When I said this words everyone's eyes lit up and my mother said :

"..... Fine, go on " she said as she looked in my gaze but she didn't refuse because she already knew what the meaning of her son's eyes said, it says that no matter what you say I am not willing to give up.

' I guess what everyone says is true, my lucy really seemed to have taken that man's stubborness but..... is it a good thing or bad ? ' She thought confused but she also felt disgusted to remember Lucas's father.

" I will take Julia or Lily alongside me for my hunt within the burning lotus forest."

Burning lotus forest, this forest is a forest covered with thick, tall trees along with dark green coloured leaves which doesn't let the sunlight touch it's ground. This forest is on the south-east side of the Clystalin city and one of the most dangerous places near the city.

The reason why this forest is named like this is because of it's legend of a lotus which petals keep burning. The reason why this Lotus was special was because unlike a natural Lotus this Lotus is one of the world items. I also don't know much about the world items but the lotus located in this forest cause the monsters or animals in the forest to evolve with a fire elemental trait. Nobody knows who or why this Lotus is located in this forest but their have been countless adventurers trying to find this Lotus to get their hands on something which will make their life luxurious but non till this day have been successful.

The reason why I want to go to this forest is because of the supernatural animals and monsters which will give me Higher exp according to Uriel. As even though rarely their are cases of a spatial dungeon appearing in this forest because of it's high elemental energy.

".....I have a few conditions which I want you to follow, than I will allow you to go hunting. Is that clear ?" Athanasia said in a authoritative tone but everyone in this room knew how much she was controlling herself to show that she is a excellent mother. As one of the priorities of excellent mother is to restrict their child a little so that they won't take everything for granted.

" Alright!!" I said trying to hide my excitement but to no avail. Even though Lucas has become cold and patient from his past life, in front of his biological mother it was hard to keep his gaurd up as she was not the best mother but way better than the mother deep within his soul which he can't even forgot no matter how much he tried.

' I guess you have grown just not in your strength little one.....' Uriel thought with her non existent bittersweet smile as she saw the usual cold and indifferent boy brimming with excitement like the little kid he is from his physical overview.

" First, you won't enter the Clystalin city and directly enter the burning lotus forest through space magic." When I heard her first condition my mood took a complete 180° turn as one of the main reason why I wanted to go outside was to see the city which will possibly inherited by me.

"..... Their's a reason for that Lucy." She said with a hurried tone when she saw my gloomy expression, even though she is trying to be a strict mother currently at the end of the day she still the same woman who will destroy a whole army just for her son.

" It's regarding your BIOLOGICAL father and his family. That man had always been a cautious person. He sends spies and what not just to keep a check on me after I left him. He thinks that I will attack him or something shity like that." She said with a disgusted look on her face and emphasized the ' biological ' to show her distrust and disgust towards him as if telling,' I am the only parent you have that guy just have his blood in you, that's it !'

" But for some odd reason he still has many spies and eyes in the Clystalin city, that son of a–" Before she can complete Julia shouted.

" Lady viscountess !!"

"–monkey !!"

My mother ended the sentence after hearing Julia with a pause. I simply chuckled knowing the complete reason why this short scene of drama happened.

" Haah, the reason why that man is still sending his men in the viscounty is not to keep eye's on the viscountess athanasia but because of her guard and protection in her palace. He might be suspicious about her behaviour and heavy protection on her palace and want's to find what treasure is in here in the Zechs household."

Lily said with a look that said her patience have been tested enough already. When my mother heard that her eyes opened wide and after a few seconds her face disgruntled.

" I will go pay him a visit...."

"ABSOLUTELY NOT"

Alongside the two maids I shouted. Everyone who knows athanasia and is trusted by her knows who she really is. She is a possessive and overprotective woman who can do everything and anything for her dear son a.k.a she was going to cause a mass destruction wherever Adonis is.

" ....ok, I guess....." Athanasia said calming down a little but everyone knows that once she see that man things are gonna get dirty.

' Even though lady athanasia is strong but that is the only case in raw strength and supernatural abilities but if she faced against that man head to head than even a annihilation of a armies of millions is possible..... After all he is not the administrator of defence of such a great empire for nothing.' Completely lack of me knowing Lily thought.

" Than are you going to hide me from him forever." I asked with a firm voice.

" No, but right now is the wrong time. I have made a plan with Julia and Lily. You just have to wait for a while a try your best to grow as strong as you can for our plan to work. After that I will introduce you to him myself." Athanasia said with a honest voice.

" Alright mother but ...."

" Is something wrong, son ?"

Athanasia was taken aback by my ' but ' as she was worried that her son might want to meet his father right away but discarded that thought immediately. Lucas is someone who is way more practical than her and that's why he might have already guessed the reason.

"....I want you to know that you are my mother. As my mother and the person who has raised me I will never try to go against you. If you truly don't want me to go or thinks that right now is not the right time than please say so ?" I said with a firm voice which surprised Uriel. l am someone who knows how to return favor and not a single thing in this currently is more important than this woman in front of me. A woman who is ready to fight against the heavens if they hurt her son.

After hearing me athanasia stood up from a seat causing me to flinch. She hugged me with a speed unnoticeable by eyes. I only felt a slight disturbance in the world energy near her throne. Warlords are super strong and it's not just a rumour that they can destroy a country single-handedly.

" It's n-not that I want to stop you..... It's just you are too precious for me and it gives me chills to my core to even think of something happened to you...." She said hugging me while holding her tears which will break from a slight push and I gave her that slight push.

I patted on her back and said,'... It's alright mother I can't promise you that I won't do something selfish and risky but I will always remember that their are people waiting for me to return home."

I said with a soft voice with a innocent smile or should I say true smile.

When athanasia heard those words she started crying and said:

" Yes never try to do something which will harm your life until I am dead. You are the only happiness I left."

When Julia and athanasia heard my earlier sentence they both flinched for a while because they knew my words were just not meant for my mother but they were also included.

They just looked at me with teary eyes but kept their composure as maids.

' Haah, what a troublesome family I have.'

' Heh~ I don't know about that as the Lucas I am seeing right now is completely different from the one who I met in the dimensional gap.'

' Well, you can say that was a being who I truly am but currently I am Lucas de Zechs.'
