In these 4 months, after the training, his body had slimmed down and he got toned muscles. Because of Profound Energy, he won't become someone like Hulk but he had started to become good-looking but not as much as Long Chen.

His cultivation increased from the 7th Level of True Profound to the 4th Level of Spirit Profound stage and his strength force also improved to one-sixth of Original Strength Force but now it was his limit until he becomes Divine Stage Cultivator as his body doesn't have enough energy to sustain one-third or more improved level. This was before he obtained the Dragon God's legacy and after obtaining the legacy, he would be able to train it up to Peak One-third, and then only the last level will be left.
