Start of plot

Layla:[As was saying, there has been a development on the whereabouts of the virus, and after noticing the virus from the water that you drank this morning I used the drone to locate the source and try to see the scope of the spread. I even used drones in different countries. The worse news is that almost all the people in urban areas have been infected. The only grace on this is, the virus is in a dormant state and needed external stimuli to be activated. I even analyze miss Saeko-san and I found out that her immune system is fighting the virus. I concluded that even she got bitten, she won't turn into a zombie immediately but would still die of severe blood loss if not treated properly.]

N: "How is that possible?"

Layla:[It is because of the food that comes from the time chamber. The plants and animals there are healthier and only have a few impurities. If we are in a cultivation world, then the energy inside would be purer and can help detoxify the virus from the body of a normal person. But as it is right now, the energy is only five times stronger than the outside, and one of the reasons why you are stuck at peak housing is because it is not enough for a breakthrough. N: *face palms, then look to the outside to see the sunshine and start to walk to the kendo club because this time around is when Saeko pass by the club before going to her next class* "So nothing much changed from the plot. But you said before that these zombies are stronger and faster."

Layla:[Yes they are, but the most that the final product of the virus is still limited. For example, it took 4 hours from the school to be engulfed by the dead from the original series, now it would only take 3 hours before everyone dies except for the one, and stead of limping, the zombies would travel at "normal walking speed". One good news so far is that, instead of five zombies that will come to the school, it will only be one and the time you will have to escape is slightly lower than 3 hours. So after you get your swords, if you move fast enough, you would still be on the timetable of the original plot. Just don't take long in getting the keys for the bus and you can still save those kids from the stairs. Saeko turned her head to the origin of the sound. She only sees a blur of a man coming towards her and when it's almost at her. She steps back then saw Nozomu handing her the titanium sword that is still covered in cloth.

S: "How did you do that!? And did you just break in the kendo girl's locker room?"

N: "Yes I did...I will explain everything, But for now..."

*then the PA system comes to life and just like in the original, telling the students to evacuate then the bad part came. All the students and teachers heard*

*SCREAMS*

N: 'from where we stand, we can already hear begging for help'... *looking at Saeko*

"You need to go to the infirmary to get some first aid kit and any medicine that you can get."

S: "You have a lot to explain after this."

N: "I Know, *accepting the consequence of his action* 'sigh...' ...after you get the necessary things, let us meet at the faculty room so we can get the keys to a car." *looks around and sees there are some zombies walking towards them* "GO!" *saying in a stern voice*

S: *flinch* "ok, you need to be careful" *kisses our mc*

After some hack and slashes and saving a few students, 2 boys and 2 girls, and directing them from the path he came from, and telling them to go to the faculty room. They just said that they would just follow him because he has a sword and can fight well.

N: 'This will slow my pace, but I can't just abandon them without any protection for themselves' "Ok follow closely, well be in tight formation and if you see or hear something tell me quickly but don't shout. These things are attracted to sound."

'I can already tell just from my enhanced senses where these zombies are located but I need them to have a sense of purpose to continue living'

"We will be going to the utility room to get you some weapons, that includes you *he looked at the girls then at all of them* you guys need to steel yourselves in order to survive. You guys might want to go and see your family, but that's not going to happen if you just cower away into a corner and wait to die. So FIGHT!"

What our mc sees in their faces after the pep talk is the face of determination. He can still see some fear in their eye but he thinks that they will be brave enough to face death head-on.

N: "Now follow me." *the 4 students just nod and followed him.
