Chapter 4: A new home

The storm has finally stopped, Eren then entered an inn,

"welcome cust-" the inn keeper stopped finishing what they were saying when she witnessed Eren's appearance,

the people were alerted by Eren's sudden appearance,

the inn which Eren entered was no ordinary inn, but a mercenary inn which also specializes in giving quests a little different from the adventurer's guild,

"so this is what the mercenary inn looks like in the past, pretty impressive even though it's a little shabby but good" says the boy

"oh my god this people are scary but no worries my dad is super strong so if they wanna mess with him, I wish them luck" says the girl

hearing this made Eren smile a little bit, though it did not show since his wearing a helmet,

"I did not come here to cause some trouble, I'm sorry if I have startled you I need a place to stay" says Eren in a deep yet calming voice,

the people still looked at him with wariness but as they heard a baby's cry, they the sheathed their weapons and proceeded to do what they were doing,

"oh why didn't you say so, 5 copper coins for one room yes?" asked the inn keeper,

"yes" Eren answered,

"I'll be staying in 2 days" he added while putting 2 gold coins on the table,

as he was about to climb the stairs when suddenly he heard,

"wait! if I it's okay with you may I see the baby?" asked the female inn keeper

"I don't mind" says Eren

he then presented the girl first which caught the people's attention,

"aww such a cute angel, it looks like she's starving here let me help" says the inn keeper

while Eren watched the inn keeper give the girl her milk, he felt a movement in his arm it was the boy it shocked all the people of the inn seeing him carry two children,

"you have another one and it's a boy, he's also adorable I'm sure he'll grow up the same as his father," says one of the female Mercenaries

"by the way are you a noble, since judging by the silk and fabric covering them it's seems quite expensive" says a male mercenary,

"no I got that as a gift" Eren answered,

"what happened to their mother" they asked

"they... disappeared i don't know where they went but I'm sure they're still alive," Eren said, with half a lie

"oh... so basically you're single?" says the inn keeper flirtingly

Eren glanced at the innkeeper, she had a beautiful brown golden eyes, silky brown skin, black hair, and an hourglass figure with a big pair of cherries and a perfect ass, which any men desired,

it's not that Eren doesn't like her, but it's to respect her as a person and to prevent dirty thoughts into his mind,

"it would be great if she becomes my mother since father didn't have a wife in my past life" says the boy

"that's so cool I want a mom like that" says the girl,

Eren just chuckled hearing this,

"hm? is there something funny?" Cynthia asked

"no it's nothing just thought of something in the past" Eren answered with a smile

"I'll consider it" he added in a calm voice,

the people were shocked that he answered in quite a calm voice, since noone has ever said that to Cynthia while maintaining eye contact.

the reason why she's still single is that she's strong and when she gets interested in someone she would ask them out, and if they says yes immediately she would lose interest and throw them out, but if they said no she would also throw them out but he just said

he would consider it while maintaining eye contact, it caught some of the female Mercenaries attention,

after nursing the girl Eren then gently grabbed the child, since she was sleeping he then proceeded to go up the stairs quietly,

leaving everyone flabbergasted by the way he acted towards the flirty approach of Cynthia.
