"Here have this." Long Chen said and then gave Lan Rou two communication talismans and told her, "Use these to talk to Lan Xi and Lin Feng. They have a free day today. Tomorrow, I will ask you about the changes in the Pearl. You can take a break today. Just don't tell the things that shouldn't be told."

Saying this, Long Chen disappeared from his place and then went to his room to create seals and runes.

While he was creating runes, Lan Rou was talking to Lan Xi and Lin Feng and listening to all the things that happened in the month. Even though she wanted to complain a little, she couldn't as it was her decision to leave them to him and with the way Lan Xi and Lin Feng talked. They were happy about this and had respect for him.

With all this, time went by and now it was time for Yun Che's Marriage.

In this timeframe, Long Chen and both Lan Xi and Lin Fend grew up a lot.

First, let's start with Lan Xi's growth.

After the day she talked with her mother, Long Chen took her and Lin Feng to the Ten Thousand Beast Mountain Range. There he left her to survive in the area where only Nascent Profound Realm and True Profound Realm spirit beast lived.

For the whole 2 months, she had to survive in the place and a few times she had tried to escape from the place just to be knocked back and then thrown in a den of wolves at the late stages of the True Profound realm beast.

In the 2 months, her cultivation rose from 1st Level of True Profound Realm to 5th Level of True Profound Realm while her mastery of Spear Intent increased to Expert Mastery,

But the main growth she had was her mentality had changed and she got danger sense and survival instinct.

The most dangerous fight she had in these 2 months was against a 3rd Level of Spirit Profund Bear Profound Beast which she had narrowly won while had broken bones and a few scars which were healed by the Healing Talisman Long Chen had made.

After 2 months of training, Long Chen brought her to a cave where she saw a sight she would never forget, in front of her was an enormous Dragon who had kneeled in front of Long Chen.

Yes, it was the Scarlet Dragon in the Scarlet Dragon Mountain range and she was in the cave where Evil God's Fire Seed Existed.

Long Chen had been tinkering with the Fire Seed and had made the Dragon his lave after using the Poison from Sky Poison Pearl and then suppressing him using his Sword Domain. Well, the rest is a talk for later.

Finally, he had found a way to use the Evil God's Fire Seed to comprehend the Law of Fire but he found out that the seed has no Primordial Energy.

He was disappointed after learning it.

Anyways, coming back to the topic, Long Chen made her focuses on learning Fire Laws and adapting her body to heat as it would help her in Phoenix Trial. With the help of Fire Seed she learned more about Fire laws and Scarry as he called the Dragon helped her in training.

She trained for 4 months in the cave and her cultivation rose to the 2nd level of Spirit Profound Realm from the 5th level of True Profound Realm.

She also reached Peak Mastery of Spear Intent and was just one step away from Spear Domain as she had been trying to combine it with Fire Laws to make it a special Elemental Domain.

As for the archery, she had already mastered it and combined it with a little bit of Fire laws she had learned and now could use Fire Arrows which could do a lot of destruction as they were actually a compressed form of energy.

With this all done, Long Chen, gave her a break for a week and then decided to send her to Phoenix God's Legacy. Before sending her to the legacy, Long Chen explained everything he knew about Phoenix God and told her to follow her heart for any decision she would pick in the legacy.

He had already made her clean up all the bandits and raiders near the ten thousand Mountain range so she wasn't a little girl but a full-fledged cultivator.

He also gave her a paper in which a few things were written and told her to open it when she had completed the legacy and when Phoenix was about to reward her. It was a letter addressed to both of them.

With this, he sent her to the legacy and then left to pick up the 50 kg of Purple Veined Divine Crystal.

He had already located the whole area and with his Domain and Sword Intent, he cut up the whole area and stored it in Sky Poison Pearl.

In the Sky Poison Pearl, Lan Rou was shocked when a whole land appeared and the Long Chen told her to dig up the crystal which she had to do begrudgingly.

Lan Xi who had reached the Phoenix God trial went to the door and was greeted by 2 big eyes staring at her.

(And then the same things happened to her for the first two trials which she passed easily and even thought Phoenix God was joking with her.)

For the last trial, she had to kill Long Chen in return to see her mother which she declined decisively and then the whole illusion disappeared.

Phoenix God told her that she was the 8th person to complete the trial and just as she was about to give her the rewards which were a Divine Phoenix Pellet, a drop of Phoenix Blood, and one month to comprehend the World Ode of the Phoenix.

Lan Xi took out the letter and read it, It said

"To Lan Xi,

Congratulations on completing the trial. I knew you would be able to complete it after all you worked hard and the Phoenix God must have also seen it. Aside from that, this letter is for Phoenix God. You can give it to her and only she would be able to see it as it needs someone with the Phoenix Bloodline to open it."

After reading it, Lan Xi looked at Eyes of Phoenix God and she took it she was intrigued about the person who wrote the letter. She used her energy and then a rune appeared on the letter the letter disintegrated while the rune rushed toward the Phoenix. She knew there wasn't any bad intent in it and accepted it.

For a few minutes, everything remained silent and still and Lan Xi was getting nervous about it but then Phoenix started laughing and said, "Very Well, I accept it. It seems you really know me and I can't really get the Golden Crow Bitch to get ahead of me. And on top of that, she would really be the best inheritor for me."

Saying this, Phoenix God looked at Lan Xi and time instead of the usual bored and indifferent look, she had a look of madness. As for what was written in the letter, only Phoenix God and Long Chen knew about this.

And then Lan Xi heard a voice in her head and it said, 'You will stay there and learn as much as you can. Squeeze all the knowledge out of her as this is an opportunity to learn from a Primordial God. Good Luck and will you see in a year with Lin Feng at Floating Cloud City.'

And then both Lan Xi and Phoenix God disappeared from the place and automatically a barrier was created around Phoenix Village while the curses of members of the village disappeared from their heads and they heard a voice in their head, 'Work hard and wait for the incoming of New True Inheritor.'
