Chapter 146

“Really?, better for her” she said with a twisted mouth.

“Mom is okay” Christy said hugging her, Paul just laugh.

“So are you guys going today or you’re staying till tomorrow?.

 “We are going” Christy said .

“No we are staying” Paul said.

“Why because I want to sleep in your room” Paul told Christy “and Sharon too, let’s Sharon sleep in your room today”

“it’s okay just say you are the one who wants to sleep there.”

“Yes, am the one” Paul said so happy like a child. He has been wanting to sleep in Christy’s room, it makes him feel like when they were younger.

 “Then we’ll stay till tomorrow”

 “Right then. I guess I have to start preparing food for all of you” her stepmom said and rush to start preparing food.

After eating they sat down and talk, discussing about everything and laughing as family and then they went to bed.

“Why” Christy asked Paul.

“What do you mean why?”

“Why do you ask us to stay here tonight.?”

“Because it makes me feel like I'm home. You know I always come here standing over there, looking at this your window hoping to see you” he went to the window and point at the spot he use to stand back then.

“Are you serious?. I can't remember any of those” Christy said.

“yeah, because I didn't tell you”

“Hmm, thank you” she said smiling.

“For what?”

“For loving me”

“I'm the one to thank you for making me see you. I can remember when I first saw you, do you know what I said that day?”

“No”.. Christy said

“I told you that you didn't even look like a human being”

“What!.. are you serious?”

“Yeah, but I was only joking and you! Hmmm, you didn't take it kindly with me, you drag me to your house I thought you’re going to beat me”

“Hahaha” Christy laugh, but why can’t I remember all this?, Is seems we have sweet memories”

“Yea, I fell madly in love with you, but a lot happened though”

“Ok, like what?”

“Forget about those once”

“Why?”

“Because I want to tell you about only the happy once”

“Ok, so tell me”

“Well, I can remember am the one who deflowered you” Paul said not looking at Christy.

“What? You have to pay for that you know?”

“Yea, and I’ve paid in full, and will continue to pay”

“I love you more, can I take one, in your room?” Paul raise his index finger as he pleaded for something Christy don’t know about.

“What do you want to take? There is nothing here to take” Christy said because they have everything in the city, everything here is very old so what will Paul want to take here?.

“Come let me whisper to you”

Christy walk across to Paul.

“No way! She open her eyes wide, No… this is my room, you are not doing that here, infact go and sleep in the sitting room” she push him forward.
