CHAPTER 22: PART OF THE FAMILY
Lovely has been grateful in all the blessings she had with the set of friends Sophie have. She was proud to be a part of their group and treated her like a family.
Her son Steven love being in the school Henna owns and founded. He learned so many things and even played with other kids of his age.
She knew the relationship with Sophie and Henley because they were in the same roof. At first, she thought they were just best friends. But during in her stay in the old apartment in Milky Way. She caught them sleeping in one room even they have their own individual rooms.
She never questions or even ask Sophie about it. She just saw them in love with each other through their actions. But never admitted it in public. Lovely missed having someone cuddling, holding hands and other stuffs being in love. She shook her head thinking about it.
When she went to fetch Steven in school, Henna's assistant told her that Henna was not in the school. She was in the house besides the school building. They say Steven and Henson want to take a nap and Henna brought them to her house. Lovely have not yet seen the place. According to the assistant it was just outside the school.
She went outside the gate and walked few steps; there she was standing. No other house next to the school. It was one story house with a semi modern style.
She pushed the doorbell. A servant opened the door and greeted her.
"Hello."
"Hi, is Henna inside?" Lovely asked as she stepped inside the house. Before, the servant replied she heard Henna.
"Lovely, come here." Henna said preparing some foods. "How was your day?" She walked towards the kitchen where Henna stay.
"Fine, I went to the school and they said you were in here. You got a nice house and very convenient to the school too." She said.
"Thank you! This is my first house being independent and my graduation gift from my parents. I have been staying here before I got married to Jenson." Henna told her.
"Wow, this place was memorable for you then." Lovely smiled.
"Yes, indeed even to Jenson, sshh." Henna giggled and they both laughed.
"Anyway, thank you for taking care of my son Steven when I am not around." Lovely said with pettiness. "You guys were so nice to me and I do not know how to repay all of you."
Henna stopped with what she was doing and comfort Lovely. "Hey, do not be like that. You are part of this family, you and Steven. I do not know what but when I first saw you. You look familiar and I got this feeling that I cannot explain."
"Really! Well, I felt the same too even with Henley. When Sophie introduced me to him. I still do not know how to explain it."
"Well, I guess you are meant for us to be our family. So, do not think about anything else." Henna said. "Once we accepted you in our group you and Steven are part of this squad for life."
