The Up Coming Future

"Cai Yi, your illusion is impressive," Sora said while looking at Cai Yi who was standing at the side of a cliff, swinging a sword that created many illusions of hands holding swords. Cai Yi instantly stopped hearing Sora's words, her face turned bright red upon seeing Sora.

"I specialize in soul cultivation and illusions." Cai Yi said softly. there were two roads a person can walk when it came to illusions, the first was illusions that appear in the real world, and the second was that which affected the mind. of course, truly talented people can create illusions that affect both mind and the real world, making illusions that would make people think are real

Cai Yi was such a talent who was capable of doing so, she could create an illusion of a sword swinging at you. once you block the sword, you would feel the impact of blocking the sword, or you easily destroying the sword.

"You are quite the hard worker, should you be enjoying your stay here, we will be leaving tomorrow," Sora said with a smile, Cai Yi shook her head slightly.

"If I'm going to marry you, I can't fall behind you..." She said seriously, Sora nodded slightly before walking up to her and taking her hands. Cai Yi's serious look disappeared replaced with slight panic while her face turned red,

"I can easily fix that, do you want to be reborn?" Sora asked with a smile...

and with that Cai Yi accepted and was soon reborn, taking the Human Path, Sora gave her the title of the Human Empress, as well as marked her. Elsa soon return from where ever she was, Sora didn't bother to ask what happened as he could sense that she had absorbed some people's Life Force and souls to improve her strength, although not by much.

Sora took the chance to introduce Elsa to everyone, Cai Yi and Yalan felt a connection with each other, and even if Sora didn't tell them, they had already guessed who Elsa was. the only person left out of this was Emilia, as it wasn't time for her to know just yet. at the way she was, she could betray him and although the guilt would kill her, she was still not loyal enough.

anyways, the next day just as they were about to leave, news spread that the emperor was continuing with the competition, and had increased the rewards. they would even be uniting with the beast race and fish man race to bring the two races connections.

of course, this was done after the emperor cleaned up everything that happened with Sora's tribulations, it has only been like 3 weeks since then, and the impact can be seen when traveling. once healthy forests were no more, many cities disappeared along with millions of people,

anyways, those who already finished the first round of the tournament could already head to the empire capital to begin the next round. meanwhile, others who have yet to finish were given 1 more day to comprehend everything that was given.

So, because of this, Sora didn't head back to his kingdom, instead, he headed toward the empire. it was quite far, more than 10,000 miles, but Sora vehicles can enter spot mode, cutting a 7-day trip into a few hours

"I expected nothing more from the empire capital," Sora said softly, the capital was a special sight. just about the city was a huge floating city, an island so big that one would fear that if it fell, it would destroy the city. some roads were built upwards connecting the floating island to the ground, with some buildings built into the island,

you would think that the land below is dark and covered by shadows, but you would be wrong. using a formation, to pass through the island, so those on the ground thought the island was invisible, while those in the sky would grow up thinking that the island they were on was the surface.

above the island were the clouds, the sky on this planet was far bigger than the planet back on earth. on the clouds, the empire castle rested upon the clouds. if one were to go on that cloud, one would find that there was another island upon the clouds, just smaller. and of course, those below couldn't see the island normally, only on special spins around the kingdom, or when the empire wishes for it

Sora expected nothing more from the empire, this looked like something one would find in the future. the builds were made out of unique silver called metal which was countless times better than steel, of course not every build was silver, but most of them were. only those eye-catching businesses were collected differently to stand out or act as landmarks.

Sora went on to land the vehicles down on the surface land, where he went on to enter drive mode. of course, with the stated he shouldn't be driving, but who could he, a person of the past not want to dive into such cool-looking vehicles? thats not adding the fact they took similar designs from that of eath

Of course Jet, Car, motorcycle, and so like design was common, to maximize speed and such, and they seemed to be held even on this other planet. just that the way they are built driven, and the space they held was far greater,

anyways, Sora went on to park the vehicle and headed towards where he needed to be to sign up for the tournament, the tournament was simple. in the last competition, they tested comprehension, in this competition, they would test strength.

to speed things up, one simply needed to attack with their full strength, the bigger the show of strength they could show compared to their cultivation, the better the outcome. Yalan and Cai Yi stepped out of the competition, after knowing the reason behind it all, they didn't want to get in the way of Sora.

at the same time, Elsa was never in the tournament in the first place, so this was not big of a deal for her. anyways, Sora went on to walk towards a punching bag, above it was numbered which was currently showing zero.

Sora went on to point towards the punching bag with two fingers, his other hand holding said hand. the ground under Sora suddenly cracked, everyone's attention was drawn over and horror filled their eyes when their technique to read other strengths wasn't working, which could only mean that Sora's strength was too high for them to read

"How is this possible, he is only at the 4th stage of cultivation within each cultivation system, how could he unleash such power... quickly, show me what the badge says about his strength measurement." a middle-aged man yelled in shock and disbelief, information about Sora was quickly pulled up,

Sora's badge was destroyed when he went through his tribulation, but he was allowed to get a new one just moments back.

Sora strength measurement for each of the 3 systems of cultivation appeared before the middle-aged man and the middle-aged man's eyes almost fell out. with each 3 cultivation system strength measurements balanced at a strength measurement of 20,000, that meant that even at level 1 Gold rank, Sora could face those at level 5 Gold rank,

The strength measurement for those at the 4th stage of cultivation went like this. their strength went from 6,000 to 57,500.

"He is using the ultimate Finger Bean... the strength boost would allow him to last out with a strength of around 160,000. thats 11 levels he is capable of skipping." the emperor said to himself while looking at Sora with a slight smile, what a talented person this was.

'my max power output is 294,000... I should try and change this finger beam to fit me... a Death Beam, or something like that.' Sora thought before shooting the beam forward, followed by a huge boom going off, as the beam and punching bag came into contact.

the punching back was sent shooting off into the sky, while numbers appeared on a screen, and the number shocked everyone who saw it.

168,000 was the number, but Sora was only at level 1 Body transformations, level 1 Gold rank, and level 1 Infant Soul. pretty much, Sora was 28 times stronger than the normal person within the same cultivation realm,

such a huge number of strength gaps was never heard of, they heard of a 10 times difference in strength, and the rarest was 11 times difference, but here they were jumping from 11 to 28, was that not too much?

"Another one?" some said ins shock, catching everyone's attention who didn't know what he was talking about.

"at the west side, I heard someone showed a strength 20 times that of their cultivation realm," the man explained, stunning everyone who heard this.

"thats not all, other talents have been popping up. others showing a strength 15 times their cultivation realm, and so on. but the highest seems to be 28." another man said softly, making everyone quickly go online to see for themselves, and indeed he was not lying, this left everyone shocked, world records were being broken like it was nothing.

Sora heard their them and was slightly shocked, to think so many talents were raising out of nowhere. even the emperor only was 11 times stronger than the normal cultivator of the same level, of course, it was understandable that as time passed, the new generation would suppress the old generations... but was this not too fast?

the fact the price was so big, meant that the powers behind this were far too powerful for Sora to even dream of messing with. Sora sighed for a moment before thinking of a better question to ask the system,

'system, who would rule over this star system?' Sora asked calmly, and the price for such an answer was 100,000. Sora went on to sacrifice his life span, and the next moment he found himself within an illusion.

"start setting up the formations, this star system is aura." a young man with long red hair said with a smile while overlooking the star system with 6 planets. Sora looked around and his eyes widened at the scene in front of him,

blood, dead bodies, broken spaceships, and many others filled the outer space around him, not too far away from the star system was a huge mother system the size of a mid-size planet.

Sora looked around, trying to find himself or anyone who should have been around him, and that didn't take long. the dead bodies of the 3 emperors, along with other emperors from other planets, were all slaughtered, and those who lived were those smart enough to kneel.

"Who are they?" Sora asked with a deep frown not knowing what the hell was happening here,

{in a few years, there would be a unique dungeon that would open up in this star system and would catch the attention of the Immortal Phoenix Empire, an empire that has conquered many star systems. it would arrive while you are in the mid of trying to conquer this star system. seeing as winning was hopeless, you will flee.} the system said making Sora speechless for a moment.

'ok... cultivation?' Sora asked with a deep frown,

{the would have Planetary realm cultivators. the Planetary realm is split into 3 parts, Moon, Planet, and Dwarf Star. each can be split into low, mid, and high.} the system said making Sora frown slightly, it was not hard to guess the power behind these realms,

for example, it was not hard to guess those at the Moon tier can destroy the moon, those at the Planet tier can destroy planets, and those at the Dwarf Star tier and destroy dwarf stars,

the system is also talented about those who would be coming, and not those who wouldn't, meaning that back in the immortal Phoenix empire, there could be even stronger enemies. Sora had to think long and hard about this for some time before he sighed softly.

'I speed got to spend up my plans... I should try and get a Gold rank dungeon and grow faster, before entering a Diamon rank dungeon... once I have the strength to control these emperors, I can have them support me without much trouble.' Sora thought with a deep frown, of course, he was already moving quickly through the cultivation realm,

but after reaching the 4th stage, Sora wanted to spend some time improving upon his control and stuff. he wanted to maximize the full power he could show within a level, but he seemed like he would have to put this to the side as this upcoming event was more important
