Chapter 75. Finding a needle in a haystack

6 years later,

Above the 20,000 unknown Islands,

In a flying boat,

Tirus sat cross-legged, cultivating the final level of the dark lotus technique that he had. The formation around him glowed as dark light covered him.

The dark light was absorbed by him as the lotus in his sea of consciousness had sprouted anither petal.

[Beep! Host has cultivated till the 10th level of the dark lotus technique]

After so many years, he had finally made complete modification to his foundation till the level of morning star realm.

He was already a rank 4 magus before he started cultivating this technique, however, even with the amount of resources that he had, he still needed to cultivate for more than 5 years to cultivate this technique till this level.

"Finally." He said. Getting up, he spread his spiritual sense as much as he could.

Tirus was a rank 4 expert, and so, his spiritual sense could easily cover an area of about 100,000 km.

An illusory map full of pins appeared infront of him, and after a few seconds, he opened his eyes and pinpointed another location on the map.

"It should be around here."

Ever since Tirus arrived in this world, he had wanted to take the Sun's child bloodline and use it to refine a warlock clone of himself.

This was not just a simple bloodline creature. Its flames could burn in a vacuum, twisting the concepts of time. Even in some small worlds, the sun seen is not the actual fixed burning star, but in fact a grown Sun's Child. If he could make a clone using this bloodline, then that clone would, for sure, become a rank 6 monarch.

It was found in Fiery world and he was in the Fiery world, what more could he ask for?

The Sun's child bloodline was extremely strong, and so, wherever it was, it was bound to attract high quantities of fire energy particles. And so, Tirus had asked Yule to give him a map of the entire suface level of the Fiery world. Using his dark prophetic heart, he was trying to find its location for the past few years.

...

Blazing crown continent,

The white marble mountain,

Inside the secret room,

"How is the preparation going?" A red skinned human asked the lizardman infront of him. This red skinned man was emitting the radiation of a rank 5 magus and was the leader of this secret organization.

"Lord, we are ready, within 2 days, we will attack shadow legion and wipe every member of that organization from the face of this world." The lizard man answered with eyes full of pride.

"Good." To this, the red skinned human didn't have a strong reaction. His eyes dozed off as he recalled that scene. That day when the Blazing flame monarch had put a soul seal on him and made him her slave. He also recalled the faint suspicion and agitation in the voice of the monarch when they talked about the origins of the shadow legion and their backers.

"Raise the security of this place to the maximum when you go to exterminate them." The red skinned magus turned around and left, but his voice resounded in the entire room.

"As you wish, my lord." The lizard man bowed down with a thud.

The lizardmen species were physically quite robust, even after just being born, they were several times stronger than the children of other species. However, nature never favored anyone. Although the Lizardmen had great strength, they didn't have the deceptive mind of humans or elves, and so, they were an ideal species to be sold as slaves.

However, this didn't mean that they were lacking in intellect, they were simply a species which loved peace and stability, it was in their blood. So almost none of the lizardmen were ever ambitious.

...

After a month,

Inside a semi-plane,

"Damn, it's hot." Tirus, standing near a massive fiery pit, lost his composure for a while. The heat in this semi-plane was simply too much, even more than Connor's fiery domain.

He could feel his skin burning and regerating due to his high vitality, this constant pain of burning made him unable to even breathe for a moment. He commanded the A.I. chip to numb his pain receptors before sighing in relief.

[Beep! The tempreture here is deadly for the host. Estimated time before host's tissues lose the ability to regenerate: 6 hours 23 minutes]

'Stay clam, its worth it.'

There was an extremely high chance of the Sun's child bloodline being here. It had taken Tirus a long time to pinpoint this location even with the help of both the A.I. chip and dark prophetic heart. If not for these two, he'd never have been able to find this semi-plane.

This place was the one where the chances of the Sun's child bloodline being was the highest, that's what his intuition and A.I. chip told him. The temprature here was so much that not even normal rank 4 magi wouldn't dare to come here.

Tirus looked into the distance for a bit.

He could sense the presence of very powerful magical beasts, most at the level of rank 4 or higher, it was fortunate that he hadn't sensed any beast at rank 6.

"Then, I might as well hurry."

To be continued...
