Chapter 19 (Blessings)

There was a huge storm inside the hall, the wind blew away all the furniture, and the whole area was covered in a blinding light.

Soon there was a bell chime followed by a large boom. This all happened in the span of few seconds, but it seems time for Alan was stoped.

He was floating in the air, where an indescribable and complex magic circle formed around Alan, which was still expanding as if it would cover the whole village, but due to special restrictions inside the witch castle, the magic circle stoped inside the castle.

Inside the circle, unknown to everyone Alan understood many things ... he understood he was no longer what he was once before ... he understood the sacrifices that he made were not in vain ... he understood there must be a reason behind everything that happened must have meaning and dwelling on these questions would only result in him stuck in past and regret like his previous life and all the answer would present themselves given proper time ...

But the most important thing he understood was that he was "Alan Marvric" a human who has a loving family and he was no longer the sovereign who could bend everything according to his will.

The changes that happened to his mentality cleansed him of his own past and it was now that he truly began his new journey his life as Human

which even unknown to him would lead him to become someone that he would have never even wondered about in his past lives.

As soon as I said those words, there were seems to be certain restraints in me that broke and it seemed a huge amount of energy that was somehow inside me left my soul and formed something big that I don't understand. And covering in an eternal brightness time seemed to be slowed as many things came into my mind and all sorts of answered entered my mind and in midst of those thoughts, I lost my consciousness.

As I regained my conscious I could feel as if my heart was light and some heavy burdens and doubts that I was carrying till now vanished in thin air, and soon all the light entered again inside me followed by Bell chime which seems to be soothing my soul.

soon the doors of the hall burst open and papa and mother came running quickly towards me. and with one fell swoop mother took me in her arms and hugged me tightly while at the same time inspecting every inch and crack of my body as if searching for something.

[What the hell happened here Tressa]said papa in a voice mixed with anger and nervousness.

[well I don't know how it happened but after listening to Bell chime you should also know what happened here right, village chief] said Tressa, as if showing respect to papa even if she does not want to, it seems it is also one of her Vow.

[Sorry for my misconduct earlier, it was a moment of anger, you know I was just concerned for Alan, we had him after losing so much so we just don't wanna lose him ever again.]said papa, while bowing a little.

[was it really "Heaven blessings", but how can this be ... he is not ...] said mother but stopped herself midsentence as if hiding something. and noticing this papa quickly took over the role of talking, where first he again apologised and then he talked about any information about the occurrence to Old hag.

but she just flat out rejected her request and even asked her fees and as well kept the materials that were in the pouch for herself saying it was a part of apology. papa was showing the sign of loss which means that they were costly items and which were even wasn't used. when she asked to exchange them with something of equal value the old hag replied

[Why do you need these materials when your son here already gone through the highest possible "blessing" that even I couldn't give, but since I wasn't the reason for this phenomenon but remember that this happened under my shelter, under the shelter of wich of Greed, so I will just take the original fees and these materials as a sign of Token of Goodwill and for trying my hardest, before you thank me I know I am too kind, and there is no need for you to offer me more, even if I am greedy I don't take something that is not rightfully mined so your welcome. ha ha ha ah ha]said the old hag, as if she was doing a favour to papa, but I could see at end of every sentence my father face twitched more and more, but he somehow controlled his emotions.

soon after that that we left a laughing witch behind and left her humble "adobe" as she called it.

But inside my mind there was a certain word that was ringing loudly "Blessings" what is this and what was the thing that I went through. I don't know why is this happening to me, but it seems I will have to put my thoughts on hold right now, as it seems I will not be getting these anytime soon.

But I noticed something, I think it was something related to acknowledging myself as Alan maverick, son of Aria and Jack maverick. All that happened right after I decided to be their son, but why would heaven acknowledge this, that also with three chimes it was really doubtful.

Ah, again new question... I am not gonna think about it anymore as I have already decided to live in present and pave the path towards my new future. I left my own mind and just focused on observing the village just like any other cute little child would. Yes, this is the correct way I thought to myself.

Soon I could see many people walking towards their houses as it was the end of the festival. We also soon reached our home and after mother changed my clothes and fed me some milk, she covered me with a blanket and went to change her clothes.

After some time I could hear my mother and papa chatting to each other, I couldn't make out what they were talking exactly, but certain words which they said out loud were about me and blessing and something about heaven chime, but overall there seem to be too nervous about something, it was surely something that they wanted to hide..

But I could not hear their talk as my body was already at its limits as again my eyelid felt heavy and again I returned to dreamlands.
