Three Months 1 (To Make Him Fall)

It was a man in a fine maroon coloured suit. Black bug looking shades that hid his features well and did Justice to his mid fade haircut. He was dazzling.

"I understand you are not Brazilian but, I at least expected you to know how to speak English."

The man said with his hands fading into his pocket. He stood there like a model, looking at the dumbfounded person he was talking to.

"Emm... Err..." Jade was about saying anything to lift the mood but, she suddenly noticed something. 'why do I sound like that?'

"Excuse me." The man said and threatened to walk away when Jade suddenly held his big arm from behind him. She looked around and became confused. 'am I in dream land or something?'

"Are you going to say something or what?" The man half yelled. Today, he decided to act like a caring person, he had to meet a strange one.

"Where are we?" Jade asked, waving off the fact that she sounded like a cute boy. Well?? That's how she thought she sounded.

"San Juan in Metro Manila." The man said and Jade chocked on her own spit. What?!

'what is this man saying?' She thought and blinked her eyes while looking at his face. 'He doesn't look american. He sort of looks like Brazilian.' she thought.

"Where is that?" Jade asked, darting her eyes from him to her surrounding and back to him again.

"Where is here, you mean? In Philippines. Now, where can I find a bakery here? You don't look like a mixed. Are you?" The young man asked looking at Jade from her head down to her toe.

She felt naked under his gaze. She looked down at her feet to hide her embarrassment but, then she saw a masculine strange shoe. 'who has these? Where is my feet?' she asked herself in her head.

"Hey, are you a chicken? What's your name?" The man asked and bent down. It was at this point Jade noticed that, this man was a tall and built man. He had bent down, yet looked tall. She felt like a kid.

"What am I doing in Philippines?" Jade asked trying to hide her confusion but who was she kidding?

"Miguel, What are you doing over there? Hurry up, I can't be late and we have to get back to Brazil before dawn."

Jade heard a loud voice and traced where it came from. It was the man's phone. She just noticed that he was on a call while talking to her.

"Sintu muito, Sergio." The man said into the phone and looked at Jade. "Tchau, Strange boy." The man said to Jade and left.

'wait, did he just say, Strange boy?' Jade asked herself upon realizing. "Who's a boy, your mother fucker?! Talking gibberish to a lady. Stupid!" Jade yelled angrily and sat back at the bench waiting for this dream to come to an end.

"Wait a minute. Did I just curse at someone? No! That is not me." Jade said with a worried frown on her face. All these things are not making sense. Everything happening is just so strange.

Jade felt a vibration in her pants and deeped her hand into her pocket. She suddenly stopped and widened her eyes. "Wah! I'm on pants? Not skirt?" She looked down surprisedly at herself. She had never worn pants before.

"Hello.."

"Nasaan ka, bata? Bibigyan kita ng sampung minuto para bumalik sa paaralan dala ang aking tinapay at gatas." Jade heard a male voice say in an authoritative way. She didn't understand one thing.

"Hey, who are you? And what are you saying?" Jade asked. Though she wasn't comfortable she was sounding like a cute boy.

"Ponk ka! You dare ask me, Ceejay kung sino ako?" The caller said, definitely in rage and Jade had no option but, to end the call. 'Crazy!.'

"Where do I go to now? Should I have just followed that man?" Jade asked herself aloud. "Hahh!" Jade sighed and slumped tiredly on the waiting bench.

All she needed now was to wake up from the silly dream she felt she was having. She closed her eyes, intending for fall back asleep and then wake up to be in her own apartment, back home to Florida. But what she saw next, baffled her.

"Ahhh!" Jade yelled and opened her eyes immediately. It was gone and she was still here in this stupid bus stop.

She tried to think of what she saw when she closed her eyes. She saw an old woman's face that was so close to hers, like she wanted to kiss her or something. Jade heaved a sigh and closed her eyes again.

---

"Hello dear.." The old woman said to Jade who could see her when she closed her eyes.

---

"Ishh!" Jade exclaimed fearfully and opened her eyes again. The woman was gone. When she closed her eyes, the woman appeared but when she opened it, the woman wouldn't be there.

---

"You would keep seeing me when you close your eyes, until you here what I have to say." The old woman said to Jade whose eyes were now closed.

"Who are you?" Jade asked, her mouth moving while her eyes were closed.

"I am Loysa Cearo, the author of this story you are in." The old woman said and Jade blinked.

---

Jade opened her eyes and thought of what the woman said. 'I am in a story? No! this is a dream right?' Jade thought and closed her eyes again.

---

"This only happen in fairytale! What do you take me for woman?! I am a grown up lady, almost rounding up college! Do you think you can fool me?!" Jade yelled angrily at the woman who just chuckled.

"Yes you are but, now you are making everyone see you as a psycho." The old woman said, giggling and Jade frowned.

"What do you mean?"

"Open your eyes." The oldie commanded and Jade did so, only to meet the gaze of people around her. They were staring at her like she has gone mad.

---

"He's a mad kid." A female passer-by said while walking her dog.

"Isn't he supposed to be in school by now?" Another passer-by asked his friend who he was walking with.

"And he says he is rounding up college. Indeed." The friend answered and Jade blew out before closing her eyes.

---

"Where am I?" Jade exasperatedly asked the woman. She was done playing games. She just wanted to go home.

"Love In A Time Loop. That's where you are in." The old woman said with a smile on her face. Yes! She was the author.

"Ah yes. L. H. Cearo is the author. I thought it was a man who wrote it? Okay, so Ma'am what am I doing in your book?" Jade asked curiously. This wasn't making sense to her at all.

"You came in by yourself."

"How?"

"You can't remember? Well, what is your name?" The old woman asked, crossing her arms. This was when Jade noticed that the woman wasn't as old as she seems. She is a fully able woman.

"Jade... Jade Malone." Jade answered and took a good time to admire this woman's face and body structure.

"Jade. You are in for a little love in a time loop now. Yes! I know you want to go home..."

"Yes! Yes, yes I do." Jade nodded.

"Three months." The old woman said, raising up three fingers.

"Huh?"

"You have three months to make him fall in love with you and then afterwards you can go home." The old woman said and Jade gasped.

"Three months?! Isn't that too much?!" Jade yelled and quickly open her eyes to see if she has caught attention again and yes, she did. Passersby kept looking at her.

"Yes. Don't you want to know why people around you call you 'He'?" The old woman asked, smiling sweetly.

"Why?"

"Because, you are in a male body. You are a young teenage boy. About 17 or 18 years of age." The woman smiled at Jade's horrific expression.

"What?!!!!"

Jade quickly opened her eyes. 'a male?' She thought.

Not caring about the public, Jade unzipped the pants and.....
