Huguel call a meeting

Huguel says I can't take it anymore, the government wanting to invade our favela wanting to scare us is wanting to kill innocent people just because they comply with the law.

All the mayors stand in front of each other with worried expressions. All the mayors have been kidnapped by the government to question why there are no signs of revolt.

Nancy says "I was attacked by soldiers last night"

Everyone looks at Nancy in shock.

Huguel go ahead and say prepare your weapons and your ammunition and your combat and shooting training because I declare war on our country Brazil.

Elenice smiles widely and runs forward hugging Huguel and jumping up and down happily. Huguel looks surprised, but hugs her back.

Huguel says we are going to create a society without prejudice without hate without death, these things will only happen if we end this corrupt government that is prejudiced against us by our own citizens and we are going to change that.

Nancy continues "We should start now by getting the media's attention."

Huguel continues to tell them to do everything in their power to stop this, but we need allies to help us and we must recruit them from outside the country.
