Meeting My Co-Workers

Ms Gates, introduces me to the different departments i will be working close with , everyone this is Nitika Hughes . Today is her first day so lets make her feel welcome shall we. Ms Gates calls to a person sitting at the desk near my office, Alex this is Nitika Hughe's and you will be her Trainer for a week . Make sure you to show her what her job requires of her , i don't expect nothing more then 100% from you Miss Hughes " do you understand she turns to go, I tell her yes and Alex comes over and introduces himself. Shall we get started Miss Hughe's , he says and i'm quick to say please call me Nitika. Ok so Alex say this is your office and we have a meeting to go to so you can meet board members and the CEO. Since this is your first day i'll handle the meeting for our department today and you can kind of take notes or just watch , and you should speak when one of the board members or CEO talks to you. Okay i say, i think to myself he's kind of cute but a little arrogant , i hope this week get's better , so far i'm scared shitless. Alex shows me what the meeting is going to be about, he tells me that it's my job to make sure everything is in order for the meeting and shows me what to do and how to do it. But its nothing i have not done before, but i dont tell him that i just let him explain. He shows me how to get on to the website for our department, helps me get set up. Okay Nitika i have to go prepare to for the meeting to are you okay to go over the website and familiarize yourself with the aspects of your job, Alex asks. yes of course this is what i took four years of college for, so yes Alex i know what is expected of me and i will be okay . Go get yourself ready for the meeting i'm good here . Okay Alex says but if you have any questions or concerns please ask me. i got this no worries i say and Alex turns and leaves and i sit down and go thru everything about our department. Now i just need to calm down and do the job i was made for and loved . This isn't college and now i need to put to work what i learned hope Alex loosens up a little , he makes me nervous a little . I wonder what greens eyes is doing right now i wonder what kind of job he has i know it is in business but i really didnt talk to him much. and now i wish i had because i kind of liked him .
