Also, the enemy of progressing novels seems to be a perfection-seeking mentality with chapters. 

meaning to upload more chapters frequently, the quality of some chapters uploaded may have grammatical mistakes, odd phrasing, or spelling issues, as they may have been rushed, as I'm writing in my Freetime casually.

If you are reading novels here, on web novel, then you've most likely read the worst content on the web before now on Mtl or Machine translation Novels sites, which are bookmarked for sure if I'm betting.

So you can either power through with a gist of the idea and understanding of the story like an mtl if it gets bad or completely drop the story, it's your freedom, thanks for reading either way.🙂

[Chapter 1-| ("I don't know if it's love or a magic love spell recited backwards, but now, I'm currently dating that beautiful Stage (real) magician.")

   As I stand in a somewhat conspicuous place backstage watching the finale of the show in my family-owned Casino Hotel with an attached stadium, I reflect on my life experiences until now and the current situation.

 One day I just woke up with a second life already in progress. 

 That's correct, this is my second life, even though I only remember certain dynamics of my 1st past life, this is indeed the second time around.

 Family members, long-term friends, a new career, a famous girlfriend, and most importantly a cheat.

 Interrupting my thoughts was a loud *Roaring Cheers of a crowd*

 I look towards the stage, where there is a beautiful dark brunette-haired girl with ocean blue eyes, in a bow tie and a sexy female tuxedo and top hat with a cane.

 She panted slightly with a big smile after she successfully pulled off a very difficult magic trick for this pack to a capacity audience.

  I'm clapping along with the crowd with a smile towards her in the spotlight on the stage when she peeked my way.

I smiled at her from the bottom of my heart back and nodded towards her from backstage.

That's right, she's a real bonafide abra Kadabra sorceress, who wields reality-bending magical powers.

She tries to keep this identity secret from the public.

When She's busy 'traveling' all of the time for on-call 'work gigs',

-She brings home fake receipts, deep-faked photos as alibis, and forged magic show programs to show anyone or me, her new boyfriend, that she's working on 'Magic' shows. 

Her hero work isn't easy, and an entertainer's schedule isn't too flexible.

And her heroics has caused trouble for her civilian life as some people make a correlation between the two identities, of a stage show magician and a certain sexy heroine sorceress. 

As she doesn't wear a mask when she is out being a hero or when she's performing stage shows it was a matter of time.

I guess she doesn't get the Clark Kent treatment of complete recognition blindness.

With the help of Martian Man hunters shape-shifting abilities, a planned free magic show for charity was made into a live broadcast.

Also at the same time, 'coincidentally', a very high profile criminal was arrested by the Justice League and they were being live broadcast to two audiences.

On two live screens, two nearly identical Zatanna's appeared on the Internet and television simultaneously.

The 'happenstance' event was what snuffed out all the doubts about her similar situations in the future.

Not being a short-sighted person, So now she keeps some sort of alibi ready to serve as proof just in case. 

With her dual identity issue solved, as it has become an urban legend, that everyone had a look-alike, Doppelganger, in the world, and hers just happens to be a hero, she could relax.

She now sports a domino mask like night wings and her stage persona gained more fans for this episode of her life.

But...

 Little did she know one person wasn't fooled by the cross-dressing green skin alien friend.

She or anyone else would never guess that her cooperative, empathetic, and compassionate boyfriend has already long known her true background and secret identity.

The rumors and speculations of the online keyboard detectives were absolutely correct.

She's secretly a fucking Superhero! 

When the world (& my previously former self) thought she was out doing private gigs or corporate magic shows, she was really out saving the entire world from magical invaders and megalomaniac threats.

She is actually out fighting crimes with the Superhero Team, as a member of The Justice League, as a real magical expert support member. 

While she thinks her new rich, tall, and hunky boyfriend is clueless. 

...

He, I mean...I am in fact, one of the world's most insightful, as I am a transmigrated person, with a God's perspective knowledge on certain things in this, alternative D.C. world.

How did a 4th wall soul like myself come to DC in the first place, I don't have a definitive answer right now.

But I have a theory my girlfriend has some involvement in my summoning by possibly using a strange magic spell on her 'former boyfriend' to keep secrets when caught by surprise and accidentally brought me here.

She's done plenty of accidental spell-casting in her history.

Also, She's not morally opposed to using her powers to keep her secrets a secret.

In the various mythology of her incarnations in media, when faced with her team's identity being compromised, she mind wipes criminals, and altered the memories of Batman About it because he disagreed with the abuse of powers.

As for her keeping secrets, maybe I'm more okay with it because I have the inside story.

After all who would tolerate a significant other always disappearing, or canceling dates and still keep a loving smile on your face with no resentment? 

This dual lifestyle dynamic is probably why she was such a...'City Girl', loose and fancy in her other multiverse incarnations.

Also, strangely, Zatanna is so private and laid-back in this alternate Dc world, when her identity was like an open secret for those who had enough power and curiosity to know in other versions, maybe my influence on Zatanna forced some changes in her perspective in this world.

Anyway, Couples hiding secrets from each other, that's standard for a successful and lasting partner relationship.

Don't believe that, then tell your partner what you truly think and see if that goes well for you or not.

Say less.

Do more.

However, She is not the only one in this relationship with secrets, I have a few.

Some secrets are troubles I inherited from my new body's former soul's past actions and some secrets I brought over when I came here into this alternate DC universe.

Major things are still similar to some things I've read before like Bruce Wayne is Batman, but the timelines of the events are inconsistent with what I remembered before. 

This lets me know this is a different world from what I know, not exactly the same as any single universe, but a mixed-up and mash-up universe of D.C. comics, tv, movies, and d.c animated movies I have seen. 

Nevertheless, I have crucial core story information depending on how the world plot develops, I can guess the trend.

Anyway, now that I'm here, my secrets will never be willingly seized from out of my mouth or mind ever by anyone, or being, if I can help hit.

The most important secrets in my life currently are,

I am a transmigrated person with a God perspective on the 'plot' of D.C. worlds and...

I have a system.

A novel Goldfinger, a Cheat Code, a Life Hack, Gods Blessing, Etc...

It's not a thinking system with much sentients, thank God, but more like a reactive program acting within parameters.

I got the Strongest Blind Box Check-in system!

Check-in system for a blind Item box with apparently randomized rewards from a myriad of fantasy worlds on Tv//Manga /Games /Movies /Anime/Novel/Manwha etc...

A Flashing rainbow-colored box like in Mario cart with a question Mark on the box top randomly rolls in the air like a thrown dice for a lottery draw for prizes.

With some draws, I've come up with a loose theory based on probability and my experience. 

For example, the Two zero side-effect devil fruits I got as blind box rewards in the past few months are most likely to have something to do with a smart push algorithm in the system based on my daily life. 

Why do I think this way?

It's because the prize devil fruits have to do with Gold fruit and Luck Fruit from the One Piece Gold movie; which deals with casino gambling and I happened to run a family casino in Las Vegas and I was making the rounds in the casino both times I checked in and received these two prizes.

Coincidence?

Maybe, but I am more active than in my previous life, talking and meeting more people more often than before, for different influences for blind box prizes, just in case.

The door to the lounge opens and the dark magician girl of dc walks through the door in a pink robe and white towel around her neck and wet hair fresh out of the shower.

"Hey, Zatanna babe, Good show as always, amazing job." I kiss her on the cheek in congratulations.

Zatanna smiles brightly and said back:

"Thanks, Zachary, the new casino live venue stadium you built is awesome, the auditorium acoustics and building design gives me goosebumps." said Zatanna.

"I'm glad you like it, as it was built with you in mind, to have more live gigs here at my casino with a Las Vegas residency."

'Even though the Yugioh movie glass pyramid style designed for the stadium was built with her in mind, well, in the back of my mind, as it was firstly a business plan to build the crystal pyramid, which got my parent's to trust me to take over the family business, instead of my brothers.

I still do want her to start a residency here to bridge the gap of her traveling schedule, but not enough to spend hundreds of millions of dollars, But there is no need to be so specific, let her believe it was all for her, say less, Gain more.

We embrace each other as Zatanna puts her head into my chest and nestled into my body as I hugged her back.

"I made reservations at that restaurant with the exclusive chef from tv you like, he just got a Vegas residency to record his show. " Zachary said.

"Really, dinner and a show, I can't wait for him to call someone a "Donkey" and toss a risotto against the wall in anger." Zatanna said with some excitement and a devilish grin plastered on her face subconsciously.

"Strange taste as always babe, but that restaurant dinner show recording is all set and I booked a luxury room with an infinity pool and sunrise view in a president suite at-...

*Beep, Beep* 

A special Beep a pager sound from Zatanna's phone is what was interrupting our intimate time,...once again.

I'm all too familiar with that sound it's her agent /hero contact for a mission.

Zachary: "...."

Zatanna: "...."

Before she could make excuses/lie, for her reason of needing to leave at this time, I lifted her chin and stole her surprised lips.

After a long time, releasing her from our deep kiss, with a sigh I look into her blue eyes and say:

"Spending time with you is important to me, but as always, I understand your dream and drive to be recognized as the world's greatest magician, so don't mind me, go get'em tigress."

After Zatanna had left in a hurry with her suitcase, Zachary sunk into the fluffy couch more dissatisfied than he showed just now, after all, he put in some effort tonight.

Zachary was very upset with the productivity of criminals in this world.

"Just take a mental health day for once, or a sabbatical for god's sake." Zachary complained outwardly. 

Whether Zach's still talking about the criminals or his girlfriend's workaholic nature, only he knows.

*Sighing out loud*, 

He turns on the tv projector to watch a sports game in progress and pulls out a device from his pocket and said to it:

"It's a guy's night out again AG, come and hang out my pepper flame-spitting friend." Zachary said while pointing the device out in front of him in an open space.

After a brief silence and stillness...

Suddenly, a Bright light shot out of the square single-hand-sized device with a screen in the middle that Zachary held out in front of him. 

The bright light converged and a 3d printer like motions started filling in an outline made entirely of zeros and ones. 

While the outline was reorganizing into a 5 feet tall physical form, a cheerfully excited voice rang out:

"Yeah, I want pizza, with everything on it, but no fish, it's gross, yuck, anchovies!" said a full-form big-headed, large anime green-eyed, a reptile with bright orange skin with two large three-clawed arms. 

A case of unique, literally otherworldly alcohol appeared from out of nowhere, and Zachary opened up two bottles and said:

"You got it buddy, here, bottoms up." Zachary said as he passed a beverage and clinked bottles with an intelligent cartoonish velociraptor-looking digital pet beast.

Zachary texted a massive food order to his hotel's room service, then started to drink his "I am dating an entertainer and a secret heroine blues away."

Zachary washed depression away with his non-human drinking buddy, bonding like two bro dudes over pizza and sports.

However, unnoticed to the two of them, the Necklace similar to a dog tag with a stylized sun in the center suddenly tinkled with light from around Zachary's neck.

As Zachary said, Zatanna is not the only one in this relationship with hidden secrets.
