Finale

Five years later...

Myriad was standing by a window in his castle. The gentle breeze ruffled his slick navy blue hair and his smoothly ironed shirt.

So it's been five years since then huh? When I died and got regressed. I fought fiercely for my throne. And got rid of all the traitors. I still can't forget him, Knight Xeno, in my previous life he was like a father to me... But that same father was plotting behind my back and I got stabbed to death by my best friend. I promised myself that once I regressed, i'ld get rid of all the f*ckers who caused me trouble.

Looks at his fingers widespread in the air.

Mr. Xeno, Mrs. Frieda, Lady Mare, Sir Naryan, Mathew, Williams, Sharon, Noreen. Damnit! Almost everyone conspired against me.

"Well, no matter". Myriad smiled madly. "I don't have any regrets. Afterall, all the obstacles that got in my way the previous life... I've disposed of them!".

Though not all of them. "I still couldn't kill Mickey. And even if I did, I won't be able to escape Ryu. Haha". But if there's something I was certain of, the mastermind was Xeno but I let him live too long so he was spreading the roots. Well if I hadn't who would train the soldiers though Ryu is now our senior Knight.

Looks outside the window. "Our Ryu is helping us with that".

As for how I got Mickey. Hmm

"Well, at first I didn't know he was being manipulated by Xeno. But when I figured it out... It was...." Clenches fist.

"It was already... Not too late!! Hahaha! I knocked him back to his senses and forced him to be my right-hand man. Haha that's what it means to be king". Myriad smiled smugly.

"Right now, I can proudly say I trust everyone in this castle. I don't want such thing to happen again so I screened them properly. The previously king is now dead so my new advisor can only be a noble. Mickey... Honestly the guy can be a pain in the *ss but I can seriously punish him,.... Afterall, I'm king!!". Myriad shouted smugly which resonated throughout the hall.

I've accomplished a feat in these past five years. Finally, I made my own empire! I conquered eleven kingdoms and now they've fallen under my rule. More than enough to make Traxdart wish he never lived. I'll obliterate the empire so nothing remains. Afterall what use can their measly six kingdoms do? I'll make them regret what they did to my kingdom my people- scratch that! People are just a part of the kingdom I don't care what happens to them, I'll just do my job for doing sake. The fallacy will end when I'm through with Traxdart. Then I'll give the kingdom to Mickey or whatever, I don't desire that shit this lifetime. I only regressed.... For revenge! And when that's done, I can die for all I care but until then maybe a fulfilling life isn't so bad. Isn't so bad... Yeah. 

Oh! Lest I forget, the rundown building where homeless children and elders live, I fixed it and now even nobles are going there to check the place out. Who could have thought they would use it as a source of business but that's nice. And against my will, Little Cheese and Nazareth are now helpers in the castle. I don't know but all they do is run around the castle all day.

Not that it matters though. Now little Ruby can have other children to play with.

"Oh yeah I didn't say. I married Tracy. The b*tch I ran after almost all my life before. Is like a cupcake in my arms". 

I haven't really had many connections in my previous life nor in this life, but I guess that's great... In one way or the other.

"Hm? Someone's here". Myriad heard whispers by the corridor. It was a maid speaking.

"Lord Myriad seems to have been talking to himself for the past one hour".

" Come on, it's not that long~" Myriad complained.

"Oh I see". Came the person's reply.

Knock knock. "Please excuse me". Enters.

"A king talking to himself? ... The maids think you've gone crazy Milord".

"Mhmm". 

Sigh. "Preparations for the attack on Traxdart is complete, may we proceed?".

"What do you think? Ickey?".

"Don't call me that". Mickey responded with slight annoyance.

"I was just reminiscing". Myriad told him.

"I didn't ask you". Came Mickey's reply.

"How mean~". Myriad pouted.

"What about that girl you're seeing?" Myriad asked with no aim but to annoy the guy.

"Shuttup"

"Hey hey heyy, that's no way to talk to your king you know". Myriad said proudly.

"You Idiot". Mickey insulted.

"You see Mickey, you can't get girls with that arrogance of yours".

"Shut up!"

"You need to be like me or Ryu"

"Hey shut up"

"You see, we don't do anything and girls just come to us".

" Shuttup"

"Ah ah ah~, poor Mickey, you're not even married at 24 what a shame~" Myriad mocked.

"Shuttup!!" Mickey jumped and gave Myriad a heavingly whacking on the head which sent him out the window. His upper body swayed in the air as he tried to balance the equilibrium with his legs.

"Ahhh Mickey!!"

"Ahhh I'm coming!"

"Help me you idiot!"

" lI'm coming you fool!"

Mickey was trying to pull a dangling Myriad inside when Tracy came in.

"Hm?" Tracy laughed. 

She was holding onto a child of about three years.

"Tracy!" Both Myriad and Mickey called out.

"Why are you so happy to see my wife". Myriad asked in irritation.

"Calm down". Mickey raised his hands in the air.

Thus leaving Myriad to fall. Though a purple haired somebody who had been training new recruits came to save the day.

"I brought him back" Ryu said to Mickey and Tracy. He was carrying Myriad by his collar.

"Hey why are you holding me like trash!"

Ryu threw Myriad on the floor and returned to his teaching session.

"Ugh. Useless people, one after the other".

"Hey, let me see Ruby" Mickey told Tracy.

"Sure". She said happily.

"Cute little girl, thank goodness you're nothing like your dad"

"Hey!".

Ruby beamed happily at Mickey and hugged him.

"Dada!" She called out.

There was pure silence~ in the room.
