Chapter 4
Okay it's been 2 hours since I've been observing Penelope under the invisibility cloak.
At first, I was going to rewrite her memories, of sleeping in a classroom or something, but I wanted her to know that something had happened.
So, as I had done everything to her while she was unconscious, I didn't touch her mind. Just removed the bodily fluids on and inside her body, and dumped her in a classroom on the same corridor I stunned her with her crumpled robes hastily put on.
I knew I was a lustful bastard before but I found out a new thing about myself today, I like to watch people suffer.
For 2 hours I watched Penelope cry on the ground but I can read her mind easily. After quite some time of wailing and despair she finally started to think. Who did it, why did they do it and what will she do now.
She's heard about some senior year boys being extra aggressive towards the female students and there were some cases of assault reported on female students by both male students and teachers, but they were few and far between.
She hasn't heard of this kind of thing in her 7 years at Hogwarts, the last case of this type was in the 1940s.
But who would do this to her, was it Marcus Flint or Cadmus Crowley.
Both of them had asked her out after it got out that she and Percy had broken up, but why would they do something like this.
And again, her mind went off to the depths of despair.
These were the thoughts going around in Penelope's mind.
I went easy on her; she has no memories of what happened to her but can infer what happened by the state of her body.
Thankfully she's nowhere near the truth. With a satisfied smile I walked off.
Maybe next time I'll fuck a conscious girl, just to make things interesting....

Cadmus Crowley was fuming; it's been 2 days since the whole debacle started.
Penelope Clearwater was sexually assaulted, the whole castle was in uproar, she was a beloved senior after all endearing her self to most students and teachers with her good academic performance and personality.
That was one of the few reasons he had asked her out after she and Percy Weasley broke up, well that and her smoking hot body.
Not only did the bitch reject him, but after whoever fucked her, he and Marcus Flint were prime suspects.
He didn't do it, nor does he think that oaf Flint could have, he didn't have a subtle bone in his body and the way it was done, stunned and no evidence left to track the offender, Flint couldn't have pulled it off.
He and Flint were questioned by Dumbledore him self; the senile old mother fucker had even checked both their minds through leglimency. Flint wouldn't have noticed but he had started building up his mental shields after the 5th year and noticed Dumbledore's leglimency probe.
He would have gone to the ministry and his parents for this intrusion of privacy if circumstances were different.
If things weren't bad enough someone had leaked all the information to the students and with the way the Hogwarts rumour mill worked, rumours had already spiralled out to him and Marcus Flint ganging up on Penelope together.
Even though he has been cleared of all charges, the student body had already labelled him and Flint 'persona non grata'.
At least the investigation before had been conducted by the teachers, now after all the rumours even the ministry and Aurors were going to get involved.
His reputation is in the mud and it seems it won't be recovering anytime soon.

One of the things I have wondered since waking up in this world is, is Dumbledore evil or good. That along with other questions like is this the movie world or the books, is it an AU, is anything different?
Some of these questions I have gotten answers to over the last few months, most of the characters look like their movie counter parts with a magic beautification filter on.
The world is much vaster and more detailed than in the books and movies but that was expected, it is a real world after all and not all the things were touched on or explained in the books.
As for Dumbledore, I didn't subscribe to the evil Dumbledore plot, I believe he has his heart in the right place, but like all humans he has flaws, he's controlling, going senile in old age often makes glaring mistakes but then makes some quite good choices.
He tried to shush the whole matter, Penelope initially informed her head of house Flitwick, who along with McGonagall went to Dumbledore.
For a day these 3 carried out their investigations secretly, before I left some notes around various classrooms on what had happened, from there the rumours spread and the whole faculty and students got involved.
A student was sexually assaulted in your school old man and you tried to shush the matter, he's definitely a control freak, not wanting to involve the proper authorities and all.
I'm disappointed in him truly, well I can't exactly judge his morals from where I'm standing.

The great hall is filled with students, all the faculty members are present. It might seem like a normal dinner time meal but the dozen Aurors at the head table tell a different story.
Dumbledore stands up from his throne-like seat and sombrely addresses the students.
"It is with a heavy heart that I stand before you today to address the tragic event that has occurred at our school a few days ago. A student was sexually assaulted"
The hall is in pin drop silence as Dumbledore looks like he's in physical pain addressing the students.
"This event has left us all feeling shocked, saddened, and uncertain about how to process such a painful situation. First and foremost, I want to extend my deepest condolences to the family and friends of the student who was involved in this heartbreaking incident. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this incredibly difficult time.
The ministry has appointed a team of Aurors under chief auror Kingsley Shackle bolt to investigate this event."
He points towards a tall black wizard with broad shoulders sitting beside him. He was bald, and wore a single gold hoop earring.
"I hope all of you will co-operate with them. Classes will continue as per norm. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time. May we find solace in our unity and hope that the offender is caught as quickly as possible."
With that Dumbledore sits back on his seat. Food appears on everyone's table as the students start talking amongst themselves.
Although Dumbledore didn't name the student, everyone knows who it is, she hasn't been seen in the castle for 3 days.
On the Slytherin and Ravenclaw tables, two students are sitting apart from everyone else, Cadmus Crowley and Marcus Flint.
The teachers had informed the students that those two have been cleared but their reputation is still in the mud.
"I'm worried about Percy" Ginny says looking over to her elder brother who is looking angrily towards the two main suspects.
"They just broke up and now this, poor Percy" Ron looks at him sadly.
"Don't worry you guys we will talk to him later" said one of the Weasley twins.
Both of them were sitting on either side of Ginny. Since word of Penelope had gotten out, they had received strict instructions from their mother and they were going beyond what was asked of them trailing her every step.
"Who do you think did it, Cadmus or Marcus" Ron asked the group.
"The teachers cleared them remember" says Harry.
"They must have fooled them, I always thought that Marcus was a dodgy character"
"Yeah, Ron those 2 hoodwinked all the teachers, INCLUDING Dumbledore" George looks at Ron incredulously.
"Hey that's enough, you guys shouldn't talk about this stuff" says Fred.
"Yeah, you aren't old enough to be exposed to these types of issues" inputs George.
The group along with the whole hall continues their discussions.
Harry has a conflicted expression on his face. On the one hand what happened to Penelope was mortifying and should be investigated but this had put the whole issue of Sirius towards the back burner.
Where the newspapers before were all talking about him and any new updates in regards, now for the last 2 days it's as if they have forgotten about Sirius.
The whole wizarding community is raising questions about Hogwarts, it is known as one of the safest places around the world but now for the last 3 years things have not been good.
First a troll broke into the school, the philosopher's stone was destroyed, then a frickin basilisk was let loose that Harry himself had to face.
This year dementors were put around the castle. Now a student was sexually assaulted in the school and the culprit was nowhere to be found.
Rita skeeter had written some scathing articles on all these events, viciously attacking Dumbledore on how he runs things.
This latest issue was made international as Penelope was going to apprentice under a famous potioneer from France who was raising hell to put pressure on the British ministry and Dumbledore to catch the culprit.
The British wizarding community is being dragged on the world stage, even the Aurors on the stage have weary expressions on their face. Everyone in the ministry was being worked to their bones since the Sirius Black debacle and now this.

I was a bit worried when the Aurors were deployed in Hogwarts, fearing my freedom to roam the castle would be stopped or worse I could be found out but my worries were unfounded.
The Aurors found nothing and with the help of the marauders map and a healthy dose of caution I faced no problems.
The Aurors were removed after 1 month, when nothing was discovered, this caused even more jeopardy. Dumbledore's reputation has taken a big hit, I was right in thinking that there are a few screws loose in his head.
The wider wizarding world was mostly unaware of what had been going on at Hogwarts since the last 3 years. Dumbledore has been stopping information from leaking.
So, a fully detailed letter was written to Rita Skeeter and a few other important wizards from a mysterious person.
Even after a month the newspapers were talking about Dumbledore's incompetence. There were even talks to axe his position of the supreme mugwump.
Never imagined me having some fun would cause all this. Ha, happy coincidences.

It's around April now, my magical studies have progressed substantially. I have enough confidence to go toe to toe with a fresh Auror. Doesn't mean I ever will but that's where I place my competence with a wand. Another thing which confuses me is my connection with the wands.
In both canon and numerous fanfictions, the bond of a wizard and his wand was extensively explained. But me, every wand I hold gives the same result, may it be my original wand, Voldemort's wand or any wand from an unconscious student I test out.
All feel the same. Maybe it's a good thing in case I lose my wand, all other wands will give me the same result.
After the Aurors left I chose my next target, a busty 6th year from Hufflepuff. Amanda Walker, a muggle born witch. Academically she's average, but her looks woah. She looks like Kate Upton.
After Penelope I fucked a few other girls while they were unconscious. Amanda was the first one I fucked where the other party is conscious. Her screams and pleading to stop are like music to my ears. She knows how to beg, that's why I keep coming back to her.
After Penelope I found a potion which helps heal muscles and remove pain, with easy to find ingredients, I have brewed a large batch of it.
So, after every night of lustful passion the girls are given a dose of the potion and an obliviate to wake up as if nothing is wrong, they just dozed off and woke up.
I wish I had a camera; I couldn't find a spell to take pictures of my conquests.
I have also been working on my long-term plan, which includes getting rich and powerful enough magically to live a care free life. But before that I need to remove all the potential dangers, Sirius is dealt with, Dumbledore's reputation is in the mud, but Voldemort will be a problem for me.
