(Areum-Dong-Hyun) 

Lee Areum and Lee Dong-Hyun are best friends and step-siblings and they both fell for the same girl and both got their hearts broken by Jung Mia , and she was dating them both for their money. Dong-Hyun and Areum almost broke their friendship because of her. After they found out she was after their money, and now they both started to play with others' hearts because they got their hearts broken. 

Areum's mother and father divorced when she was 3 years old. Dong-Hyun's mother died when he was born while giving birth to him. Dong-Hyun and Areum were 5 years old, when Dong-Hyun 's father and Areum's  mother met, they were very in love with each other. Their parents got married when they were 8 years old,Areum and Dong-Hyun got very along well, and they grew up very close. 

Areum and Dong-Hyun have never really liked anyone, but when they met Jung Mia everything had changed, they both fell for her because she was so nice, so cute, and well-mannered. But they didn't know that they fell for the same person when Dong-Hyun went on a date with  Mia at the mall, the same day Areum went shopping at the mall, that's when they found out that they had fallen in love with the same person. They tried everything they had in them to win her heart, giving her money, gifts, and black cards. 

Ever since they found out the truth, they made a promise that they were never going to fall in love with someone, or that no one would break their hearts like Mia did.

Song Sun-Hee and Son Mina  have been best friends since they were born, they grew up together, their parents being very close friends just like their older sisters, Song Eunji and Son Cho-hee 

Sun-Hee and Mina  grew up very close, Sun-Hee was always there when  Mina needed someone, just like Mina  would be there for her. Mina growing up she always felt different from the other girls. When Mina was 10 years old she found out that she liked girls but only told Sun-Hee. When Mina was 12 years old, her friends dared her to kiss her crush, which she agreed, she was caught by her father, at first her father was so mad. Her father grabbed her by her arm and brought her downstairs, started yelling at her, Mina  had tears streaming down her face. That day was one of the scariest days of her life but one of her happiest days ever. Her family accepted her for being lesbian, her  father didn't accept fully. But her father grew to accept her for who she is. 

At a young age Sun-hee lost her mother from a car accident, she was only 7 years old. Her older sister(Song Eunji) Became like a mother to her.  She is also very close to her father. Sun-hee grew up looking up to her sister, her sister was like an idol. She took dance classes with Mina  since they were 10 years old, she was also very good at singing, she had a beautiful voice, she had an innocent look, she was thoughtful, extroverted, she had a smart-mouth, and she was very forgiving. Mina went through a lot of bullying when Mina came out to the school. They got tired of the bullying that they had to move from Daegu to Seoul when they were 15 years old. Sun-hee didn't like girls or boys, her father accepted her, her sister wasn't very shocked when she came out to them because she never took interest in the boys or girls at her school or didn't talk about boys or Girls.
