??? Ah, sorry. The door wasn't opening, so I had to do my own thing, you know? - says the silhouette of someone walking through the dust. A voice that Rias and his nobility recognized.

Rias: Akuro!

As Rias said, it was Akuro making his entrance effect. Soon the dust lowers, and it is possible to see Akuro facing Riser and his nobility.

Grayfia : And who would you be? - Grayfia asks, wondering why he entered the club room. And for the reason that he has a magical power neither demonic nor sacred of angels or fallen angels.

Akuro : Me? I am Akuro Kenshin. - says to Grayfia.

Which indicated, that it was the energy used to activate the Susano'o. Blue because as he chose Madara's [Mangekyo Sharingan] pattern, Akuro decided to use the same color for the Susano'o as well. This color, which would be dark blue. But Akuro didn't plan to fully activate the Susano'o. He only planned to cover his body with this energy. Susano'o's energy would be more than enough to stop Riser's flames.

Grayfia seeing that things were heating up, and that it was going to get worse, decided to intervene.

Grayfia: Stop now! - she shouted in a serious voice, increasing her magic power, to the point of making Riser, Yubelluna and Akeno's magic powers dissipate.

Akuro, on the other hand, deactivated his Mangekyo Sharingan and his Susano'o energy, to think that Grayfia also dissipated his power. But of course, if not for that, Grayfia would never be able to go against Akuro's power.
