Chapter 22 Amusement park i

Later the next day Anlan returned home and found Yaoyao sitting on the couch with Han Jing and they were both watching TV when yaoyao saw that Anlan was back she ran to her and hugged her tightly

"Mummy is back"Yaoyao said and Han jing turned to look at the door where they were both standing

"Welcome home"Han Jing said

"I'm happy you're alright I was scared that something would have happened to you"Anlan said with a worried voice

"Why are you worried?"Yaoyao asked confused

"You don't have to listen to her yaoyao.. I've tried to tell her that there is nothing to worry about but she's still our Anlan the worry queen"Han Jing said still watching TV

"I was just worried you won't blame you would you?"Anlan said and sat on the couch close to Hang jing

"You look better than yesterday"Han Jing said

"I know I think I'm beginning to like the job"Anlan said and smiled"but it's still stressful I can't deny that"Anlan added and sighed 

"You're lazy even if you're given a job which you can do from home you would still say the same"Han Jing said and Anlan rolled her eyes

"It has not gotten to that point"Anlan said and folded her arms childishly

"You should be stressed out.. go rest"Han Jing said

"That's right"Anlan said and stood up but just as she was about to leave Yaoyao stopped her

"What's wrong?"Anlan asked 

"It's weekend"Yaoyao said and smiled

"So ..of course I know it's weekend"Anlan said , she was feeling so sleepy and didn't have time to start a long conversation with yaoyao

"You promised to take me to the park .. have you forgotten about it"Yaoyao asked 

"Of course not"Anlan said and touched Yaoyao's hair gently "wake me up once it's time, okay?"Anlan said

"Okay"Yaoyao replied and Anlan left for the room

 Later that afternoon Anlan woke up to the sound of the door and Yaoyao's voice, Anlan sat up on the bed and looked through the window only to see that it was already afternoon she stood up and went to open the door

"You sleep alot"Yaoyao said bluntly

"Do I?"Anlan asked rhetorically and smiled

"It's park time"Yaoyao exclaimed

"If I told you that I would get you a new pink doll and we shouldn't go to the park would you accept"Anlan asked waiting to hear a positive response from Yaoyao

"No I won't and there's no way we can cancel it uncle Cheng is waiting in the living room so it's time for you to dress up quickly"Yaoyao said pushing Anlan into the bathroom

"Why did you tell him to come without me knowing about it"Anlan asked 

"It's not wrong he had already promised to come so he did now go quickly"Yaoyao said and Anlan walked into the bathroom reluctantly
