Until my best friend, Areum, got a boyfriend, it was just me and her. We did almost everything together. She always came with me to check out new video games (even though she didn't like them). Then, we would shop for shoes and cute outfits for ourselves. But, now its different, its just Areum and HIM. If I'm being honest I've been left out of their little coterie of love; I have come to dislike Mark, because I might be jealous of their whole relationship (with emphasis on "might"). Yet, I can't seem to fall for him again, it feels like he stole my best friend from me.

So, now I'm stuck on this adventure that could change everything, in both of our lives. I'm unsure if this is gonna ruin us or if it'll make us ever closer than before.

Lee's pov:

As of right now i feel like a third wheel.. Mark is here with Areum yet again! It was seriously supposed to be me and her. Not me, him, and her. Why did he come here? Did Areum invite him knowing that it was just me and her? Or was it because she really had to have him there. I sighed putting my hand under my chin and resting it on the table. I look over seeing Areum and Mark looking so in love and happy. (A/N: I do not have any problem with that just needed to be more detailed). They were having so much fun without me. I just really don't feel good around them. It just feels like they're ignoring me in some way or another. I really need to get out of here fast before I start saying things I will likely regret. So, I sit up smiling sadly. I quietly said to Areum (who may not have been listening), "Umm... Hey Areum, I'mma go to the restroom, 'kay?" As I said that she just says "Mhmm," and goes back to paying attention to Mark. As I pretend to go use the restroom I passed a game store. My eyes light up seeing that the new Halo Infinite game is out. I need to buy this game or else I'mma go punch a wall. That's what I'mma do. But I highly doubt that I'll punch a wall.

Areum's Pov:

So, today I'm hanging out with Marky-pooh and Tae-hee (my BSF). Well technically it was supposed to be just me and Tae-Tae but I really wanted them to become friends so I asked Mark to come over. I didn't think that Tae-Tae would have a problem with it. But lately, they seemed to act off. Well, maybe it's just my imagination. As I was talking to Mark, I heard a small (More like a whisper) voice coming from behind me. It was Tae-hee saying "Umm... Hey Areum, I'mma go to the restroom, 'kay?" After she said that, I hummed in response knowing I just wanted to keep talking with Mark. But I couldn't help notice that they seemed a bit down after saying that. Maybe they just really needed to use the restroom knowing them, they didn't use it before they left.

Third-person omniscient pov:

Later on, Tae-hee walks towards the game shop, looking for the new Halo infinite game that is out. That one game that they have been hearing about recently. As they walk around looking for the game they wanted, they see another person in the same aisle. They found the game and reached out but to have another person overlap their hands on Tae-hee's hands.

Mark's Pov:

As i was with Areum , i noticed that Tae-hee was gone. I thought for a while were they might have gone then i realized that they said something to Areum before they left. ( mhmm...oh right they said thier were going to go to the restroom but they have been gone for a while now ). Maybe i could text jackson to see if he has seen them around , because he was at the same place we were st (the mall) buying clothes and games.

Mark: Hey jackson

Jackson: Whats up?

Mark: I was wondering if you have seen Tae-hee because earlier they left to go to the rest room and she still hasn't came back yet and you are one of the three people who are closest to them to know soo...

Jackson: Well I'm still here at the mall so I can walk around to see if i can find them i might know some places where they might've gone too.

Mark: kay then well I don't want Jae beom to hurt me if Tae-hee got hurt.

Jackson: I'm pretty sure they're fine , and if that happens you gonna get beat XD lol

Mark:yay yay bye

Jackson: ya talk to you later .

After I was done , I started to look around to find Tae-hee , then I thought ( where's the one place they like to go the most whenever were here)." Right! The game store" I said to my self. So I started heading to the Game store in the mall. I looked around and I saw them. So I walked behind them and started to reach out for the game that Tae-hee was getting.

So I said " I think this game is mine".

They looked at me and " Jackson? What are you doing here?"

"I can ask you the same thing, Mark noticed that you were gone so he texted me".

Tae-hee looks at me and says, "And why would he text you about me being gone? I'm still here I haven't left yet."

" Yes...but you're not with them and he didn't want YOUR older brother to get him, so being the amazing friend I am, I decided to go look for you. I only knew two places you could have gone to: the book store or to the gaming shop, and here you are". I said.

" Yaaay my escape plan failed because you knew where I would have gone to." Tae-hee said to me.

" Well you don't go to many places". I told them.

Tae-hee's POV:

"Tae-Tae you know you can't keep being like this when ever your around them."

Tae-hee looks at me sightly frowning," I know I cant. But its hard when you fall for the least expected person who happens to go out with your best friend. I do wish sometimes I can tell them, talk it out maybe. But I'm afraid of what might happen if I do say something". (URGH why does this have to be this way? Why does it have to be him? Couldn't it been some one else ?)
