CHAPTER 21: DREAMING OF HIM

It was past eleven in the evening when she separated with Rhianna. They went to the bar after leaving the restaurant. Rhianna comforted her but she keeps on telling herself to be strong. Knowing that they do not have proper relationship to call.

'What the hell… friends with benefits.'

She drank wines in her limits. However, hurts still in the heart replaying the face of Henley when he was with Tori. She does not know the real score between them. All they knew that the two of them were like a couple during their senior year.

Seeing them again makes her heart recalls how happy Henley was during that time. If Henley were not with them, they knew that he was with Tori. They were always happy together, laughing and teasing.

Sophie went home feeling not so good as Rhianna drop her in the house. She unlocked the door and went inside. She was walking the living room when the front door opens. She stopped and turned to look. It was Henley walked in just like her arrived just now.

"Hey, you just got home?" He asked. Sophie was walking forward but she walked straight to her bedroom without saying anything.

Henley felt dumbfounded when Sophie ignores him. However, he could smell the alcohol as she passed by him.

Sophie shuts her door then locked it. She does not want to see him right now. She was totally drunk and she might say something to him that she will regret tomorrow.

She knew Henley would be curious about her tomorrow. As for now, she wants to sleep and sleep. She quickly took off her clothes and tossed it anywhere on the floor. She was laying naked just her underwear left.

Soo enough, she falls asleep without knowing that her door unlocked. Henley walked in towards her bed. He knew that something was off with Sophie. She never got drunk for any reasons. He was puzzled with her attitude when he was talking to her when she arrived.

He saw her clothes scattered on the floor that turned him on. He knows it has been quite a while to remember they have not sex. They were both busy on their part. Both of them were engrossed with their new clinic. He slowly caresses her face that made her moans.

Nevertheless, things he did not control Sophie was grabbing him towards her. He thought she was awake but then he realized she was dreaming.

She was so strong pulling him to her that he returning her kiss. But ended up doing more than that. Sophie was thinking it was a dream having sex with Henley since it has been quite long months since they did sex.

She could not remember at all. Her dreams seem like real but she brushed it out that she can do anything in her dreams. Henley was busy doing to her that he loses control with Sophie's voice saying his name again while pleasuring her.

It was almost nine in the morning when Sophie felt her head was drumming nonstop. She got up, looked for a medicine in her medicine cabinet for hang over. She drinks it then promised herself that she will not do it again. She soon realized that she was overall naked as it no undergarments in her body.

'Gosh, what have I done to deserve this?' She thought.

She picked up every clothes she wore that day and put it to her dirty laundry basket. Walked towards the bathroom and stepped into her bathtub. She really needs to relax a little bit before going for breakfast.

She was inside the tub with Jasmine fragrance. Resting her head then closes her eyes. The smell of the jasmine was relaxing. She was enjoying the freshness she felt in her body that she did not notice that someone was watching her.

Henley knocked the door a few times before he opened it. He saw the bed was empty then noticed the bathroom. He opened the bathroom door and saw her lying inside the tub smiling. He stepped towards her and leaned forward to her face. He slowly tasted her lips.

Sophie opened her eyes and Henley was kissing her. She pushed her away and punched him. "Are you nuts?" She frowned.

"Good morning sleepyhead." Seeing his white teeth smiling at her then Sophie's brows rose. "I guess you are still in a bad mood again. So, tell me what's wrong?" He asked.

Sophie realized her attitudes. She was still jealous thinking about him and Tori. She calmed herself.

"Nothing I am just tired." She lied.

"Huh! Tired of what…? We have not started working and you feel like your spirit is in the outer space." He murmured. "Now, tell me what's going on with you? Since you arrived last night, you were different."

"Can you please go out I want to take a bath?" Her voice was sound annoying.

"I already seen you naked why are you still embarrass." He smiled.

"Please I need to be alone." Sophie begged.

"Do we have a problem bro?" Henley asked.

"No."

"Then why are you acting so weird. Or do you want to stop us?" He asked again.

"What?"

"About the two of us. Us. Are you tired of being with me? And you want to end it." Henley's voice sounds confused.

Sophie did not answer because her feelings right now is confused too.

"Are you planning to end it? Seeing someone?" He asked again.

"What about you, bro, are you? I mean do you want to end this agreement we have? And planning on seeing someone else?" Sophie asked back instead.

Henley looked her in the eyes. "No, I do not have plan seeing someone else other than you. But if you want to end this. I let you go."

"Then if you have no plan seeing someone else then why are you with Tori. In addition, what are we bro? Friends with benefits?" Sophie said it finally.

Henley smirked as he was watching her. He slowly removes his clothes.

"What are you doing?" Sophie said seeing Henley as he joined her inside the tub.

"Are you jealous?" He sat behind her as he inserted himself in the tub. He was stroking her back using his fingertips.

"Of course not, why would I be?" Sophie defensed herself that Henley was grinning.

His hands started travelling beyond in her body that Sophie began to startle.

"You don't have to be jealous of her. She is just a friend. And you are different." He whispered.

"Why am I different?" She asked impatiently.

This was always kept on asking in his mind before.

'Does he really fall for his best friend? That is why she is very special in his life aside from being his best friend?'

He could not imagine Sophie with other man anymore ever since they agreed with this arrangement.

He turned her body facing him. "You are special and very important to me." He said still Sophie could not get it. But she did not push any farther. He cupped her face and gently kissed her.

Their kisses turned out something more because Sophie's body heated. Thinking that they have not had sexual intercourse. In reality, they did sex last night only Henley knew.
