozpin* Its time Ozpin." *Ozpin just nod at him*

A few days before the attack, Raizen told Ozpin that Salem will be given a chance to choose after freeing her from the curse of the two brothers that he will never meet Salem anymore. Ozpin knowing this asked him for one favor which Raizen allowed to be done.

Now he is at the beginning of the land of darkness in the dragon-shaped continent. grimms of different kinds were going to him and he readied the larger version of the railgun. A few minutes later with the constant fighting with the grimms, he manages to get to Salem's castle. Hazel, Watts, and Tyrian tried to confront Raizen but disappeared from his place and the next thing they knew was there were collars on their necks preventing the use of their semblance. Hazel tried to destroy the collar on his neck but he was given a powerful punch by Raizen which destroyed his aura and made him pass out easily. He did the same to the other two because he don't want to crazy while he was being busy with the crazier lady.

Salem: *clapping* "I'm impressed. I choose my pawns thoroughly and for you to defeat them quickly-"

Raizen: "Can we just get this over with. Because me defeating you is not on the top of the list I want to do so let's get started.

The provocation work and Salem started raining down spells upon spells on Raizen. The battle took a full day and he manage to defeat her when she thought that she already won. Fighting Salem was not hard but tricky. Every time he gets close to her, she conjures a wave of magic around her to push him back. Even when he is already a Xiantian peak cultivator, fighting an immortal with limitless energy will really push himself to the limit and with the railgun, he brought destroyed. He wasn't able to fight off the grimms coming at him. Not only does he have to fight Salem, but the grimms also want a piece of him. That is why it took longer than he thought to defeat her.

In the fight, Raizen manages to put a collar in her to disrupt her use of magic. With the help of Ozpin, he was able to build this specific kind of collar for her. But it can only give him a few minutes.

Raizen showed her the purifying water that could release her from her curse but it seems the liquid from the pool of grimm already took control of her emotions that the only thing on her mind was destruction. He tried to force the purifying water on her mouth but she won't budge. The purifying water is in a form of a pill that it has to be ingested inside the body for it to melt so just putting it inside her mouth will not cut it.

When he was planning with Ozpin on how Raizen will make Salem ingest the pill. Ozpin just said he can do whatever is needed to be done and he can no longer see the woman he had loved before. Raizen made the decision that it comes down to it, he will do the last resort.

With Salem being restricted, she still has a body of a woman so Raizen had no choice but to do his last resort. He covered his body in a thick layer of his energy to prevent the corrosion of the energy surrounding Salem get to him.

He got close to Salem and put the pill of purifying water in his mouth and kissed Salem which made her confused while resisting his advance by tightly shutting her mouth. While she was resisting, Raizen started touching the body of Salem with his hands already covered in his energy to make Salem moan and get the pill inside her mouth. After two minutes of resisting, Salem finally can't take it anymore and moan which made the pill pass to her mouth.

Raizen continues kissing Salem until she swallows the pill which only took a few more seconds to happen. He stopped kissing her when he knew that she already swallowed the pill. It's a good thing because the energy surrounding him is already thin and she might corrupt him instead of saving her.

The first visible result that is happening is the return of her eyes. Her body getting better color and the black aura around her was receding away. Next is the immortality that she has. It looked like when the aura of an individual finally depletes.

Salem: "Thank you. Are you going to kill me now that my immortality is gone?"

Raizen: "No, you have a choice to make but before that Ozpin or Ozma wants to see you for the last time because of what choice you make. You will never see each other again."

Salem: "I'll follow you to Beacon."

Raizen nods at this and puts out a ship from the time chamber that they will use as transport. He also took the three that were still knocked out with them so that the authorities can judge them.
