(3rd Person's POV)

Re-Destro was very furious, identifying the child as Perry The Platypus.

"A brat!? Perry The Platypus is a brat?! How dare you mess around in my territory! I'm going to kill you!"

"Krrrrrr!"

The kid responded with platypus sound and he tried to provoke Re-Destro with his fighting stance.

Re-Destro's face was shrouded with black aura,

"The three of you should move away from that brat or you get caught in my attack."

Trumpet and Skeptic immediately ran away while Curious was confused of what's happening then she has no other choice but let go of the child she's hugging.

"Eh?!"

The child remaining in front of Re-Destro was undaunted of his appearance getting larger and larger.

Suddenly, Re-Destro's right hand became humongous and swung it towards the child, destroying the walls of the room.

*Crash!*

Re-Destro grinned,

"You mess on a wrong place brat---"

"Krrrrrr!"

"What?!"

He was surprised when he turned into his left and he saw the child standing on top of his huge right arm.

The child jumped, hitting Re-Destro down in the face with a flying kick.

<<Falcon Kick>>

"Ugh!"

Re-Destro was stunned then he became more furious.

"Perry The Platypus!"

He swung again his enlarged right arm but the child avoided it easily.

"Damn!"

He tried to hit the child several times, destroying everything on his surroundings but the child was so agile that he was always keep missing his target.

His attack are getting more powerful in each swing because of the Stress piling up out of frustration.

"Why don't you just die!"

"Krrrrrr!"

"Huh?"

Before he noticed, the child was already under him, launching a jumping uppercut.

"Ugh!"

Re-Destro was shocked and confused when he felt the power of the child's fist was devastating.

"How?"

He stumbled down in a pile of debris.

"Krrrrrr!"

The child was trying to provoke him by waving his hand while in his stance.

"Tsk!"

Re-Destro spewed some blood from his mouth then he stood up. He increases his body's bulk considerably and coats himself in darkness by releasing 80% of his stockpiled stress.

"80% Liberation!"

The child was unfazed and he just smiled at him.

"Krrrrrr!"

"To think a child can push me this far! Perry The Platypus! I will give you something more worse than death!"

He focuses the energy from his stress on his hands, forming some kind of black sphere.

"Stress Output Burden!"

The child was above him, raising up his heel.

<<Heel of Shame>>

*Bam!*

He knocked him down in the head at a rapid speed.

"Damn!"

Re-Destro was able to endure his attack and tried to grab his feet but the child kick his arm away, avoiding him.

"What a pest!"

Re-Destro noticed a trace of flame from the child feet after he attacked him.

"Don't tell me! You're that famous Vigilante!"

He remembered some news about the Vigilante Captain Falcon being a child.

"If you're really that guy that turns into a child then this is bad!"

He realized now that he is Captain Falcon himself and he doesn't take him seriously, he'll be in big trouble.

"Stress 100%!"

He increases the power of his Meta Ability to its limit, further increasing his mass and strength then he discharged large waves of raw, black energy from both hands at once towards the child.

*Boom!*

The black sphere left a large hole in the building.

*Peeeeeww!*

"Krrrrrr!"

The child was able to avoid his attack while nullifying the other one then he rushed towards Re-Destro, striking with different combination of attacks.

<<The Gentleman>>

*Bam!* *Bam!* *Bam!* *Peeeeeww!*

"Arrrgh!"

Re-Destro gritted his teeth and tried to launch another attack but the child was already in his position as he releases a devastating fire-infused punch combined with lightning.

<<Falcon Punch>>

*Boom!* *Peeeeeww!*

The black energy covering Re-Destro's dispersed as he falls down from building with his arm cross.

He was able to block the attack and embraced the impact.

The child noticed the building are surrounded by some Pro Heroes which is involved with Meta Liberation Army and some members of the organization.

He decided to jumped out of the building and opened his parachute inside the back of his costume, escaping out of the city.

"Curse you, Perry The Platypus!"

Re-Destro yelled as several members of the organization save him with their quirks.

In the Public Safety Commission building, Mera who was leading the meeting with the Pro Heroes received some kind of video message on his tablet.

"Huh? What is this?"

When he played the video, he saw the face of Ichika with serious expression.

*Sorry for the sudden interruption but I have something very important to say everyone.*

"Ichika?"

Mirko immediately recognize the sound of the voice from the tablet.

Mera decided to show the video to everyone in the room.

Endeavor became furious seeing the one who beat him up.

"Falcon!"

He was gritting his teeth in anger.

The one who was speaking was Ichika in his child form.

"Ara! Is that really Falcon? This is the first time I see him clearly in his child form. He looks very cute." Midnight was amazed.

"How cute." Mt. Lady was mesmerized.

Ryukyu glanced at Mirko who was trembling, seeing Ichika in the video.

Ichika started to speak in the video,

*In these past incidents, you saw how terrible the trouble I caused to everyone and the pro heroes... So on that, I would like to say a word. I, Ichika would like to apologize..."

They already guess that this was an apology but then Ichika's lips turned into a smile becoming smugly.

*To absolutely nobody!?*

They were completely shocked when they guess it wrong.

Mirko's cheek twitched knowing Ichika is not that kind who will apologize to the trouble he caused.

*It's not my fault that the commission was this awful and corrupt, right!?Right!? Don't you agree!? That's why I feel like I don't have to apologize to anybody.*

Ichika tilted his head.

*Am I wrong?*

The video ended and silence remained in the room.

All Might just got another headache, holding his head while the others became very furious.

"Ichika!" "Falcon!"
