CHAPTER 5

Dear Diary,

It's weekend already  so we are free to go outside the campus premises.I was so excited preparing myself to leave.I woke up 5 in the morning and went to the batroom to start my morning rituals.

"I'll miss you." Kaycee uttered while preparing our breakfast.She also visited her family.Actually,we left the school together.

My elder sister,Roma...asked me and my cousin Alejandro to take her daughter Cassy to the park.We agreed and immediately changed our clothes.I'm also the one who took care of Cassy.

"Let's go." Ali said.

I held Cassy's little hand.We walked together to the parking area.We rode on Ali's car.My car wasn't here...Maybe Zandro,my younger brother borrowed it.Cassy was so happy when we arrived at the park.She immediately jumped from the car and ran towards the ground covered with bermuda grass.Ali told her to be careful.

"She's really adorable." I said while smiling.

"She really is." He agreed.

We took Cassy to the playground.We also played with her that made the kiddo happier.I laughed hard when Ali tripped to the ground.He seemed embarassed that moment.Cassy also laughed at him.He chased the kid that made Cassy ran around the see saw.I enjoyed watching them.

Cassy was between me and Ali while we're walking back to the parking lot.She was also holding our hands.Some people who didn't know us would think that we are couple by watching us.

My heart throbbed as we turned to the corner for I saw a familiar figure.His black hair was messy and his ocean-blue eyes looked at me with a hint of anger.I don't know if I was just imagining things but I'm pretty sure that it was anger that I saw.I expected him to bully and mock me but what he did was the opposite...

"You looked good together." He said while smiling.I could tell that his smile was a sarcastic one.After saying that compliment or whatever it was,he immediately walked away.

"Uh...Jealous?" Ali uttered.I just shrugged my shoulders.

That guy is really unpredictable.
