A fight with a pretty(Evil) lady. Darkness.

As our blades clash, i twirl the haft of my scythe upwards, attempting to disarm her in order to take her head off afterward, she dodges the haft, and I twirl the blade again going for her midsection as the previous maneuver would not work, I adapt as she dodges that as well, her blade swings for my neck but I interpose my clamp-end of the reverse of my scythe, she swings her blade out of the clamp before I can twist it out of her hands-.

We both jump back as we both dodge a mutually decapitating blow.

"You're pretty good for a rebel, allow me to introduce myself. I am Ruruko Dustinessford, 3rd daughter of the Dustinessford family." Her smile turns into a snarl. "I'll be the one to kill you!"

I frown, "Ever heard of a Lalatina Dustinessford?" I ask, a little worried.

"I plucked the eyes of that traitor myself!" she screeches.

"I don't have to feel bad about killing you then." I grin, and charge forward.

Our blades clash again This time even faster as my body strengthens and my skills rise. She keeps matching me however.

Blade, haft, spear, sword coming for neck, dodge, kick, mulekick, she dodges that! move faster! sword for neck! Dodge!

She tripped me, I twirl out of the fall, move faster! CLEAVE! twirl haft, I made connection to her arm, it's severed. She goes for a kick in an attempt to gain distance. She's screaming in pain due to her severed arm! Distracted! I go to pull her head off with the reverse blade of my blade, she ducks, I move the reverse blade in an arc, removing the left side of her body from the rest of it. Her body is cut from shoulder to groin. Her eyes widen as she immediately bleeds out and her eyes go dim.

"Your head will be a good introduction gift for night raid. Murderous bitch!" I begin to sever her head but a voice interrupts me.

"I'll be introduction enough." says a voice I recognize as Darkness or Lalatina Dustinessford

I turn around to see a young woman that matches darkness, except her armor is all black, and her eyes are covered with an embroidered leather wrapping.

"I didn't notice you at all. nice stealth."

I look around and notice the walls have been knocked out, the roof is missing and the foundation of the building is entirely cracked down the middle.

She grins, "I would have preferred to put down my sister myself, but what can you do," she shrugs, and then turns around beckoning me to follow.

"IM COMING WITH YOU!" shouts a determined looking Yunyun. She then casts clean on herself stealthily.

Darkness frowns. "You, who pissed yourself at a glance of killing intent?"

Yunyun grimaces but still looks determined.

I interrupt the soon to be argument. "Please, Let her come with me. I'm sure she can try to be of use with some more training!"

Darkness frowns. "Fine, but You'll need to train hard and prove yourself." she grimaces,

"Just like Tatsumi, I guess." she mutters. but I catch it anyway.

"Me too." I overhear.

I spot a dead-eyed Megumin cradling Kazuma's head, and I feel bad for her.

I feel magic being cast as Megumin does nothing.

"You're too weak." Darkness says. "From my information, you only just learned a single spell other than Explosion. A piddly little lightning bolt will not save you from a trained blade." Darkness finishes.

"Oh." she says, her eyes going even more dead.

My eyes widen as she turns her own staff at her head and Before I can charge forward and grab it away from her, I flinch as her lightning bolt spell goes through her head, vaporizing it as her body falls to the floor.

"DAMNIT!" I shout, and Darkness looks away, shamefaced.

"I didn't mean for that to happen." She mutters, looking depressed.

"I don't think it was your fault. I think this might have broken her."
