Even as she faced a brutal beating and slashing from four burly men, she clung on until her last breath, snatching a knife from one of them and plunging it fiercely into the heart of the final assailant. Right up to her dying moment, Rachel could only think of one thing—if she had managed to eat just a little more, she would have had the strength to slay them all, instead of meeting the same fate as them. "Boom! Boom!" Another thunderous crash snapped Rachel back to reality.
