Vanguard Flaming Pig
So far it is not terrible, one of the better ones to come from the last few batches. But man it needs someone to go over it with a comb, or a broom, to fix a lot of the little errors. the main being the knife/blade/sword translation like just pick one and stick with it. and I think at one time they called a spear a gun, I know the word translates the same but I feel like its pretty easy to pickup from context clues which to choose.
It has cliche plot points, for example him getting randomly kidnapped. Usually I hate this kind of bad-luck that forces tension like in Renegade Immortal and ISSTH, but here the plot's not effected negatively too much. Actually it's more like the main character has really good luck (which I am positive/neutral about). Also the characters and the story are not particularly memorable, and the MC is not particularly cautious or intelligent. If this was a much more serious novel and there was actually impact-fully negative consequence for this then I would be annoyed but this isn't that kind of novel. However, overall its just an enjoyable read and I'm just a fan of these kind of quick levelling up systems, they're very satisfying.
you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it! you better pick it!
Honestly this novel looks really promising. It reminds me of the world of "The Nine Cauldrons", with an mc that while having a cheat isn't instantly extremely OP. The relationship he has with his family and friends is also a nice thing to see. His cheat also gives him a reason to push himself and put himself in harms way, which is a great thing for the story's immersion. Hope it gets selected!
This is my first review and the first book I read (here) which was completed, didn’t drag on until the story was ridden to death and wasn’t ended hastily and abruptly. All in all it is a very nice and well written example of an “overpowered“ MC with a cheat. What sets it apart from other similar stories is the captivating plot. The author is even able to write a “typical“ story of above mentioned genre without falling too deeply in the trap of all the different cliches. I liked it very much and can only recommend reading it.
I don't know but after reading 66 feels like the story is dull and boring. Mc call every one master like slave and have no ambition to grow stronger, don't know how to make use of opportunities. The novel is only some 300+ chapters so don't know how author is gonna fit all these. It feels like possibility for love and romance bis also zero. I'm dropping anyway.
Just finished reading the raws. Was a good book with sensible characters and a smart protagonist. A couple of arcs might seem annoying but gets better. ending was rushed but then again….it seemed like all the potential was exhausted by then. so it’s good that the author ended it without dragging it a lot. there isn’t any major tragedy here. its a fun read. And yeah….one SPOILER is that there is no romance here. So a tough journey for those who want harem or a waifu😬
It's not a bad story - 1 star on stability of updates and a bit low on everything else. It's not bad - but, maybe 3.5 stars at best. I stopped at chapter 29 . Seeing the MC get a Cyan plate just gave me enough reason to not consider paying for chapters; something pointless added in for the reason of worsening the feeling of the story is nothing more than baffling. Good potential, but lacking in many aspects.
