"I'm sorry, Alex. I'm extremely sorry." You've been through a lot throughout the years."

"It's all right, Father."

"Master, I called the Magic Squad's headquarters. "The Magic Emperor will arrive tomorrow."

Ethan nodded and spoke.

"Imprison all traitors and, if feasible, force them to admit their wrongdoing."

"All right, Master."

"Alex, let's go."

Ethan and Alex went down the hall.

"Alex, where have you been all these years?" Ethan inquired hopefully. Every year, Aiden would tell him everything about Alex. But he'd like to hear from Alex.

Alex shared details about Hage village and his life experiences. Ethan had a complex expression after hearing this.

"It's all my fault, Alex."

"I never imagined my brother would rebel. If I had known sooner, I could have saved your mother."

When Alex mentioned his mother, tears welled up in his eyes.

"It's all right, Father. Everything is in the past."

"Tell me about mother."

"Ok."

His mother, Sofia, was a commoner who was reared as an orphan, according to his father. Her ability with fire magic was exceptional. Later, she joined the Crimson Lions Squad, and he, as an earth wizard, joined the Aqua Deer Squad.

His father was saved during a mission by her mother. Her mother was a formidable woman. Later, his father pursued his mother and eventually married her. 

After marrying Sofia, Ethan learned that his father had died and returned to take over the family and Squad. His brother and father controlled the family and Squad before he returned.

Following that, Ethan told him about his grandfather and family history. A night had passed in an instant.

Alex opened his eyes early in the morning. He gazed around the room and remembered everything. He walked to the restroom to freshen up. When he got downstairs, he spotted his father with a middle-aged gentleman. Axel fully remembers who that individual was. He is Julius Novachrono.

Julius was a tall, middle-aged man with short messy blond hair and purple eyes. One of his notable features is a blue six-pointed star on the left side of his forehead. Julius wears a long red robe that covers his entire body. The part of his robe which covers his torso is decorated with white fur.

"When I heard something was happening with your family. I wanted to look into it. I lacked power, and someone had already covered up."

"I intended to uncover the truth when I became Magic Emperor." But several nobles stood in my way."

"You know they came up with a humorous explanation why I wanted your squad under my command. After I appointed a foreigner to the position of Squad leader."

"I'm sorry, Senior Ethan."

"With the information provided by your brother, we can locate and remove those nobels."

"It's all right, Julius."

"It's my responsibility; if I had reacted faster, none of this would have occurred."

Ethan sighed and turned to face the stairs.

"Alex, why are you standing there? Come here."

Julius turned around and gazed at him with curiosity.

"Julius was my son. Alex"

"You haven't met him since his birth."

Alex gave Julius a nervous glance. Even though it was acting.

"Hello, Alex."

"Hello..."

He spoke with trepidation.

"Alex, don't be scared; I'm your uncle."

Julius said with a smile.

"That...I heard you're a magical emperor."

"It's only a title. "Don't be afraid of me."

"This is my first encounter with you. I haven't bought any gifts. Is there anything else I can do for you?"

"Tell me I'll get it the next time."

"There is no need, Julius."

"It's all right, senior."

"I heard the Magic Emperor was a rare-time mage." "Can I see your magic?"

"Haa....haa...Senior, it appears your son shared my passion for magic."

Ethan smiled as well.

"Chrono stasis."

Alex felt as if everything around him had paused, and his body was also responding to the enchantment. He could only feel his surroundings moving.

Julius signed two signatures for him.

I told Aiden to bring everyone from the orphanage here."

Asta and Yuno went on a tour of his house. Alex notices a longing in their eyes. Alex has no idea how many times Ethan has thanked Father Orsi.

"Asta, Yuno. I have a present for you."

Alex handed them two frameworks. Their eyes widened as they gazed at it.

"Magic Emperor Autograph."

"Do you like it?"

"Did you see Magic Emperor, Big Brother?"

"Of course, he was here in the morning."

"You'll also run into him sooner or later."

Asta and Yuno both nodded.

The castle was full of laughing in the evening.
