Haru was left there all alone and couldn't help but feel speechless.
He wanted to try if he could get any sort of reaction from the writer or creator if he interfered with such highlighted scene.

The 'Who are you ? ' was meant for the creator if there was any but he got zero reaction.
He was helpless so he turned toward Ryan and the gang.

The word 'Upper World' caught his attention.
For some reason he felt that this world was real and he seems to be familiar with that word.

That was that if the people in this world are real or just some character.
There was the scene of Jason kissing Sumi at the novel. Does that mean , it was the future the writer saw and presented in the story or was it the story and the writer is controlling the scene right now?

From what he could make out , he could make sure that the writer wasn't controlling all the character because the shock they had right now was real.
