SURPRISE & GRIMOIRE ACCEPTANCE CEREMONY

On the village Mike's roaming through the streets and secretly trying to sense strong mana fluctuations so he might find the person hiding in the shadows who is protecting those two cloaked persons. so he can find who and why those two people followed him for the past 3 days.

But he got no luck and didn't manage to find anything, Mike thinks that the person might have some spell to make him difficult to detect so he gave up for the day and went back to the inn and there he found two cloaked figures with their heads out.

The moment he saw their faces he knew he got in trouble.so he slowly made is way through the stairs and quickly went to his room.

Now he knows in which time period he is currently in. He was most accurately 3 years before the story unfolds.

He knows because the two cloaked figures he saw were mimosa vermillion and kirsch vermillion who were from clover kingdom royalty and siblings.

They are almost 12 years old and they are still in the clover kingdom and didn't go to heart kingdom means it's almost 3 years before the main story.

Now he can plan his actions according to the new found information and can make some changes in his existing plans.This unexpected suprise brought him some good news.

Then next day he found that they had already left and after enquiring at the reception area he found that they only stopped for dinner and left.

"Well, that saves me the trouble to deal with them" Mike

As there is nothing much he could do he just decided take a day off from all worries and completely slept until next day.

Today is the day the event of grimoire acceptance ceremony which held once a year where people will get their own grimoire and become a full fledged mage.

And some might even make it into a squad magic knight squad.It will start at afternoon so everyone from all places will gather and start at once.

Mike woke up lazily and slowly freshened up. He went down and had light lunch and got all ready for one of his biggest moment of Both Lives.

Slowly he made his way to the grimoire tower and enters it and he sees people are eagerly wating for the grimoire acceptance ceremony so they can get their own grimoire.

More and more people are coming and slowly everyone gathers in the grimoire tower. After sometime an old man comes down floating on a carpet and stands on the platform and announces

"Every time this period of year grimoire acceptance ceremony is conducted in different regions of clover kingdom and people gets chosen by their own grimoire and become an complete mage.We from this forsaken region weren't able to produce any amazing magic knight so I wish at least this year's batch might be able to make it into magic knight squad and become an amazing magic knight. I wish you all the best.Let the ceremony begin" bearded old man?

After the old man Announced start of the ceremony the Grimoire which were placed in the bookshelves started coming out of them and started floating in the air and one by one started to descend and went into the hands of the mages. This started discussions among them.

"haha, mine is definitely bigger than yours"

"But mine is obviously thicker than yours"

"huh, why is mine so small"

"just like me, my Grimoire is also so colourfull"

"why there are very few pages in my Grimoire"

This type of conversations are all over the tower everyone is head over heels for their new Grimoire some are happy some are sad and some are just here to comment on others.

While all of this happening from far above a pitch black book with countless stars representing the cosmos with a four leaf clover symbol in the middle comes down slowly and gloats in front of Mike and when he touches it suddenly chains a reaction in him and he goes through many changes.

'I suddenly feel so calm and light,like all this time some kind of layer was around on my body and the Grimoire removed that.It feels so weird and good' Mike

All of this happened in an instant but still it didn't escape the eyes of the people around him. Everyone who saw that stunned and became quiet and slowly everyone too until one of them quietly muttered

"oy, isn't it a legendary four clover Grimoire?"

And slowly everyone started to talk again louder and louder.

"Isn't it just supposed to be a legend?"

"is it the same type of Grimoire the first wizard king said you be used?"

Seeing the situation is getting out of hand Mike silently made it out of the tower and went away.

Some people tried to follow him but before they even tried to he was gone.

After going far in to the forests and making sure no was following him and going in to a secular cave he then then started to study the Grimoire.

The Grimoire has many pages,most of them are empty but a few are filled with spells.He can't understand almost anything from them but he can feel what they can do and it feels weird for him.

And when he was going through the spells he found something which made him surprised for a moment.

"ho, I thought he left but looks like he left me a parting gift,interesting" Mike
