Am I overpowered or what?

I guess I never really noticed it back then, but hear me out because this discovery is incredible. I have never told you before, but whenever I had a minor injury, I always seemed to heal just a little faster than ordinary people. I guess it made sense. Since I have HP auto recovery yet, I have no scars, even from significant incidents like falling from a tree once. For example, things like that should leave behind huge scars, right? Well, not if HP auto recovery has anything to say about it. Now, back into the present, the reason I said, wait, hear me out is because I have discovered I can actually raise my level by, well, Uhm, harming myself, I know I know this seems really bad, you might say, why the fuck am I stabbing myself while hiding from everyone else, am I suicidal or what?, well no, I'm just raising my skill level okay?!, after a few stabs and heals. I have raised its level from level 2 all the way up to level 8 now. Wow, I win levels pretty fast? Is it maybe the doing of that skill? Seeker of justice? That would be crazy, but I can't rule it out entirely.

Managing to raise my skill level is one thing, but obtaining a skill is a whole different thing. For example, I have been trying to get more skills doing random stuff since I got the fishing skill just for going fishing with Dad once! Since then, I have been singing, dancing, and even acting, but I have yet to be successful. Seems like those aren't considered skills in this world, kekw, anyway; since hurting myself in any way doesn't leave any scars either, does that mean I can't have any tattoos?! Like the curse that one Y-Men had? Oh, man! And I thought I could at least get a cool rune tattoo on this fantasy world. Well, well, too bad for me, oh? You need to know which Y-men I talk about? Well, I can't tell you for copyright reasons. Still, I'll give you a hint: his name is related to "wolve" and something chiming like "rine," you make the deduction, okay?! Geez, why should I have to spoon-feed you everything, uh?

Jokes aside, thinking and concentrating on skills I could try and get by just doing random stuff is making my head hurt slightly. Oww, my head will explode with so much mind power. That's when, suddenly, the divine voice speaks.

Woah? I concentrated too hard, I guess? Didn't even consider concentration a skill? Wait?! But why does concentrating get me a skill but not dancing, uh? I danced pretty hard a while ago! Uh?! No fair! Boohoo! I'd like to know if something like strength only increases my strength stat or if it will give me a skill depending on how hard I train. I mean, I could always just do some pushups. Hehe, in my previous life, I could never even do a single pushup, but in this life, I don't know why, but it's so easy to do pushups! And one, two, one, two!.

ohhh!!? Wait, what? The divine voice just spoke again!!, Woohoo!!, am I on fire or what?!, I totally just unlocked 2 skills in one single chapter! I must be the best humanity has got, right? I mean, not to feel like a hot shot, but I totally just gained 2 skills in one chapter. How many isekai protagonists can achieve that much, uh? None! Hehe, the answer is none, of course! Its me and only me nya nya nyah!.

I did see Master Ronnie's skill list when I appraised him, so I got a slight idea of what to check next; of course, that curious skill, "arithmetic processing," sounds like old Papa Pythagoras type of math if you ask me, wonder if I will get the skill by just doing some basic math, well, I have been doing simple math, so I guess I got to do something more complicated like actual tricky arithmetic's! Let's give it a go with some fractions and divisions! Okay, let's start! After only a couple of minutes later, the divine voice spoke again.

Man! That was faster than I thought! It is so easy as well, dam. I have even more curiosity than before. Like for example, I wonder what will happen when I max out my HP auto recovery or if it even has a limit! Judging by appraisal, skills can only get to level 10. Speaking of which, look at appraisal again! It's a helpful skill, don't get me wrong. Still, since I spawned with it at level 10 already, I didn't use any exp on it, so now the skill is overflowing with exp points. Still, nothing is happening. It's like trying to evolve or something, but there's just nothing there. Are the gods lazy or what?! Suppose they made level 10 the limit of skills. In that case, they should at least evolve all skills, and if they don't, why even show me that I am wasting experience on a skill that has no growth!?.

What the? Upper administrator? Now, building skill? Authorization? What the? who is this administrator E?, why?, what does this mean?!, uhh Uhh!?, it's like I pissed off a god or something bigger with my comments, like some kind of super-busted god was checking in on their reincarnation just to hear them complaining about how shity it was for appraisal to not have an evolution. So this god just built up a whole new skill just for me to shut my complaint up, man! That sure is scary! Yet, could I really do anything about this upper administrator? I mean, if they can read my mind and create whole new skills out of their ass, what could I really do to a being like that, uh? Yeah, best not think too much about it. Let's just check what this great mage is all about, okay? Let's check on myself, of course.

  I appraise myself again, this time with the new great sage, and the results shock me; for once, my magical stat can finally be read, as well as now descriptions of skills whenever I think about them, like selecting them and asking for an explanation, Woah! I couldn't do that with even appraisal level 10, so this is definitely a jacked-up Appraisal for sure. 

Wait, that name "E," I have heard that name before; yeah, it was when I got the skill, seeker of justice, and the title ruler of justice back then. What the heck is this guy on about then? Is he like watching my life go by? Oh man, this just made me realize I'm being observed by an administrator nonetheless, so that means he's the one behind the shady stuff, right! I knew it; someone was behind all this weird stuff lately. It's not like I can stop them, so I might as well continue to ignore it for now.
