Chapter 167

“What I can’t let that happen, are you telling me to let Sharon go?, we only had a little fight so why will she filed for divorce?”

“But you know that is not just a little fight” Paul. “But I’m not in a position to tell you to let her go, I think you need to sit down and talk with Sharon”

“Fine” he said that storm out.

Sharon refused to stay in the marriage, she has made up her mind. It is either Ben or no one.

Ben was worried because Sharon hasn’t called him for like a week, he wanted to know if she's ok so he called but Patrick was the one picking the call.

 “Who is this?”

“This is Sharon's husband and who are you?” Ben cut the call.

“What is wrong with that guy,? Why is he with her phone?, I hope nothing is going wrong over there?, I also hope that Sharon is ok”. He thought of going over to her place but then he doesn't want to get himself involved in a fight between husband wife. As long as Sharon has not divorce him, there is nothing Ben could do.

“Patrick I don’t like what you are doing, give me back my phone and stop coming to my house”

“You can't tell me what to do because I married you and for goodness sake Sharon just forgive me. What did I do that you cannot forgive me?” Patrick ask going on his kneels begging.

Sharon left him inside the house and walk away she didn't want to forgive him, she didn’t want them to continue. Ben has occupied her mind she want nothing more right now than to be with Ben. Patrick on the other hand is losing his mind because of Sharon.

He slept over at Sharon's place, takes her phone from her and keeps begging at the same time.

Sharon came back late in the night to found Patrick still in her house.

“What is wrong with you? what are you still doing here?. I don't want to hear and I don't want you begging me. You’ve done your worst now is my turn”

“Sharon please I'm begging you just let this go please”

Ben on the other hand couldn't sleep, he keep turning and tossing in bed, he keeps thinking the worst scenario about Sharon and Patrick he wanted to rushed and go to Sharon in case Patrick is manhandling her right now, he wanted to be there to save Sharon but something keeps telling him not to go.

“Sir are you ok?” the maid ask Ben when she saw him walking about in his sitting room in the middle of the night with a glass of water in his hand.

“Yes I’m ok, why are you up by this time?” he throws the question back at his maid.

“Oh, I heard noises so I thought I should check but since is you I’m going back to my room”

“It's okay, you can go back.”
