Chapter 12

Title:"The beautiful tutor"

The days slowly passed and Theraki was still having a hard time coming up with a complete plan, but she can manage it and may finish up drawing the plan before the end of fall season. But for now she's scheduled to tutor Arthas on the ways of war. She doesn't really understand why she was chosen as a tutor. As she slowly made her way to the designated place where she would tutor Arthas she remembered her reaction a couple of days ago she felt embarrassed and was blushing. The guards on the door stopped and inspected her for any dangerous object she may carry. Theraki entered the room and there she saw Arthas already sitting on one of the chairs surrounding a medium sized circular table. Arthas saw her enter and approached her.

"Admiral Theraki you're here, please take a seat so we can start." Arthas greeted her while signaling on a chair.

"My pleasure your majesty." answered Theraki while giving an awkward smile. Her eyes scanned the room and realized she haven't seen this room before, so she decided to ask.

"Uhm... Your majesty what room is this?" asked Theraki.

"This room is some sort of a study room that my parents made for me." answered Arthas truthfully.

"That explains it your majesty." nodded Theraki in realization.

"Cough* So shall we start?" asked Arthas.

"Uh yes your majesty, so what aspect in the ways if war you find hard?" quickly answered Theraki realizing what she's here for.

"Everything...I guess" answered Arthas in embarrassment.

"O-okay then let's start with the basics, the way of war..."

As time slowly passed more and more topics were being taught to Arthas. Theraki first didn't believe that her majesty has no knowledge about war but it turned out that he actually has little knowledge but has an insane learning speed. In just a couple if hours Arthas learned all about tactics and a little bit of strategy from Theraki, she said shnot great at strategy so everything she's teaching him is book knowledge. Arthas didn't mind as he has a bit of knowledge about strategy from his previous life and he frequently reads books about politics and warfare. But even if he read all the books he still needed experience and soneone who has experienced warfare first hand to further his learning. He asked different questions and Theraki answered it quite easily at first but as the topics go harder she's having a hard time answering the questions that was asked. On this session, Theraki also learned new things about war and the personality of Arthas. She learned how important the weather and terrain is, if you're fighting and many more. She decided to use her new found knowledge on creating the strategy that she was tasked to do.

She learned about Arthas is that he's the carefree kind of man but can still be dangerous once he snapped. She realized that Arthas cares deeply about family matters which she associated with what happened 4 years ago.

'He's like the best husband one can wish for, strong, handsome and cares for his family. Plus he has a great affinity for strategy. Sadly he still hasn't reached adulthood.' thought Theraki while looking at the man she was teaching answering the questions she prepared to act as an exam.

"And... I'm finished" said Arthas while he gave his paper to Theraki.

"Our session for today has concluded your majesty." said Theraki while reading some of Arthas's answer on the paper.

"Uh-huh...May I ask something." said Arthas shyly

"Go ahead your majesty." said Theraki while she gazed at Arthas feeling flabbergasted due to some of his answer on the paper she was reading.

"Am I a suitable leader? I mean I don't think I can order the death of someone out of my own volition much less kill.Even though I killed my own uncle years ago and does sacrifices, I still can't think if I should always do that, like killing brings more killing right?"

"Of course your majesty. Killing brings more killing but we must do it for the sake of our own family. But you're different my king, you can't put your family before our race. You must always think what and how it may affect our race as a whole, if you didn't kill your uncle there our situation right now would be much worst afterall as long as a problem is present if not dealt quickly it may cause more problems. As for the sacrifices, we must appease the gods of old, chaos gods, and Khaine so they would continue to bless us and so they won't take your status as their chosen champion especially Khaine. For Khaine is the truth and the truth is Khaine. answered Theraki truthfully.

"Hmmmm... You're right, I must put the welfare of my people before my emotions! Thanks" thanked Arthas.

Therika was caught off guard due to that thanks from Arthas. She felt she was blushing hard right now and can't stay here anymore.

"I-l'll go your majesty." said Theraki.

"Yes, yes go ahead"

'She is really beautiful and cute when she's blushing.' thought Arthas momentarily as he observed the retreating figure of Theraki while contemplating what she said earlier.

Therika slowly walked towards the door where she entered. She wanted to run from the embarrassment she experienced. But little did she know that what she said to Arthas would slowly change his overall character. Slowly changing towards what a Witch King should be.

Inside Theraki's personal room, "The Wrath of the Witch King"

'He really is becoming more and more like his grandfather. The last gate that prevents him from becoming a tyrant which everyone needs and loves is his decision that he would make once the civil war ends. Will he execute every traitor to the crown or exile them? Maybe pardon them. No matter what he's bound to be the either like Malekith or the opposite of Malekith. Anyway, I'm happy that my plan worked flawlessly and if the second phase worked too, we won't even need to have a battle against the remaining traitors their own subjects would do it for us and all we need to do is enter the city and my beloved king will declare himself as the new Witch King once he quelled any remaining opposition. Thinking about that scene where he crowns hinself makes me wet.' wrote Theraki in her diary. While she remembered all the time she tutored Arthas.

Suddenly, a shade appeared beside Theraki. The shade whispered something to her which made her smile in delight. She dismissed the shade and quickly walked outside to order her subordinates to prepare a mount for she will deliver the news about the second phase of plan personally to her beloved king.

'My king and beloved, the Druchii is now yours'

The tournament will start 2 days from now and I'm having a string of bad games. If this continues I would be changed to a 6th man and may not be able to play. :-(
