Chapter 7

Katsuki POV

When I woke up, y/n was still asleep so I decided to make breakfast.

As I was cooking the eggs I felt arms wrap around my waist and a head rest gently on my shoulder. I immediately knew that it was y/n.

"What's for breakfast?" She asked quietly.

"Briskets and eggs" I respond as I continue to cook the eggs.

"Sounds delicious... thank you... for everything" she said with a soft smile which made me blush.

******after breakfast******

"Hey Katsuki! We're going to the formal dance tonight, right?" She asked happily. This is the happiest I've seen her since the movie night.

"Ya... why?"

"Cause I dont have anything formal... so I kinda need to go to the mall" she said with a tint of pink on her cheeks.

"Oh ok... then I'll come with. I don't have anything for it either"

"Ok! Cool! Is it ok if mina and kirishima come too?"

"Sure... I guess... I mean if that's what mak-" I got cut off but her sqweels of excitement. I smile at her jumping up and down with joy.

******at the mall******

"Mina!!!!!! Kirishima!!!!!!" She yells happily.

"Y/NNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!" Raccoon eyes yells which hurts my ears.

"So, I was thinking we split up. Me and mina go look at dresses while baku and kiri look for suits or whatever their gonna wear." As soon as I heard that I frowned. Honestly, she can call me by my first name when it's just the two of us but apparently she cant when the extras are here. It's like she's a whole new person all of the sudden.

"Ya sounds good" shitty hair and raccoon eyes say at the same time as if they had rehearsed it. Immediately after that shitty hair dragged me away to go get a suit. I saw as y/n and raccoon eyes walked the opposite direction and talked happily towards each other.

As we arrived at a fancy suit store, shitty hair let go of me and told me that this was the store we were going to buy our outfits from. As we looked around, shitty hair kept picking things up and say I should try them on and I denied him everytime.

"Yo Bakugo! Unless you try something on, I'm gonna randomly pick one, buy it, then show y/n so that way you have no choice but to wear it" he said while laughing. Its probably just a joke but I can't risk it.

I grab a red shirt, black tie, navy blue dress pants, brown leather belt and a random vest and walk into the changing rooms to try it on.

I walked out and shitty hair flipped.

"Bakubro that is so what your getting" he said as he took a pic of me wearing that and I'm pretty sure he sent it to y/n. So when he said that I'm getting it... he meant exactly what he said cause y/n then texted me an told me to get this outfit. I frown.

Y/n POV

As soon as we leave the boys and start heading towards all the dress shops, Mina gave me and evil smirk. Sometimes she scares me...

"Soooooo y/n" she started.

"Ya?" I ask hesitantly.

"Are you and ba-ku-go dating" she asks mischievously.

"N-no way! W-why would y-you think that..." I say as I start to blush extremely as I thought about how he stayed the night at my house all weekend long and how we were going to the dance together.

"Do you wish you two were dating " she continued.

"E-eh!!!!! W-what kinda question is that!?!?"

"Idk... maybe like the best question possible!"

"Um... I guess I kinda like him... but only as a really good friend. Nothing more!"

"Boohoo... your no fun! You two would make such a cute couple tho! Urgh..."

"So what if we would make a good couple... that's no reason to get with a guy. Plus, there's no way I would ever date my neighbor."

"Wait what?! Bakugo is your neighbor!!!!!"

"Uuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhh... no? Oh! By the way. How's it going with you and Kirishima. You two look like your getting along great!"

"Oh ya... I forgot to tell you. After we left your house and Kaminari branched off from us, Kirishima asked me out... so we're kinda... you know... dating..."

"W-what!?!?!?! That's awsome!!!!! Congrats!🎉"

"Hehehehe... ya... oh! This is the store!" I turn and see a store full of beautiful dresses and accessories.

"Wow! This place is amazing" I say as we walk into the shop.

"Are you girls looking for anything specific today?" The lady who worked there said.

"No but thank you" mina says politely.

"Omg these dresses are beautiful" I say.

"Ikr" mina replies.

As we continued to look around, one dress in particular stood out to me. It was blue and black ball gown that was strapless but had gloves. There was a choker that went with it and the dress itself had a lot of lace. There wasn't too much lace but there was still quite a bit.

When I tried it on it fit perfectly, so I decided to a get it. Mina decided to get a strapless purple dress that had a light pink design on it.

After we left the store, I got a text from kiri which contained a pic of Katsuki in a suit. I immediately texted him back, telling him to tell bakugo to get it. I'm so excited... I can already tell that this will be a lot of fun.
