Test

"the test will be about....."

'just say it already' Koshima grumbled in his mind.

"a complete Shinobi test!" Hamaki said.

"a complete Shinobi test? what is that?" Koshima asked tilting his head to the side.

"It's a test that will test your overall Shinobi skills." Hamaki slowly explained.

"it tests most aspects of being a ninja. like taijutsu, ninjutsu, bukijutsu and if you know it fuinjutsu and other things." Hamaki continued.

"first off Bukijutsu." the experienced Jonin said pointing at a few targets set up on trees.

"I will go first!" Koshima said stepping forward and taking out a few Shuriken and kunai.

Koshima breathed in and out then tensed his body and threw the shurikens and kunais with all his might.

the sounds of steel piercing wood were heard as the weapons embedded themselves into the center of the targets.....most of them.

"good percisoun but still needs a bit of work." Hamaki commented.

Koshima nodded and went to take out his weapons then came Shikari's turn.

without even trying Shikari nailed all of the targets perfectly in the center.

"good there is nothing else I can say." Hamaki smiled having already known of Shikari's monstrous talents.

then came Yoshihaya's turn and Just like Shikari she got all the targets perfectly.

after that Hamaki made them perform the three basic academy Jutsus which they all did without a hitch.

"time for the final test. you three are going to fight me and if you could touch me you pass." Hamaki said with confidence.

"Sensei not trying to be arrogant here but isn't touching you a bit too easy?" Shikari said.

"well if you say so then instead of just touching me you have to beat me." Hamaki replied while smiling and looking at the horror-filled faces of Yoshihaya and Koshima.

"Why did you have to talk!" Koshima shouted looking at Shikari like he Just summoned the grim reaper or in naruto's case the Shinigami.

Shikari shrugged and looked at Hamaki then said:

"When are we going to start?"

"Now!" the Jonin said as he disappeared in a ShunShin.

"how are going to get him?! he is a literal Jonin!" Koshima complained giving up on even trying.

"Don't worry about that." Shikari said making hand seals.

"Doton: Jihibiki Kansei no Jutsu!" [ Earth Tremor Sense Technique ]

Shikari put his hand on the ground and closed his eyes in concentration trying to sense any movements nearby.

after a few seconds of sensing nothing, Shikari noticed a slight movement up on a tree branch.

"Found him." Shikari suddenly said.

"Where?" Yoshihaya asked finally saying something.

"on the branch of that tree," Shikari said pointing his finger at a particularly large tree.

"We have to form a plan first." Shikari said starting to formulate plans in his mind.

the trio sat down and started making a plan for a while telling each other their strengths and weaknesses.

sometime later.

"Why are they taking so long?" Hamaki said and if on queue he heard a sizzling sound cutting through the air.

Hamaki didn't try to dodge or even block but let the kunai hit him then in a puff he disappeared replacing himself with a log.

Hamaki landed on another branch observing Yoshihaya the attacker.

"here." a voice sounded behind his back.

Hamaki immediately turned around drawing his tanto and blocking the strike from Shikari's katana.

both then jumped on the ground and started a kenjutsu duel Hamaki with his tanto and Shikari with his beautiful Katana.

as the two clashed their swords sparks flew around from the clashing of the sharp weapons.

"not bad, kid." Hamaki said as he slashed at Shikari who blocked but stepped back a bit due to the heavy force of the slash.

Hamaki rushed at Shikari slashing at him multiple times at fast speeds which overwhelmed Shikari to the point of falling to the ground with Hamaki's tanto on his neck.

"give up kid you lost." Hamaki said.

"I don't think so." Shikari smiled.

then Yoshihaya and Koshima both rushed at Hamai with a kunai in their hands.

Hamaki of course turned around and blocked both slashes.

but turning his back to Shikari was a bad mistake.

Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger

"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!" (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique)

Shikari blew a huge fireball out of his mouth and launched it toward Hamaki.

Yoshihaya and Koshima dashed away from the range of the fireball.

Hamaki could only turn around and watch as the fireball drew near him he couldn't dodge fast enough.

"BOOM"

the fireball exploded into a firey hell burning whatever was in the immediate range of the explosion.

as the smoke slowly dispersed and its place was...nothing?

then clapping sounds were heard as Hamaki ShunShined back to the smoke's previous place.

"Good....really good. you passed!" Hamaki said his clothing was burnt and some parts were torn off and he was slightly burned in some places but in general he was fine.

Koshima jumped for joy while both Yoshihaya and Shikari just smiled.\

"to celebrate team four's creation we will go eat at the Akamichi BBQ restaurant, of course, I will pay." Hamaki said grinning at the happy reactions of his new students.

team four then went to the restaurant and had a good time eating while chatting about random topics.

in the end, the trio of genins went back to their homes stomachs full and officially a genin in a team.

the next day the team met in front of the ninja academy and took a mission....a D-Rank mission.

while Shikari was already adapted to the horrors of D-Rank missions Yoshihaya and Koshima weren't.

the days the team took the D-Ranks were hell-like days for Yoshihaya and Koshima.

however to Shikari, those days were boring to him but nothing compared to Yoshihaya and Koshima.

a month passed and team four took more and more D-Ranks by the day but one-day Hamaki decided they were more than ready for a higher-ranked mission a C-Rank.

the team was already in the building to receive another D-Rank but Koshima had had enough and spoke his mind.

"I can't take it anymore! I don't want a D-Rank mission! can we get a C-Rank please Sensei!" Koshima begged his eyes already getting wet.

"Fine, I was already planning to get a C-Rank this time just get up." Hamaki said sighing and helping koshima get up.

"give me a C-Rank mission please." Hamaki said to the chunin.

the chunin nodded and took out a C-Rank mission giving it to Hamaki.

'thank whatever god there is we didn't get a D-Rank again.' Yoshihaya thought on the inside while on the outside she showed a blank face.

Hamaki opened the scroll reading the mission information.

Hamaki then nodded closing the scroll and deeming the mission perfect for his team.

"Tomorrow come to the eastern gate at 8 AM and be ready for a long mission." Hamaki said advising his team to get enough items to last for at least a month.

Shikari got back home early and started preparing his "bag" it wasn't an actual bag it was just his stuff put in a scroll.

(reminder of the items that Shikari currently has packed beside the necessary stuff like food and water)

high-quality Shuriken and Kunai, a complete first aid kit, high-quality ninja wire, high-quality senbon, five poison antidotes, a bingo book, five increasing blood pills, ten high-quality explosive tags, ten military ration pills, five empty scrolls, five smoke bombs, and of course camping equipment.

the next day at exactly 8 AM the team set off with their client for an interesting and exciting adventure.
