Reviews of I have a Mansion in the Post-apocalyptic World

With a white knight MC who has the mentality of an elementary schooler, and an author who skips around between plot points whilst foregoing any logic, this novel is absolute trash. Even as a novel to bide your time, this novel isn't worthy. All you will get from reading this novel is agitation and rage at the daft author.

Awesome story, love the plot line and the characters in it! It would be better if there were longer chapters and also more frequent updates, but I guess that is the dream of every novel reader, am I right, or am I right! :)

i read from beginning until epilogue . on beginning , story is good with many plot twist . but soon became repetitive with racism . the storylines became trashed since mc doesn't make improvisation at all, mc merely collecting girl from another timeline+high racist (similar with collect pokemon+sex). in the end is just another sex story. never recommended .

While I really like this book it’s updates are so scattered and random that it makes it hard to follow. I’m not even sure if it is reaching the 8 chapters / week. If not then it should be changed to reflect what is actually being put up each week. Again not hating on the book just hoping for the best for it.

Book itself is pretty good, and it gets better as the scale of the story also gets bigger. However translator is a dumb f uck, who is trying to create a "safe space" by censoring the actual content of the book, be it s ex scenes or name of real organizations like CIA or name of countries like US. I have to cross check with raws every time I read a chapter here, translator has to stop feeding the readers his world view.

A time traveling/harem story playing out in two different timelines, connected by the mc. The one an extremly simplified caricature of the beginning 21st century. The second a post apocalypse at the end of the 22nd century. Where the author leanse a little to heavy on a certain bethesda francaise. All in all an ok novel. Sadly the novel, contains completely unneeded amounts of racism, especially antisemitsm, plus the usual party propaganda, to be expected of chinese webnovels.

As of chapter 680,i have decided to drop this now trash novel that is dripping in so much patriotic bullcrap that I would die just trying to continue to read it. This is a warning to future reader, if you don't want to drop a novel and don't like patriotism dunked novels, don't start reading this...

Would be great if the translator actually posted new chapters more than twice a week. It charges waaaaaay too many spirit stones for biweekly updates

While I am a fan of harem novels, ones that actually take time to flesh out the women and such, this novel is one of the examples of a author who must have never got laid or are living his wild desires through this novel. We are introduced into this world but after 5 chapters the female fell in love and they had ***, even though they knew each other for 2 days(all reasons in bs) that's when it devolves into a *** obsessed MC that can't turn down a woman since he wouldn't be a man if he turned down what was offered. Buy something here: random female sleeps with MC, Buy a house: Manager of respectable business offers sexual services. This is only 50 chapters in the novel! If it's like this in the early chapters then by 400 if he walks two steps a woman may want to sleep with him. Portrayal of women in this novel makes me feel bad for women in China if that's what men see women as over there.

The story is of much interest for modern young generation who aim for the stars starting from povetry. It produces high-quality presentation of what can one achieve on the road of conquering two worlds, in both of them MC should struggle in economical, physical and psychological area, while uniting different people by his smart simplicity and brute force. The deduction ability of MC is not so good, as well as his personal life and relations with women, but the story represents a certain view on what could be achieved by one persons when they ascend on the path of Pure Supremacy over mankind based on his knowledge of future in the Parallel Universe. The story intersections with real world history are quite remarkable, which is again author's advantage compared to other Chineese and Japaneese novels. I would just welcome author learning more on world history and science advances so that he can integrate more interesting moments in the main story plot. As for reality of it, well, somewhen there will be a person who will follow similar path and this novel could be a good guide on errors and opportunities when going for the World. P.S. The translation is good, but after introducing new Editor all the schedule is squashed, especially, during weekend from Friday to Monday, it should be fixed, or novel will get low appearance in readers hearts which is not good for TL itself.

Well as expected from a Chinese author, Europe and North America is always their target of releasing their frustration, the desire to conquer, the desire to slept with the beautiful women in there (since their own women in their country ain't comparable with 'western' women), treating them like a cheap sl*ts , etc... as a person from Europe, reading this story was amusing , to see how Chinese ppl think and shows their desire and hatred in a modern fantasy story ... the ending was rushed ,so many things were left behind in story for the sake of ending the story. such as achieving 3rd lvl of MC's genetic and touching the mystery of immortality by him, and the mentioned 3rd lvl of higher civilization etc... even tho the ending wasn't disappointing, it was not perfect and was rushed.

Fu*k you Author, if you hate our country that much still be professional and stop being racist. Most of the plots here are illogical to the poiny of stupidity. I know that most Chinese hate our people because of West Philippine Sea, but surprise, the whole world hated your people. Some authors atleast had their bottomline, but this author is really a fucking arrogant retard making Japanese like clowns, stupid and evil and making Filipinos, which majority of their population, are pacifist like idiot and blood thirsty individuals. The characters played by Japanese and Filipinos is better played by Chinese since it corresponds to their real life behavior which are greedy, hypocrites, don't respect international laws, dictators, druglords, gambling lords and mind brainwashing government.

CHINA NO.1!!! CHINA NO.1!!! CHINA NO.1!!! The author hates japanese people(typical). He loathes Africans. Has some crazy religious dumpster fires. His harem is garbage, too One dimensional. And honestly, without the cheat MC is nothing. Alas, the author is too narrow minded. He thinks China is the centre of the world. And it feels too much like a self insert tbh. Personally, just based on the story alone i would give it a 3 to 3.5. Unfortunately, it is series ruined by egotistical nationalism and extreme racist critics.

This was a decant idea and good at first but got dragged down fast and became basically just another sex fantasy story, and not even a good one add to that, that later chapters of this hear are pay to read only and it's a big miss for me.

Writing quality: horrible and generic. Can't get into the main storyline without a s e x scene every 3 chapters not to mention template/cliche Chinese stories develpments, not to mention it's all a fallout ripoff. Update stability: as it is only a translation it is fast. Story development: too many clichés and it is just a ripoff of the fallout games. Charactor development: girls swoon over the main characters money or supplies and he is only too happy to have a one night stand with them. Harem. Need I say more. World background: info dump at the start and then rare bits scattered all over. Fallout ripoff. Honestly play fallout 3 or 4 (not 76 which is not a good fallout game nor a good game at all) and you will get way more enjoyment and story
