Ceasar Mayne
Lucifer walked out of the basement. Although the move he used earlier was astonishingly powerful Lucifer could use it only once a day with out any repurcussions he knew this fact.
Lucifer then selected a 'minijet' from the space chip which appeared right in front of him. He jumped into the sleek looking single seat jet which he had picked up from the Mayor's Treasury and drove off into the starry sky.
Lucifer crossed the Madox City borders and entered the Desert. After about 100 Km of travel Lucifer saw a man standing in black long coat outside his hideout.
Lucifer landed the minijet and walked out, The man gave a slight bow to luicfer and continued,
"Master Lucifer, with the news that I heard coming from the city i speculate you must have obtained the object"
Lucifer nodded and asked, "where is Ceasar?"
"Master Ceasar is waiting in the 'Airax' and has sent me to escort you their"
And he immediately gave a signal through the microphone in his ear. An Aircraft immediately rose up from the desert and flew towards them. Lucifer furrowed his brows.
Lucifer and the man sat into the aircraft which immediately flew off towards the horizon.
Madox City, Basement.
Basement Of Mayor's Palace.
Zacob and a team of 5 soldiers were now standing before James's headless body while Felicia was staring at it in daze.
She unconsciously shed a tear and wiped it right away. With a stern gaze she turned around and asked Zacob
"How did this happen?"
Zacob told everything that happened while all the way looking at Felicia's emotionless face. Felicia exhaled heavily.
"Spread the news I will be taking over as the Mayor of the city henceforth"
And dismissed everyone.
Zacob knew that the relation between James and Felicia was only superficial and they were married just for political reasons but still seeing her crying earlier made him think she had some trace amounts of feelings for her husband. But suddenly Zacob thought of something and turned around.
"Madam Felicia, The culprit, before leaving passed on a message"
Felicia immediately became excited but didn't show any emotion,
"speak"
Zacob with a slightly tilted head confusedly said, "he asked whether Madam liked the escort service?"
Felicia not expecting this pervy message immediately blushed without control and trying to hide it she turned around and spoke with a strict voice,
"leave Immediately"
Zacob thinking he had done a mistake bowed and left .
"Was it my eyes or did I really feel like Madam was happy"
Felicia took a final look at James's body and shook her head. The earlier tears she had in her eyes were not because of the death of her husband but because even her own family had sold her off for political power even her husband would always abuse her but surprisingly a stranger who she had just met had done all this for her. This made her so emotional that she couldn't control her tears.
Felicia turned around although she never had any desire for power but if there was the slightest chance that she could be of help to Lucifer with her power then she would do it.
Although she knew for Lucifer she might just be an entertainment for night but Lucifer had already taken shelter in her heart. looking at the sky Felicia murmured,
"I will be waiting for you"
Planet Zira, Space Orbit
A small aircraft was moving away from the planet towards a large ship. Airax this was Ceasar's base, a 1 km wide space ship. It was the only 7th generation ship in the region and also the deadliest. It was known that Ceasar had some connections with the nobility so he could get his hands on this vessel.
The Aircraft with Lucifer in it approached the Ship's docking station and landed, It wasn't Lucifer's first time seeing the ship so he wasn't surprised but what made him think was why would Ceasar bring his entire fleet here it wasn't logical afterall the Royal Space Patrol (Space Police) was not just a namesake Dept established by the Soloman family its job was to capture pirates and cease pirate activities but Ceasar coming out in the open must mean something important must have happened for him to do things so decisively.
Lucifer after boarding was immediately brought to Ceasar's Chamber by the man who he met earlier. On his way Lucifer could feel everyone rushing here and there, his instincts told him that something wasn't right.
The man brought him to Ceasar's Chamber and left with a nod.
The chamber door opened immediately. Ceasar was sitting across a giant redwood table, behind him were two men with masks standing guard. Lucifer had seen them before. If at all Lucifer was only vary of these 2 people on the ship because he only felt endangered by them and no one else.
Ceasar Smiled and motioned Lucifer towards the couch.
Lucifer sat on the couch and slid the suitcase along the table. The masked man behind Ceasar caught and opened it. After going through the tablet Blueprints inside he gave a nod towards Ceasar.
Ceasar Mayne smiled and started Speaking,
"Mr. Lucifer Godfell you never cease to amaze me haha!" after which he motioned his guard and the guard approached Lucifer with another suitcase.
Lucifer took the 3m long case from the guard and opened it. Seated inside the box was an Electromagnet Sniper the best of its kind although dismantled in parts with its dark black sheen it was still radiating a sense of dread. Along with the Sniper there was also a card inside the box. Lucifer connected it to his quantum watch and after confirming there were 10million Credits inside he closed the case with satisfaction.
With the loot from the treasury which amounted to almost 100 million and the special edition Sniper from Ceasar his haul was quite noteworthy indeed.
Lucifer although happy still replied in an indifferent tone
"Mr. Ceasar, it was a pleasure working with you. If there's nothing more then I would like to take my leave."
Lucifer knew that Ceasar had some important matters to care off so he thought it was best to avoid getting into unnecessary trouble.
But Ceasar immediately interrupted his thoughts,
"Mr. Lucifer I have another deal for you which is many times more rewarding, what do you say?"
